I reserved a table which hadn't been reserved when we got there. Luckly the restaurant was empty. Waited a while before anyone appeared, there was no bell to alert them. Ordered food which took a long time to come even though there was no one in front of us. My granddaughter received the wrong burger and had to wait a long time for the correct one to be cooked. Fries were hard and meals were not hot. Another customer complained because his bacon was to hard to eat. The people behind the bar spent all the time apologising to various customers for the many mistakes. There was a rather large man, a member of staff coming out of the kitchen in shorts with his stomach showing! Not very professional. All in all not a very nice experience.

The food was lovely but we had a long wait for it the service was slow but staff were friendly clean and tidy the dining room is split from main bar which makes it difficult for staff to see customers

Had the Singapore noodles garlic bread and onion rings.. came piping hot and delicious. Very good and nice clean looking pub inside.. will come back.

Good freshly cooked food quickly served . Friendly service , checked that we were happy with our food Nothing gluten free but was able to substitute to make a gluten free meal.

This place recently re opened under new management after a much needed refurbishment. We had high hopes, with its dedicated management team, friendly staff and good choices on its food and drinks menu including many vegan options! Sadly after less than 6 months a new menu menu was launched and the choices has significantly been reduced. Also, it’s quickly becoming apparent the refurb was done quite cheaply and has resulted in deteriorating seating and inadequate facilities, underscoring the need for the brewery to invest more in maintaining the pub's positive changes. We will continue to support for the time being, but further improvements are essential for its long-term success.
