Cluckees Chicken in Newcastle-under-Lyme

Terrible experience. After nearly two decades in the hospitality and catering industry I can safely say this was quite possibly the worst dining experience I've ever encountered. I've never written a negative review about anything before but felt compelled to do so in this case!!! Whoever is in charge of this establishment may seriously need to give their head a wobble and re-evaluate their chosen career. Shocking customer service to reslove issues to add insult to injury. Highly advise to avoid like the plague.

Is this a joke.. 6.50 for a mixed box of churios just to get this? What? Like this isn't much at all.. esepcially considering the cost to actually make them. Got a plant based wrap with there "homemade, special veggie patty" when it's the same as the same veggie burger that's in every typical takeaway place. Ordered a mint lemonade just to get sprite? The curly fries were rubbery? The fries which were advertised as mccain are the typical takeaway fries in a much smaller portion. It's the misleading that's bothered me. I payed a bit more thinking it was actually a proper resteraunt type place, it is not?

Raw red blood chicken , this will be reported to health and safety, with photos .

Chicken is raw will never have chicken from there again shame as rest of food was nice

Food not great at all chips soggy chicken skin soggy chicken tasted like rubber went all in the bin as wouldn't wait another hour for delivery but will not order again
