The best restaurants serving Default food in Newcastle-under-Lyme West Midlands

We haven't eaten in this restaurant for over 12 months due to our very poor experience last time. We only went again as our granddaughter was hungry. Firstly the trays were dirty and hadn't been wiped. We then had to wait for someone to take our order and this was only done after our granddaughter went to the kitchen to fetch someone. Next there were no forks, probably due to the fact that most of the tables hadn't been cleared off. The teller said there weren't any clean one and proceed to collect some off the tables and took them to be cleaned. We then waited for approximately 20 minutes to be served. The food was very mediocre and nit value for money. Our general opinion is that the staff don't really want to be there and this is probably due to shortages.....After our last very critical review last year, we won't ever be eating here again...

First time having amigos as we normally go congleton.. we will definitely not be going back to congleton takeaway ... the food from amigos was amazing,filling and delivered in a reasonable time.

Longest wait ever. Staff rushed off there feet No coordination between delivery’s and desk orders

The disabled toilets are miles from the entrance which is very inconvenient for customers on crutches. This seems common in Welcome Break sites.

Took my order at 11:19pm had the confirmation text through and order never turned up tried calling at 11:50 no answer even though they shut at 12 took my money will be calling for a refund tomorrow

I visited for lunch with my son and mother. Struggled to find a clean table. Limited cutlery and most tables needed cleaning. Eventually when the food arrived it was only just warm and my sons fish was thick batter,curled up and hardly any fish.When we asked for it to be changed we were told that the cook had stated they would fry another but it would be exactly the same? Terrible value for money and awful customer service.will not even be shopping here again let alone eating!

Been ordering from here for over 3 years and never had any complaints!! Food is always excellent (housed 14 and 55) if you remember us!! Great place to order from!

Toby carvery talk is a great place to dine outstanding food and a good proportion of meat selection and well prepared. great friendly staff and friendly manager. I would highly recommend it for your meals and great place for puddings and also for drinks.

Absolutely crap this mc Donald’s it’s my local one so have to come here every time I come I waiting at least 20 mins and longer for it what the hell is wrong with this place give ya the mc flurry first it’s melted by the time ya get ya actual food

Stopped at Keele especially to have a KFC. There was no food available at all. After finding the Kidderminster branch closed when it should have been open the previous day, this really was the icing on the cake! How do KFC manage to stay in business, when you can't actually buy anything! Rubbish.

Hour and half still not here and when I call them it’s user busy joke could of made popcorn chicken my self in that time

The spoon for their soup was very flat. No pepper for the soup either. They should keep a few sachets of pepper if they are going to sell soup.

Awful. Cold poached eggs and cold toast for one meal. The 2 other veggie breakfasts came without butter/spread and was missing half of the ingredients....£6 for 2 veg sausages a hash brown a brown dollop of avacado and 1 slice of dry cold toast. Won't be coming back...£17 wasted.

Terrible experience. After nearly two decades in the hospitality and catering industry I can safely say this was quite possibly the worst dining experience I've ever encountered. I've never written a negative review about anything before but felt compelled to do so in this case!!! Whoever is in charge of this establishment may seriously need to give their head a wobble and re-evaluate their chosen career. Shocking customer service to reslove issues to add insult to injury. Highly advise to avoid like the plague.
