The best restaurants serving Default food in Sowerby Bridge Calderdale Yorkshire and The Humber

We had an amazing dinner. I found this restaurant best in the UK with proper Asian food. Highly recommended.

Ordered many times. Never had a bad meal. Only complaint would be 1 of the many orders i ordered at 1am and didnt come untill 4am despite multiple messages on the ordering app then going to bed. Followiny by a call at stupid o clock saying they were at my door with my order. But considering how much i use you i consider this a 1 off. Plus it made a cracking hang over breakfast.

The pub closed suddenly earlier this year but has re-opened with a new landlord, The inside has been smartened up but they are not doing food again yet and the drinks prices (at least for cask beers) are much higher than the norm for this area. I understand that these are dictated by the pubco which owns the pub rather than the landlord but they are such that I am unlikely to return in the foreseeable future.

So I would firstly like to state that walking through the building smelt like poo, as the male toilets are by the entrance. A bowl of noodles is £18 which is extortion, do they not know we are in a cost of living crisis? I am appalled by this experience. I’m now going home to drink a bottle of wine as I am completely traumatised. The staff were great but we will not be making a return.

We had the mixed grill each. Very disappointed at how tiny the portion was for a £20 dish! The menu also said it included lamb chops but there was only one. Still hungry after I'd finished. Plain but tasted good, what there was of it.

Come here every two weeks with my dad and never disappoints! 1000x Better then any chicken I've ever tasted and the wedges are to die for. My dads been eating here since 1993 and ill pass it down to my kids too ❤❤❤ Pickin Chickin will always have my heart

Amazing breakfast rolls. Tea served in a teapot, love it Happened upon when travelling through sower y bridge and will make sure I visit every time I pass. Really god menu choices

Amazing spot good food and great staff becoming my regular spot for good food and atmosphere. Nothing too much and an overall amazing experience would highly recommend

My favourite kebab shop food bang on everytime i alway use happy days if you like kebabs try these guys 🙏 you wont be disappointed

I cannot write a review on the food on account it didn't show up! Called 10 minutes after the eta on just eat to be told it was running late, still didn't arrive, phoned back again and was told it had been delivered, which it hadn't. The operative argued it had been delivered. Poor customer service with no apology or offer of a replacement when we've ordered from there several times before. Now having to faff about getting a sizable refund via Just Eat 👎

Had a great evening there and some had a open mic night there i asked about it and he said he was having one every every Tuesday

Amazing waffles and milkshakes, the staff is wonderful and never lets me down with customised orders. We regularly come here every week and the food always been delicious every time with very fast delivery. And Liv is brilliant with customer service 10/10 :)

Disappointed with the experience. The most glaring issue was that the food was served cold. I had ordered a burrito and some tacos, expecting them to be hot and flavorful, but they arrived at my table barely warm. This significantly affected the taste and overall enjoyment of the meal. Additionally, the staff were surprisingly rude. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. The person taking my order seemed impatient and uninterested in answering my questions about the menu. When I politely mentioned that my food was cold, the response was dismissive and lacked any effort to rectify the situation.
