Im sorry to say but been treat like an outsider I am on crutches and staff don't bring my tray up yet the carry ice creams upstairs for other members of staff a little bit biased in my opinion. On the plus side the shop manager was brilliant and went above and beyond to rectify all this

Ahlem was so helpful when I was undecided about the zinger burger. She made a fillet for me to try and was really kind. I was very impressed with the service. And the food was delicious

I ordered two zinger burger meals Chips was nice and fresh Burger was very hard looks like been in warmer for a long time very disgrace.

I tried ordering from here through uber eats. I waited 3 hours waiting patiently until i decided to call my uber driver and ask where the food was. Mr ts had not processed my order at all and did not inform me nor cancel the order. If i didnt call i would have been waiting aimlessly

Amazing food, plenty of seating area and staff are nice an friendly. Price wise as expected a little on the expensive side but it's the going price for food like this. The milkshakes are also very nice here and smash burgers are decent. My favourite though is the parmesan as I just enjoy the taste and also the sides an creamy mash is exquisite.

Never had a bad meal here, consistent with the food and staff, tried lots of different items off the menu and all been amazing, takes cards and cash so convenient, always a reliable option.

We ordered smash burgers along with cheese and tomato pizza. The burgers with chips were good, but the pizza was overcooked as the topping was dry and cheese was not stretchy when u took a bite. Their speciality is burgers, not pizzas.

Ordered a Hotshot Parmesan and was told to come down in 10 minutes. Got there on time nd was told its coming out, waited 10 minutes and asked the girl on till how long it would be and she said it's coming out. Don't know where it's coming out from but I am still waiting for it to come out

Ordered a Gipsy King burger and a parmason. The state of the parmason was disgusting! It was all on one side, it had miixed pieces of chicken and cheese. Totally inedible and looked like someone had done sick. The chicken has been been thrown on the side and then tossed in the packaging as all in one corner on both sides of the box Rang the store to notify the of this and she just said not our fault its the drivers fault. I was very disappointed with the way she spoke. Also notified Uber Eats as ordered from them.

Staff are friendly, very chatty and friendly .food is good quality and the service is excellent.

I was not sure but I been told this is how it looks but the pizza tasted a bit burnt. Went back but was informed this is how it is. Was expecting a refund as it doesn’t look the same in the pictures. Burgure was nice but it’s good to ask first about it. As I didn’t know that I should have. It’s an expensive one.

First time ordering here, unfortunately the last too. Overpriced. Peanut butter stack wasn't a stack when it arrived,it was a puddle! Perhaps put a cold dessert in a separate bag instead of with hot food?! The chicken box with rice and chips was awful,for me anyway. I was expecting lovely tender pieces of chicken breast, instead it was hard like a warm up with what can only be described as a very hot sweet chilli sauce🤢 Had this been stated online I wouldn't have ordered it,I don't like hot spicy food, especially one that made my lips tingle and nose run. It went in the bin. Yet to try the stir fry kebab but I'm guessing it's soggy chips at the bottom of the box. Edit* next day. The kebab stir fry was just as hot and spicy as the chicken 🤮 I don't understand why you wouldn't state this on your menu! Ridiculous. Avoid this place unless you like your mouth on fire while eating.

Ordered two meals for takeaway got home and I only live 8 minutes away and both burgers were stale and fries were refried. Had to return after getting home which isn’t right all I got was an apology and this isn’t this first time you guys have given me a stale burger would you eat stale food? Why serve paying customers such shocking food?

This place is just the best I travel from Burnley to here only negative I have is they keep opening other shops else where but we need 1 in Burnley oh close to burner coz I can’t keep travelling so far but the food is always delicious this place beats any kfc any day also I’ve tried a lot from here always fresh food n very tasty even tho I travel it’s defo worth the trip if they opened 1 in Burnley this place would be packed every day with out a doubt look how big and thick them zinger burgers are there just quality never once had any bad food from here

The food was so dead and taste less got the meal box donner was dead the burger was dead the wings were disgusting i left the donner also bought a pizza to take home meat pizza the pizza was full of tomato purée disgusting I was so disappointed and the prices are a joke for dead food

Ordered a Biscoff and Ferrero milkshake and a flurry. Biscoff was relatively thick which is good but not biscoff’y enough - was lacking. Ferrero wasn’t Ferrero enough and very runny - near milk consistency. However the flurry was nice. First time to try milkshakes from here and I will stick to my regular next time.

Foods great and seating upstairs

Feel like over the years the quality is slowly going downhill. Chips are often overcooked like they've been refried several times. Fried chicken has a funky taste like it'd been cooked in old oil. The last time I got a pizza from here the dough tasted stale. The smash burgers are grimey and taste of gristle. Their knock-off drinks are some of the worst especially the "iron brew" Such a shame because this place used to be really good.

Was served by malika an amazing person made my milkshake very nice and service was 10/10 looks like a great hard worker

I took a visit to mr ts yesterday and the food was very good but I found little pieces of hair in my food and my cousins food aswell.

The website claims it closes at a specific time, but when I called 20 minutes earlier, they were already shut. Get your act together and stick to your own schedule!

I order through Uber Eats and I’m never disappointed. I’ve ordered burgers, chicken burgers, box meals and pizzas. The pizzas are on a par with a well known restaurant chain, the burgers are beaut and the halloumi fries are the best I’ve had. Absolutely spot on

Shambles- They didn’t give us our drinks and when we rang the female over the phone asked if we had paid for it in a rude way, she then said that the drink was there and that we would have to collect it even though it was for delivery. The female over the phone was very rude and unpleasant.

One of the worst take away experiences I’ve ever had. Ordered a veggie pizza and paid for stuffed crust / extra toppings, dips and a drink. Received a regular chicken pizza with none of the toppings I paid for, no dips or drink. Sadly at the mercy of Uber eats, who seem to not be resilient to refund me fully for the items that were missing. Awful. Will not be ordering again.

For the second time now I have received half my order. We only ordered a box meal and a 4 stack burger which came to £28. They only sent out the box meal. Told the driver who said they are rubbish and he cant do anything and to ring the restaurant. Rang them and all they could say is sort it with Uber eats as we can't do anything. Friday night treat before bed and one of us sat with no food. I won't be ordering again 😔

During my recent visit to Mr. T's at King's Cross, I was not only treated to exceptional food but also encountered a friendly and welcoming staff at the counter. The warm service added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. The restaurant itself was well-maintained and clean, creating a comfortable environment to savour their delectable offerings. Mr T’s interior decor is warm and cosy. Their upstairs sitting is quite good. Notably, their commitment to consistent taste across their dishes is truly commendable. If you're seeking a dining experience that combines flavorful food, friendly service, and a clean ambience, Mr. T's is undoubtedly a standout choice. Based on what I tried I recommend their Pizza which costs 8-9.5 £ per pizza. Their beef burgers and smash burgers are quite good and tasty. The price I paid was 10 pounds. I also enjoyed their quad Patty Burger was delicious it's called Fantastic Four Burger. I paid 9 quids for it. Their Peri chicken was lovely and was served with steak fries. It cost around 9 pounds. Normally price per person will be 10 pounds.

Burger was rubbery got about 3 chips per meal and didn't even sent the jalapeno samosas I ordered but still charged me for them. Rather get a fish fillet from McDonald's. Rip off

We cannot fault Mr T's Halifax, the food is great as is the service. Fantastic kids meal offer over the Summer Holidays has been really appreciated by our family. Great service received by Taylor at the front of house (two weeks in a row now) - give this lady a raise!

There is no consistency in the quality of their food

First time to try Mr Ts Halifax and definitely coming back! The food is very tasty 😋 especially the chicken wings 🍗 the cheeseburger 🍔 and the macaroni bites 🤩The staff are polite and staff named Ahlem is just the best! 👑 She made our exprience even better. The way she treats customers is just brilliant 💫

Was very good. The woman who served me called Taylor was very friendly made me feel comfortable.

Love the food, service was great but one thing annoyed me was that there was this lady that was very loud and disturbing and started to sing. She didn’t even have a good voice which makes things worse.

Small portion sizes, hardly get any chips for the price. Peri burger came out cold twice & the chips are poorly fried. Price increase is ridiculous and now have to pay extra for a drink. On Uber eats they charge double the price for each burger. Good to try here and there but will not be a loyal customer. I’ve already messaged on Snapchat all they did was screen shot my message. No wonder the store is losing customers Prices are extortionate and they increase the price everytime. The hot chick burger was 8.99 and now all of a sudden increased to 9.36 on Uber eats. They do this with every single item.

If I could give a zero I would. Burger tastes awful and the chips have been fried by the looks of it numreous times. This seems to be reoccuring issue with Mr Ts.
