Hour and half still not here and when I call them it’s user busy joke could of made popcorn chicken my self in that time

Ordered food from here, 2 hours AFTER I ordered & received and email stating my order was confirmed, they call and said they won’t deliver to me and I have to wait 5 days for a refund... absolutely disgusting, nowhere else open to order from now it’s 02:30 am & i am a key worker on a graveyard shift. Will never give them custom again.

After 2 hours of waiting for our food to be delivered, I contacted the restaurant. Staff member was rude and uninterested in the issue. He continued to talk to other staff whilst I was waiting on the phone. He firstly said he hadn’t seen the order. He then told me it was on its way. It wasn’t! I waited another half an hour before calling again. I suggested a partial refund to which he replied ‘if I gave everyone a part refund who didn’t receive their order on time, I may aswell close my shop!’ Says it all really. After that he just ignored me... complete silence so I put the phone down. Had tried to cancel my order on Uber eats but couldn’t. When it finally arrived, nearly 3 hours later, the Kebab was soaked in fat. Will not order from them again

Live in knutton never had one till tonight,lovely food burgers pizzas kebabs etc,definitely have again very good quality. Many thanks my grandchildren will so have this when they can next visit,good to have someone near to deliver.Our son wife and hubby so enjoyed Many thanks

Aweful What could be simpler than a Donna Kebab salad separate sweetcorn relish on the salad?. 1. 30p more to have the salad separate ( I dont want any extra for nothing, just dont like my salad soggy and droopy after it has steamed on the kebab for 15 minutes. 2. Not important now because when I arrived home it was dripping with water ( not drained) staining the car seat and soaking into the kebab wrapped in paper. 3.Pitta bread. OOPS did you have trouble getting it out of the wrapper or separating it from the othe 4 pittas in the pack. It was in pieces, but, no matter see 4. 4. What was left of the pitta was soaked, yes soaked in FAT coating the pitta and the whole of the plastic container. Pitta went straight to bin did not pass go did not collect £200. 5. Donner meat. Is there a setting on how thick they can cut with those shaver things? mine was wafer thin and after placing the meat in the oven for approx 10 mins on 120 c to get rid of the remaining FAT the Donner meat turned into quavers. SHAME
