The best restaurants serving Default food in Weston-super-Mare Central North Somerset South West

Food was late. After 30 minutes we contacted the shop and were told the driver was outside. Another 20 minutes later the food arrived with no apology. Food was hot and tasted better than previous orders we've had from here.

Been here a few times. Think it is amazing, the food is good, the cake is goooooood and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

My wife and I who locals often grab fish and chips while in town and nip home with it. We do share our business around but Puffins is often at the top of our list as its always pretty good. Probably not a complaint, more like a disappointment, we orderd 2 small Cod and chips and when we got home and set up the table we tucked in. We both looked at each other after taking a bite of the fish and said...... Pollock. ? Tried to phone to ask if we were mistaken but the phone wasn't answered. Please, oh please can we have our favourite fish and chips back. Cod preferably. Maybe the reply to feedback will say nobody else complained that day, but were they repeat local customers, or just bank holiday weekend visitors who didn't know the difference. I have over 175,000 views and do not moan over nothing, all good reviews from me. Come on Puffin you can do better...... Please.

They do not serve food. Apparantly they have not served food for 5 years. Think the website needs updating

We couldn’t open the door, thought it was shut, so a young lad opened it for us. 1st time using a Nando’s. Would have been nice for table service as I had 4 children with me. It was a little spicy for the children but they enjoyed it especially with the ice cream for dessert. No Blue Light Card. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Wouldn’t go again for a Nando’s until the children are older.

Not so fast food! Came on bank holiday Monday just after 2pm. Only three other customers in front of me. It takes 11 minutes for my order to be ready. Only two on front of house, who seemed to be arguing with each other over who wanted help. Manager/supervisor seemed to preoccupied with her checklist than try and bring some order to the situation. Food was good, but the service was sub-par.

I came with some friends in a group of five for breakfast just after Parkrun. I ordered some toast with a fruit drink (my friends ordered larger courses). My drink came after at least 15 minutes (didn't keep track of time), while our food came another 15 after that (my friend complained that her coffee was cold by the time the food arrived).

Parsons in Oakdale Blackwood. As a (very) regular customer to the Oakdale bakery, I can report that the staff are amazing, friendly, accommodating and quite a good humoured bunch with great personalities! They happily accept requests. Lisa has often put just one croissant in the oven for me and cooked it deliciously every time! Nice work ladies 💕

Dirty place! Bathrooms vile, not clean, urine buildup on toilet seats, faeces up the backs of several toilets! Bins filthy too! Reflection on hygiene of the unseen kitchen!

Shop was empty no queue, only 1 man working behind counter who was on his mobile. I waited a while and then asked if he was serving, he said he was just busy on his mobile. We left. It is so sad that this employee does not value the customer who is the source of his earnings. The shop needs a total refurbishment as it dirty and tired and new ell trained employees who know the value of the customer. This is not the first time I have raised an issue with this shop but now I shall never return or recommend.

Had a quick stop here for an ice cream. We had a strawberry cheesecake Ice cream and it was amazingggg.

Very rude man got angry about curry sauce and ignored my friends order. Would rather go to sultans or delicious kebab
