I reserved a table which hadn't been reserved when we got there. Luckly the restaurant was empty. Waited a while before anyone appeared, there was no bell to alert them. Ordered food which took a long time to come even though there was no one in front of us. My granddaughter received the wrong burger and had to wait a long time for the correct one to be cooked. Fries were hard and meals were not hot. Another customer complained because his bacon was to hard to eat. The people behind the bar spent all the time apologising to various customers for the many mistakes. There was a rather large man, a member of staff coming out of the kitchen in shorts with his stomach showing! Not very professional. All in all not a very nice experience.

Great service from Verity at front desk. Rooms were fine. Location was good

Booked in for a large family celebration. We had a section of the restaurant to ourselves which was perfect considering the amount of children in our party. All team were happy & helpful. Exceptional customer service, could not be Faulted! Special thanks to Jamie & George for all their help throughout the night with George kindly taking a Family picture for us before we left. Massive Thank you to the Kitchen team for cooking all 23 meals to perfection! All food arrived in a timely mannor, presented well and most importantly Hot and delicious. Highly recommended expessically for large parties. We did provide a Pre order due to us being such a large party, this made the process quick and stress free on the night. We all had a lovely evening and will definitely visit again!

Best pizza ever, perfect in everyway. Went to Domino's they tried to charge us £70 for 2 pizzas and garlic bread. We had 3 pizzas, 2x buffalo wings, potato tots, bacon and Cheese sticks all for £40!!

Filthy dirty and thick with dust, paint work etc looks like it's never been cleaned. Appalled! Stupidly thought I'd give this place a second chance as we frequently travel between Chester and Plymouth and this is approximately half way. Today they turned us away informing us that they were running low on food and walk in customers are not their priority! Unbelievable that any hospitality business can be running low on food before breakfast is finished and don't value paying customers. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business somewhere that is deserving my custom.

Been going here since i was little and the foods been amazing every single time, i always get chowmein which has never not been good, chicken in honey and lemon sauce is what ive been getting for years and would reccomend it to anyone that hasnt had it, only thing i say is that the prices have gone up over the years but if youre only going to have it on the odd occasion its worth it.

Very disappointed, walked into the counter. I asked for a sausage bap. Was sent back to find it in the fridge. Staff didn't help just served the people that had later arrived. Putting me at the back of the queue.. RUDE.

Came for birthday drinks for the wife. Had to remortgage the house to pay for them and then nearly killed myself trying to dodge the trip hazards on the patio outside. Unfortunately, much better places to go and have a drink. Won’t be coming back!
