Nando’s in North Somerset

We couldn’t open the door, thought it was shut, so a young lad opened it for us. 1st time using a Nando’s. Would have been nice for table service as I had 4 children with me. It was a little spicy for the children but they enjoyed it especially with the ice cream for dessert. No Blue Light Card. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Wouldn’t go again for a Nando’s until the children are older.

Popped into Nando’s at Weston super mare today for lunch nice food staff friendly good seating areas lots of choices for food shame they don’t have any hot drinks available but apart from that all good

In terms of food, Nandos offers some really great food chicken is always delicious, alongside many other dishes. Although ordering through the app is a pretty easy process and makes it convenient when ordering in a large group, it makes the whole experience very non personal and makes you feel like 'just another customer'. It's almost like you're being ignored, especially when staff are running around trying to deal with the influx of the usual just eat or deliveroo drivers. Not necessarily specific to this restaurant but nandos as a whole.

Everything is usually fast and efficient and no issues with the food which is always hot. I can’t say it’s excellent value for money as the chicken portions seem to get smaller each time whilst the price seems to increase. Staff on each of our visits have always been courteous and helpful. Always feels a little rushed which means you lose the dining out experience but that’s Nando’s and standard across all the branches. As far as Nando’s goes we can’t complain and have always been happy with what we have received and the quality of food provided.

Staff were excellent, found us a table, explained the ordering process and were quick to deliver the food. The guy clearing tables was very good, cleaning literally everything and mindful not to get the spray near us as he cleaned the next table. Food was as you would expect (it’s never going to be Michelin star!). Only downside was the coldness of the restaurant (and why it’s 4 not 5).
