Slam Dunk Burger in Newcastle-under-Lyme

Been ordering from here for over 3 years and never had any complaints!! Food is always excellent (housed 14 and 55) if you remember us!! Great place to order from!

Do not order from here. Food quality and hygiene issues clearly. Sent us the incorrect sundaes and then were asking for us to send them back for a refund after we had opened the sundaes instead of resending us the correct sundaes. Manager and staff are incredibly rude. If they think they were going to re sell the sundaes that were opened that is utterly disgusting. Im pretty sure that is against food saftey to be doing that or asking back for an order they messed up and then refusing refund when we mentioned we opened the sundaes. Of course we had to open the food to check it. The level of incompetence is un matched.

Consistently deliver the wrong food, and miss items out entirely. Food quality is poor and customer service is even worse. Don’t waste ur time

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. DISAPPOINTED. Ordered two burgers with fries and drinks, all for a good price. HOWEVER… the food arrived lukewarm at best, and one of the burgers missing salad and sauce. When we rang the restaurant we were added to a WhatsApp conversation with a manager who told us they would send us the sauce in a pot and the salad as a side salad. When we questioned this we were offered a 20% discount which we didn’t take as we will not be ordering from there again. Asked for a refund and the original offer was offered again. We are looking to gain a refund through UberEats now.

If I could give zero stars I would, food never turned up rang up to complain and got hung up if you ever think of ordering from here don’t 🤦‍♂️

Ordered food, was waiting for an hour and my ordered was checked as delivered. When I rang the restaurant I was told the driver had left my food outside two minutes earlier. No one ever knocked on the door. The food was nowhere to be found and the restaurants solution was to claim my money back to uber.

Load of tat! they messed up every part of the order. I’ve worked in the fast food industry and it’s easy to do these orders but they still moronically ruined the order. When the issues were flagged up they put down the phone, takes the mick.

Always get a takeaway from here it's the best and good price

My first time ordering here and the food is so delicious the burger is not like a regular takeaway burger. It’s like a restaurant quality burger. Made me so full and satisfied and it’s so affordable. Will be ordering more in the future

Ripped off brought the buy one get one free burger value box only one burger came, and no donner meat, they told me there donner machine is broke after taking my money and refusing a refund or to send out the other burger, will not use again

Gave wrong food (replacement was nice tbh) and always given lukewarm to cold fries along with mozzarella sticks with no mozzarella

We ordered a philly cheese steak sandwich, came on what looked like a stale baguette that was reheated and the was a big tear on one side. It was okay but the meat was definitely not rib eye as advertised, either that or it was the most overcooked poor quality rib eye i've tasted. We also ordered philly cheese stake dirty fries, which again were okay but it was missing advertised ingredients and again the meat was poor. The triple burger was good although we asked for lettuce on it and got a tiny sliver, heart attack guaranteed! The single NY nick burger came with just mayo and was missing the Chipotle sauce. To summarise, the food was poor/average quality, missing or incorrect ingredients and not particularly cheap. We've ordered from here 3 times now, first time was actually quite good, each time the quality has gone down. Won't be ordering again.

I paid for two and only one attendant came did not solve anything I will never order again I still haven't received the order

Been waiting for well over an hour now and still no sign of food. Would have rather ordered from somewhere else as now I'm going hungry.

Originally had issue with my order but great customer service, got my order redelivered and really friendly staff. Food was also really good would deffo recommend.

Really poor quality this is a cheap frozen burger at a premium price there so much better available now if you want a good burger. Had a chicken burger too, small and messy and the sauce was everywhere but where it should be. They also missed the tower from it so it was an extra couple of quid for nothing. Total waste wont go again.

Just ordered from here for the first time and it was absolutely amazing! Loaded fries were so tasty the burgers were out of this world and my god the lotus biscoff cheesecake was just amazing. Can't fault it at all will definitely be a regular, keep up the fab work and I'll definitely be reccomending to everyone!

Had from here a while back, food was good then. I’ve had food tonight and can’t believe how bad it was. Loaded fries were hard, burger was disgusting and my wings were raw. Never again!
