Everytime I order it takes over an hour and half and it’s never busy inside as I’ve been in they never have phone on it’s always engaged we order at 7 and don’t get it till 10 this time it hasn’t even come and phone off the hook terrible service

I ordered 2 milkshakes and they came spilled everywhere the delivery guy had a right attitude and gave me the bag sideways the milkshakes or what was life of the one was horrible and clumpy would not recommend at all vile !!

Placed a order for 5 milkshakes and it took 2 hours. Rang up got told it will be with us in 15 minutes and it took another and 50 minutes then rang again and said its on its way and then said he is leaving shortly so hadn't left. The milkshakes weren't they best and tasted funny. My son couldn't drink his

NEVER order from them , they don't deliver , they don't answer their phone and when they do they're rude and blunt about it , still waiting 3 hours later for our food ! Beyond a joke .

Food never arrived and surprise surprise nobody answered the phone. Would not recommend!

My partner ordered me and him some food ( crepe, doughnuts and 2 milkshakes) it stated it was “delivered” but nothing I tried to contact them and no1 is answering, normally we wouldn’t bother but this was over £25 order! Fuming is a understatement

Gave them a ring 12 times and nobody is picking up the phone just rings forever, poor service

This evening, the man at the desk in the white t shirt was really rude and unfriendly. Initially on coming in he rudely asked straight away if we were collecting and we said no. We sat down as we were waiting for the food and when it came out, he tapped the bag to get our attention instead of just saying excuse me or something and then pointed towards the bag for us to collect it. I then asked why he had packed it in a bag and only then did he tell us that they were not accepting sit ins. Food was decent.

Ordered through Uber Eats, waited over two hours for it to come, rung the company for them to say it was "around the corner" it came 10 minutes later, when we spoke to the person on the phone they were really rude, and when the food eventually came, the cheese cake was smashed and warm, the waffle and cookie dough were stone cold, contacted them again and they said they were going to give me 20% off my next order, then 2 free scoops of ice cream (the ice cream that was like milk) only after i said that i dont want to order from there again did they say that they were going to issue me a refund (waiting to see if this actually happens) when i asked how was a i sure if i was going to get a refund the person on the phone replied with "because we're a business and if i said youre getting a refund youre getting a refund". generally would not order from here again, even if you paid me. Avoid.

Just rude arrogant staff. Unproffesional entitled half asleep kids

Cake out of stock. Spent an hour and a half to deliver. When called asking for food, I was told 10mins. 20mins later I called. Staff being rude saying I wasn’t the only order. Rude, unprofessional and food came cold. Would not recommend.

Absolutely shocking! Waited hour and half for a crepe and come tiny for the price I paid and soggy! Wouldn't recommend coming to these!!

We've ordered from here a 4 times, 1st three were brilliant, the last order came and the crepe was all smashed up in the box and missing the gelato (nearly £7 for the item pictured). The milkshakes were runny presumably from either sitting too long or the delivery driver taking the mick. Also all the items absolutely stunk of cigarettes again probably the fault of the driver but its not good enough, the milkshakes all went in the bin. Won't be ordering again.

Rubbish service as never delivered my food and it stated it did. When I called customer service was absolutely rubbish with no help. ZERO STARS. NEVER AGAIN ORDERING FROM HERE

Amazing dessert place, been looking for a dessert place since I’ve moved here and I’ve found it. Milkshakes are thick and made properly, still yet to try their waffles but they look really good 5* keep up the good work

I am a massive foodie and have a big crave for sweet things. If this dessert shop is not number one, then it is up there with the all-time best dessert shops ever in Staffordshire! From fast delivery to great customer service in store I urge you to check the place out!! My favourite is the Ferrero Rocher milkshake perfection is the only word that comes to mind!!!

Wrong ice cream flavours were delivered as well as them only giving us half the portions that were supposed to come with the waffles we ordered. Also a missing drink. When phoning the restaurant the employee that answered the phone was extremely rude and told us to come back and get it if we wanted it. No apologies made for the order being incorrect and terrible customer service. Wil not be ordering again."

My cake was out of stock so picked pancakes over the phone yet half ingredients what suppose to be on there aren't even on it .be on phone to training standards ..strawberry addiction there was properly one strawberry diced at most no.cream and no drizzled in milk and no strawberry cheese cake or strawberry gelato .just dry pancakes with chocolate sauce and one strawberry diced see pic for self 4 ingredients missing disgusting if haven't got stock don't serve people. Oh and they closed early so was no chance of sorting it

Ordered a Lindor milkshake, but pretty sure they used cheap and nasty chocolate. Even then they were stingy on the amount in the drink. Like other reviews have said, doesn't taste like what it's advertised as.

AMAZING!!! The FOOD! SHAKES!! And SERVICE!! The DESSERTS - Especially the BROWNIES!! And DOUGHNUTS!! And u gotta try the Mother of all Shakes! Its like nothing Ive had before!! Really disappointed with how this place has been the last 3 orders I have had have been wrong in some way or another but today is the last time I'll be ordering. Ordered 2 milkshakes today, took 1 hour and 15 minutes to actually turn up, when it did turn up one of the milkshakes were wrong even though I have specified in the notes what I wanted... Sometimes they do it..sometimes they don't. When it arrived it was like water, very very thin, didn't have a great deal of taste and the bottom of the milkshake had half of an unblended chocolate bar. We rang to express the dissatisfaction and they told us that we were wrong... What a shambles....

Ordered using Deliveroo and we we not disappointed. The milkshakes are the nicest we have ever had. They are so thick you can cut them with a knife which is just how I like them. I recommend the Kinder Bueno waffle as that was really yummy.

Forgot my cheesecake the milkshakes are just like ice cream and don’t taste like the flavours they’re supposed to very disappointed it looked nice on the pictures

I had the worst experience ordering from them. I had to call them twice after the order was meant to come and it hadn’t even left the shop. The guy on the phone was so apathetic to the inconvenience caused. We were left really upset

Used to love getting a temptations but after having to wait over 2 hours for a £23 or order and when It finally arrived was handed everything at once at the door coursing me to drop one of my milkshakes all over my carpet (while the delivery driver laugh at me) and having not money taken off the bill or anything to say sorry for the long wait, or the milkshake all over my carpet. I will no long be ordering anything from here ever again and will be telling others to stay away too ..... plenty of other take aways in this city.... You should look after your customers
