After my interview, I stopped by for a drink and then decided to enjoy a carvery, as it would be too late for me to cook at home. I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the excellent experience I had. The blonde lady who was checking guests in and escorting them to their tables demonstrated remarkable professionalism and confidence, and she truly deserves commendation for her outstanding service. The carvery itself was delicious, and I was impressed by how the chefs were meticulously cleaning and maintaining the area, which reflects their commitment to quality and cleanliness. I look forward to returning in the future!

A rustic ambience that has plenty of seating for family and friends. The biggest takeaway is the friendly and efficient staff that work extremely hard to deliver a pleasant experience.

The Brockworth carvery is very popular and busy, but always well worth the visit. food is always excellent, along with brilliant he;pful staff; nothing seems too much for them. Well done.

Ordered food all you gave was half a tub of mash x2 pathetic suppose to be 4 meats in one and 3 in the other was tiny fingertip slice on gammon and the other had no gammon the children’s meal had more meat and had a small tiny slice on beef pathetic

Omg the staff here are a absolute disgrace there slow don’t wait to take peoples order presume everyone is having a roast you lot need to have a bit of enthusiasm and respect for your job instead off talking amongst yourself have a bit of pride in your job if u don’t want to work there there’s always Burger King Mac Donald’s and even replacing the trolleys at a supermarket

We had the pleasure of visiting Toby in Brockworth for breakfast, and I must say we were very pleased! The Swedish buffet offered a variety of delicious options, and the traditional English breakfast was simply fantastic. The food was fresh and tasty, and the diverse selection ensured everyone found something they enjoyed. The service was friendly and helpful, which made our morning even more enjoyable. We definitely recommend this place for a tasty breakfast!

Arranged and booked dinner with our family, after my husband came out of hospital and to celebrate our grandson's birthday this was for seven of us all together. We come here often and the food as always is very good. They allowed my husband to have a small plate as he was not very hungry and the rest of us tucked into the roast dinner. Starters, puddings and drinks were all good. The only thing is my grandson's fiance said she would have liked something different from a carvery but there is not a lot else on the menu so she had the carvery anyway. We will be back in the near future I am sure. Tilly was our server and our raffle ticket is 640 for the 2 course meal for 4.

Had roast beef with roast potatoes and vegetables with gravy and Yorkshire pudding . The food was bland no flavour what so ever the Yorkshire pudding was raw you could smell the egg in it. Restaurant temperature to hot.

Was awful usually it’s great but last night was just plain terrible. Food was stone cold. And I’ve booked to go to dentist after the Yorkshire puds as they were like stone. Not to mention the meat dried out and the beef was just pure fat. Also the gravy well I may have well poured a pint of water on it. Will be staying away from here for a while.

I visited Toby Carvery Brockworth with my Mum on 2nd Feb 2025 and sat at our usual table 30. The staff at this Toby are always welcoming and friendly. We were greeted by Geoff or Jeff the manager, who's been at this Toby for at least 9 or 10 years. We were served by Lily G, who is new to us; she was welcoming, attentive, courteous and professional. The food was well presented and delicious. Looking forward to our next visit, on 20th Feb 2025, my Birthday. Many thanks Dave

One team member, Jordan, went above and beyond—not just in delivering fantastic customer service but also in showing remarkable attention to my wellbeing. I suffer from a rare type of migraine, which can make dining out a challenge. Jordan made every effort to ensure my experience was as comfortable and stress-free as possible. She arranged a quiet, peaceful spot for me and my mum to enjoy our meal and even went the extra mile by turning off the music to create a more relaxing atmosphere. Jordan’s kindness and thoughtfulness are rare to find, and her actions made such a positive difference to my visit. The food, as always, was delicious, but it was Jordan’s incredible care and consideration that truly stood out. Toby Carvery has gained a loyal customer in me, and I can’t recommend them highly enough for not just their food but their amazing hospitality. We are always welcomed very warmly the staff are always pleasant and and friendly and give us time to settle. Our lovely server today was ella who was great from the start.she found us a cosy corner and brought our drinks.After our meal on leaving she gave us a ticket number 391 and asked to give a review of our visit which we were happy to do. Popped in as only me and hubby for tea. Have always had a reasonable meal here, but it's always the veg that let's it down, as the chefs don't refresh it enough, so can be cool and not hot, and the gravy is the same, hardly any left so not very hot.

It’s ok but not the best today and I order regular from here eggs are undercooked very runny and messy plus asked for mushrooms instead of egg on 2 baps and got eggs maybe ran out of them but should of put eggs separate …..

Great place for unlimited breakfast, unlimited carvery. If you're on a budget and want a great bit of grub, this is your place. The staff are nice. Amy, who took my payment, was very pleasant and too the manager. The place is tidy, plenty of parking. Give it a go. What's not to like.

The carvery is lovely the food is hot and the veg is fresh. You have the option to upgrade your plate size and you have the option to get more veg as it is unlimited.

Meat portions are far too small here and the roast potatoes were still raw in the centre. If you have all the meats its even more sparse . Thats the only thing that put us off coming again , even though we both work for m&b .

Had an amazing time celebrating birthdays and it was made even better by James the manager who was very attentive and made sure we had all what we needed amazing service and an amazing man 🙂

As usual, the food was delicious and the staff cannot be faulted. The carvery was quite busy, not quite the busiest we've ever seen it, but still plenty of customers, which shows how much people think of this carvery.

The food was ok, beef was a bit chewy, and veg was good. No complaints roast potatoes cooked in beef dripping was delicious, Deserts had to settle for what they had as they ran out of most what was on the menu, The staff were great and can not fault them all round a good meal.

We came on new years eve with friends and had a fantastic carvery and desserts. The food was all really hot and fresh with a good selection of vegetables on offer. The staff were welcoming and very attentive with food speedy service. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Our server Tilly was very helpful and prompt at clearing away the empty plates. She also brought our desserts out very quickly. Raffle tickets 397 and 383.

Promptly taken to our table. The waiter took our drink order whilst we decided what we wanted to order for lunch. Roast! Why else would you go to a carvery? After a bit of a queue, The chef was very helpful and allowed me to have nice thick slices of beef. Everything was superb, the beef dripping roasties and gravy get special mention. Pudding was equally as nice. The staff were friendly and attentive. All in all an excellent meal.
