Kaspa’s Desserts in North Somerset

Terrible customer service! Would not accommodate my friends son who couldn’t eat ice cream and wanted to change it to cream! Waffle machine wasn’t working and it had only just opened (12pm) Floors were filthy. And our children were upset we had to leave!

Went yesterday (03/07/2024) and it was great, came in, sat down, and ordered, less than 15 minutes later we got our food and it was perfect! Loved the staff there they were very polite and the food was delicious.

Walked in to ask if I could use their toilet as McDonalds was busy and I was desperate to go, walked up to the counter and the guy behind the counter said it was for customers only, and I was actually thinking about buying a dessert as I hadn’t had one in a long time.. but still refused me to use it so I walked out and said that I would take my money and time elsewhere and used Subway’s WC which they were absolutely fine with. Never ever refuse someone to use your toilet, as what if they a bladder issue or a chronic illness for example. I don’t think I’ll be returning here after this, as it’s put me off that I was treated in an unfriendly matter. it’s a shame as Kaspa’s used to be such a go to.

Well Mahmudur who served us I think has absolutely no adea how to talk to customers. When you go to a place like this you expect happy friendly fun staff. That adds to the experience. Personally I think a morgue would be still too happy a place to work. We have been here many times in the past and never experienced such ignorance. When repeating the order back and my 2 year old was screaming in my ear I couldn’t hear a word he said he was so quiet. The bit that really disappointed me was my 7 year old daughter being handed her J2O with the bent opened bottle top still on it. Just take it off and bin it. Rather than leaving it for my daughter or 2 year old son to cut them selves on. Food was ok. Service there is none. Very disappointing.

Such a disappointment rud staff. The waffles which we ordered were served cold and the presentation if somebody would get sick on the plate.

Limited interactions with staff, so can't comment on that. They brought the drinks and food over, but that was about it. Mostly wearing face masks, though some didn't seem to understand that it's meant to cover your nose AS WELL as your mouth.Agree that they need to remove the phone number as an option, or actually bother to answer it.Visited on a Friday evening, about 7pm, fairly quiet, no trouble getting a table, and plenty of space in the restaurant. Drinks and food both arrived in good time, and were very yummy. Would return, or visit the same chain in another city.

Awful customer service! We tried ringing several times and no answer. So we proceeded to go to the restaurant. When ordering waitress laughed at us when we made a mistake. We then got shouted at when food was ready “OI!”. We then got given drinks without cup holders when we went in for a takeaway. When we approached the waitress she seemed unaware as to what we was speaking about. Got given faulty boxes with no bags which caused leakage of chocolate sauce. While reviewing the reviews i see many negative comments about staff behaviour and actions towards members of the public and no actions seems to of been taken on this. I do not recommend. Appalling.

Firstly didn’t answer phones so decided to go into the restaurant where i got laughed at by the waitress we then placed our order and sat in the furthest waiting area to maintain social distancing, the staff then decided to get my attention by shouting “oi” at me to come collect my food. I then got handed 4 take away drinks with no cup holders and a hot chocolate with no lid which I had to carry and then go in the car with. I also got handed 3 boxes with no bag after clearly struggling to carry drinks and food by myself.

Visited today. Staff were rude upon entrance. Place was empty but refused to allow us in. Staff were rude and aggressive. Service was slow. Took over 26 minutes for food to arrive and not advised of any delays. Do not recommend! Place was dirty. Rubbish all over floor. Dirty tables everywhere and we’ve visited here 3 times now and it seems worse on every visit!

Completely different experience to the last few reviewers. It was a Wednesday so eat out to help out on but we were seated within minutes, staff polite, majority of staff wearing masks, place clean, great service and one of the only times the food arrived looking identical to the menu. Good food, bargain due to 50% off but pretty reasonable full price.

This is the second time I've been to this branch and it never ceases to disappoint. Grandsons 11th birthday treat. Can't book a table during the Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday 50% off days. Not a big problem as we arrived in good time. Staff not warm and welcoming. There were 4 of us and we were asked a few times by the same person if we wanted a table for four of us. The food took a long time to arrive. Grandsons ice cream cane. The tea and coffee ordered arrived 10 minutes later. This happened the last time we came last year. Nothing seems to arrive all at once, you think you're order has been forgotten. The floor beneath the counter was noticeably dirty. The napkins that the Cutlery was wrapped in was actually dirty, with things stuck to them from someone else's order. The worst was the loo. The wall beneath the hand drier was really filthy and the sink hadn't been cleaned for a while by the look of it. I mentioned this to the staff at the till. (Some wearing masks some with masks beneath their noses, some wearing them like a chin strap) the hand drier in the mens loos didn't work. Bearing in mind we are in the middle of a pandemic where cleanliness ought to be a priority, this was sadly lacking. If that's what's on show it makes me wonder what is hidden behind the counter. Better staff training and cleanliness of the premises would be a good start. Also, paper menus to avoid cross contamination may be something they could consider too. Could be amazing but just isn't.

STAFF, rudeORDER, 2 of us went and ordered, did ordering the other listen to make sure we had ordered it all. Stuff can out in bits then found one of the kids orders was missing. Staff said we didnt order it but we ordered 2 but they put in one. So one of the adults had to go without. Made a 30 mile trip to try this place cost nearly £70, what a waste of time. NEVER AGAIN.

After trying to book a table monday all after noon and just getting an answerphone my friend went down to Kaspas and booked a table with the manager for the following day for five and left contact details,on arriving at Kaspas we were told no bookings were allowed and that we could not have a table even though we had booked one the day before the member of staff was very argumentative and was saying we couldnt have a table,after being at work all day and having children with us that had been looking forward to going i was not going to leave without being seen especially after my friend booking a table in advance.We eventually got a table after waiting out side but when my friend went up to order her food she was shouted at my a member of staff she should have a mask on and that everyone out side was looking at her,i find this very strange behaviour when every other person that went up and was eating in was not told the same.In all we will not return due to rudeness of staff and think they need re training.

First time visiting the area. Walked all over to find an open ice cream shop. Finally found this only for the rude worker at the door to turn us away. The place was still seating people and all we wanted was take away. Others had been waiting over thirty min for a milkshake!! Horrible people do not visit!!!!!

Good service and friendly staff. Enjoyed a strawberry shortcake waffle and different flavoured ice creams on Valentine’s Day with the mrs. Will visit again soon.

Been there on Valentine’s Day ,really nice place. I visited with my Mrs we order strawberry shortcake and mango mania sundae. Nice food and really impressed by the staff , hope to be there soon.

My first visit to kaspa’s and will definitely be my last. Stood just inside the door next to the sign that says “please wait to be seated”. After 10 minutes we gave up and went to the counter. Whilst waiting the staff were doing multiple tasks like using the till, wiping the sides down & prepping the food all without any washing of hands. There is such thing as basic hygiene. Took our order and was then seated. I respect they also deliver but when there is only 6 tables in the restaurant in use then 45 minutes waiting for food is unacceptable.

Second visit to Kaspa's and sadly unlikely to return. On arrival waited quite some time to be seated and when eventually a member of staff arrived he seemed more intent with shuffling the cutlery and then disappeared to the street to talk to a deliveroo driver or prior customer. On return he mumbled something which I assume was "follow me". Once seated we chose quickly and went up to order. The place didn't seem overly busy. We ordered one sundae, one waffle and two soft drinks in glass bottles. I asked whether we could have a couple of glasses only to be told that they didn't have any at the moment but he'd try to wash some up???. Anyway sat down again, two plastic cups arrived. 30 minutes later still no food! Went to the order point for update and requested a refund. Person I spoke too was very understanding complained that they were understaffed for a Friday night and probably processed the refund though still waiting! All in all rubbish service, not sure what has gone wrong since our first visit which was amazing. Kaspa's you need to do better and I do need my refund for £18.40 less drinks!

Inside was sparkly and pretty. Lots of dessert options I chose bubblegum sundae and my partner had coffee sundae. Both delicious !!! Will be back again soon

Our waiter (Mujeeb) went out of his way to make sure that my grandma’s first Kaspa’s experience was memorable. The best service we’ve ever had in a Kaspa’s restaurant (not that we’ve ever had a bad experience!). I had told my grandma how good Kaspa’s was, but this exceeded all expectations thanks to Mujeeb. My grandma is very impressed and would like to go again! Keep up the good work and we’ll see you soon!

Popped in here with a few friends, I wasn’t feeling to hungry so got a milkshake. Others in my group where more adventurous. Desserts are huge and tasty! If you fancy a dessert induced coma it’s the place to go

Went in after the the theatre, waited ages to be seated even though the place was empty, server threw a bucket of knives, forks and spoons on a table and walked away, we assumed that this was to be our table. Ordered desserts and went to 5he toilet, it was DISGUSTING, yellow stains all over the bowl and a pool of what could only be urine in the recess of the plastic bin next to the toilet. I told the server who brought our order, he just thought it was funny! We have never been in Kaspas before and following this experience, will NEVER go again.I have rated one star because there is no option to give it zero or a minus which is what this establishment deserves.

Staff don’t seem to understand the use of phones or seem to answer them after ringing multiple times. Useless

Been here so many times I’ve lost count. I’ve never had a problem and always thought the staff are helpful, the place is always clean and it’s lovely to see it always so busy. I’ve always forgotten to write a review but after seeing the staff again at the freshers fair and chatting to the manager for a while I remembered just how friendly everyone there is and felt I needed to leave a review. Can’t wait to be back!

Amazing service and food, waffles are to die for, and are reasonably priced considering the sides and the toppings you get. Staff are all incredibly friendly and go the extra mile to ensure your experience is amazing!! Cannot wait to return again in the very near future.

on holiday recently we visited, we've been before and were impressed enough to take the grand kids again on this holiday as a treat, sugar rush not for light weights ! wonderful choices, large menu very nice and will be in there on the next holiday. we ate in so the hot stuff was hot the cold stuff was cold, we didn't have 6 hours to lose so were very happy with the whole experience

My sons eyes popped out of head when he was saw kaspas his favourite dessert bar. It did not disappoint. Highly recommended. Choco nut waffle.

I order quite a lot for delivery including a bueno waffle witch was lukewarm a sticky toffe tasted like burned caramel I had a caramel frappe didn't even got a straw with it and on top of this the delivery guy told me that that's quite a feast and when I say it's not all for me he said I hope not.. This is so rude! Never again!!! I rather order from McDonald's

I was in Weston with 6 hours to kill. I thought this could be the place. It wasn’t too busy and there was good looking stuff on the menu. Was seated and a menu dropped silently on the table while I was looking down in my bag. I had a look, decided and then waited. And waited until another couple sat down on the next table and I over heard the waitress say you had to order at the till. I went to order and gave my table number. By the time I went to sit down again someone else had been seated at my table. I moved myself. The milkshake was so over sweet and tasted like cheap ingredients were used. Cost me £4.50!! I have a sweet tooth, but I was done after half of it. The very worst thing about the place was the over loud rap garbage that was on the sound system. Someone in the back was obviously selecting tracks to their own taste because the occasional country songs on the track kept stopping half way through only to go back to some tuneless gangsta geezer. I literally couldn’t bear it and had to leave. I might have spent another £15 there but the music drove me out. Also, the ladies was in a state. Staff were surly and miserable. And no WIFI....in this day and age! Hateful experience.

Twenty five of us went to Kaspas - everyone was really friendly and helpful . We were all served very quickly Lovely deserts even if calorific!!!

Food good as always but we had to wait 45 minutes for our order and the restaurant was quiet. Excuse was the staff were putting deliveries away at 8:30pm.???? Really poor service on this visit, the customer was not the priority.A real shame and no offer of compensation.

Been first time here with my mum , I ordered strawberry short cake waffle and my mum carrot cake and spice tea. Really neat and clean place don’t think it is so big and clean. Nice food, we really enjoy our food hopefully soon bring my kids here. Highly recommended.

Since we were in the area we decided to stop in at kaspa's. I had heard their desserts were fantastic and wasn't disappointed. I had the peanut butter and chocolate waffle. Nothing short of amazing. My wife had the banana and caramel waffle. Truly a treat!

Four of us visited Kaspas in Western on the 4th May. Each couple ordered separately at the till, I ordered one waffle, one cookie dough, one smoothie and one 'cookies and cream milkshake'. The young lady who was serving us rushed the order through as if there were 10 people stood in the queue behind us, when in fact there was no one behind us and we were one of the only two tables in the dessert bar.

We arrived with no warning & the fabulous staff seated all 13 of us. We all had the flavours we ordered within 10 minutes. Thank you SO much for great service & a splendid clean restaurant.

Got a takeaway and it was great service and just as good a quality and quantity as if I was eating in.

My daughter chose to visit here for 8th birthday which also happened to be mother's Day. We had never been to a kaspas before so thought we would try it out. We were NOT DISAPPOINTED!!!

Arranged to take my daughters and their friend for a treat but was informed that we couldn't take the small bottle of water we had with us as they want want us to buy theirs. Had to bin it then purchase the exact same drink again from them!!

My baby boy's 30th birthday so we were invited to something a little different. (The birthday meal proper another day) We all had something different I had a strawberry and cream crepe, a similar waffle was had by others. The food was delicious. Plenty of choice of sweets and ice creams. The staff are friendly and the service is good. But it is just puddings. Worth a visit. Prices for 4 of us plus a drink each was £30.

celebrated family members birthday here last night,.on the whole it was a good evening ,the food was good ,the staff ok in general.it is the second time our family has been there,and allthough slightly over priced in my oppinion a good time was had by all.

Great service and great food it was really nice. I’ll definitely be back the waffles and crepes are so good, I highly recommend. Delicious!

Took my son there with 5 of his friends for his birthday. There weren't many people in the place we queued for what seemed like an age, there were only 3 people in front of us, despite being 2 tills only 1 was in use.

The food was good. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Service was pretty slow but in fairness to the staff we had been warned about the wait.

I think the whole operation may flow a little easier if after you were shown to a table you had your order taken at your table.

Great deal for mid week eat out.

I’ve just been into the store in Weston Super Mare,,,, what a disappointment,,,, they are clearly using poor low grade ingredients in their desserts and it’s not even hidden away,,, they have the audacity to have the non brand spar biscuits,, cheap non brand Bakewell tarts etc,, cheap non brand chocolate,,,, this is even part of the display in their ice cream cabinet!!!

We really enjoyed the waffles we chose, but we had to wait nearly 30 minutes for them. Praise to the young lady on the counter dealing with all the orders.

Ordered for delivery 3 hours later ten phone calls no food down £25 and now they have shut with the manager knowing full well they hadnt fulfilled our order and decided to take my money without giving me the service they advertise. nothing but petty thieves no better than criminals dont give these people your money, better service to be provided by literally any other resteraunt no one else in this town has the Gaul to steal from their customers but kaspas do.

Visited here after a meal in a restaurant nearby where we decided to treat ourselves to a Kaspa's instead of ordering from their dessert menu.

Arrived to an empty restaurant on Tuesday (9th) and we were sat. Friend ordered cookie dough as we thought we’d treat ourself to the Any Cookie Dough £3.99.

Won’t be going back. Service was awful, the deserts were over priced, staff were rude, I’d finished by hot desert before my wife’s single scoop of ice cream was banged onto the table 15 minutes later. Chains like this should be removed from our highstreets.

Was on the way to go karting with a few of the boys and thought we’d stop in for a treat on the way, being used to the one in Bristol because that’s local to us we were expecting something decent. The deserts and well under average, pancakes where dry and the cookie dough looked like dog poo. I’d save your money people

The waffle was good, however the float was flat and a little bit gross. The scene is friendly and would be a good place to take children for a treat.

I have never been to this chain of restaurants, but had heard about them. So it was with lots of excitement that myself, daughter and grandson went today. It's a huge treat to do this and we had travelled nearly an hour to get there. The interior is great, very American diner with sparkle. Very impressive. Sadly, that was the best bit. Our orders appeared in instalments, in that a drink was brought to us, then a bit later, a crepe came along, nothing special but ok. Then, after the pancake had been half eaten, the other drink appeared and eventually the other two items came. £26-50 was a huge amount for basically a mr whippy icecream with raspberry sauce a caramel sundae a pancake with white chocolate and icecream and 2 drinks. I felt underwhelmed and disappointed. The highlight was my grandsons excitement about being at Kaspas ad he'd never been before and the infinity mirrors in the loo!!! I just feel Kaspas is missing a trick. It could have been sooooo much better, the environment is great, but the products just don't live up to the expectation. They taste ok, but for the price they should be amazing. They should look amazing. How about a sharing platter with tastings of everything? That would make it different and an exciting experience. I would be happy to spend a bit more for something different. The staff were ok but again could add to the experience by being a bit more enthusiastic and energised. Maybe I ask too much. I just feel this place could be amazing but for me, it felt a bit meh.

Really disappointed with our visit tonight. I thought it would be a nice treat for our sons birthday. (4 people) Our waffles got given to the wrong table (2 tables away), after 5 minutes the staff were made aware of the mistake by the group at the table. The man serving the tables then picked up the waffles and brought them over to us. Having seen them being touched by the group on the table I said that I wasn’t happy as they had been given to someone else. The man then touched them to see if they were still warm! Clearly confused as to why I had questioned it, he took them away. After a total of 45 minutes and having to ask another member of staff where our order was it finally arrived. They were cold, so convinced they were the same waffles! Not what you expect from a place that wasn’t even half full. Very disappointing!

A really nice place to treat yourself once in a while. The choice of desserts is mind blowing. The prices aren't particularly cheap, buy quality never is. The staff were excellent on the day of our visit.

Our grandaughter wanted to try Kaspa's, so in we went! Ohhhh my - the vast choice of yummy, but calorific, desserts! We were greeted by a friendly guy who took us to a table. The seating is sooooo comfy. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Staff taking our orders were friendly and very patient! We all struggled to decide which treat to choose, there was so much choice! Have never seen a menu like it! So much to choose from, was spoilt for choice. My grandaughter had a Bubblegum Sundae, which was huge and very colourful. My partner chose a Strawberry Crepe, that was served on a large plate with cream and ice-cream. I was a bit bewildered with everything and didn't really fancy ice-cream at lunchtime, so had a slice of Carrot Cake which was fairly large. Am not sure if I would visit again as it is a specialist sort of place and my waistline would definitely expand!

When we came in there was loads of dirty plates on the tables and food on the floor. Sticky menus too. When we got up to place our order, my boyfriend put his order through first, only to be told after the money had gone through that it would be an 30minute wait which should have been mentioned to us when we sat down or at the door as we only had limited time to spare. Then the server started to serve someone else (who has pushed in) half way through my order. Obviously not the servers fault but he should have really addressed this customer as there was a long que at the time who also got frustrated with this. After waiting 40minutes, The deserts were amazing. It’s a shame because there customer service and cleanliness really lets the place down.

As the title suggests! It was... alright. The place is nice and the time we went was good. We hadn't had any lunch at the time, and thank goodness we didn't either!

It was supposed to be a grandaughter treat but her mum i believe enjoyed it as much.Coffee was good and it made a nice change. I would go back again.

Have been sat for over 20 minutes waiting for a choc o lot waffle. It comes out and it’s wrong. Awesome. 🙁 Not impressed!!

Came here to get desert after eating out somewhere else as lots of people said it was good. Wow so much selection to choose from and everything looked great! Ordered a bubblegum millions milkshake which tasted so good... definitely recommend, my partner ordered a Nutella and forrero rocher milkshake and asked for a large but it came out as the standard size... tasted good though. Also ordered a Nutella and fudge waffle, again when this came out it was wrong and was a crepe not a waffle which I asked for, took it back and they did swap it over but the staff member who took the order obviously was not listening properly so just check your receipt after you have ordered. So much selection and wish we could have ordered more but was too full. Restaurant was very clean will go back

We were looking forward to going here but left very disappointed . After being seated we waited 10 mins to find out we had to order at the counter . Why isnt everyone being told after being seated ?

We had a clear explanation of how to order when entering, and the order process was straightforward and quick. Our entire order for 4 adults and 2 teens arrived within 10 minutes. The bubble drinks were delicious. A birthday party livened the day up too! Would recommend.

Went here late Saturday morning.Lovely waffles and milkshakes thoroughly enjoyed by all 3 of us.Decent prices in view of the size of the waffles in comparison to the smaller and inferior ones offered locally elsewhere for only slightly cheaper.

Lots of rubbish reviews on Trip Advisor but the Website was easy to read and the price looks very reasonable , bit confused as to where it’s located in Weston it’s not in a obvious spot.

Visited this evening with my friends, took 5-10 mins to be seated and the table was filthy, with mess under the table, when it got to ordering our food we were served by a strawberry blonde girl with patchy fake tan who was very rude, once we had ordered our food the staff and customers sat on a table decided to play bogies, it looked asif there was a more senior member of staff in as she was wearing a pink top who did nothing, when it got to my food being delivered to the table my friends were already half was through eating as my desert was left on the counter to be brought to me which around 5 staff had walked past, will not return

Didn’t live up to the hype at all. The food was average and the service poor. Waffle was barely warm and the milkshake had no presentation and didn’t taste that great either. Staff just looked like they didn’t know what they should be doing and were too busy chatting away to each other. Won’t be hurrying back !!

The food was good, not out of this world but it was was it was. Unfortunately the service was terrible....initial greeting by the manager (I think it was) was great but then went down hill. Staff were all miserable, no-one smiled, said please or thank you....there was even some kind of argument going on behind the scenes. Hot drinks were made and left on the side for ages before being brought over to the table and other drinks came in dribs and drabs as did the food. Will probably try Exeter next time in the hope that the service is better.

Awful. From start to finish. Thoroughly disappointed. Me and my family visited for a Evening treat. Very poor service and even worse food. It was our first visit and will certainly be our last.

We visited Kaspas on 18/2/18. We booked a table but waited a good 5 mins before anyone came to seat us. We were then seated by the door that had a continuous draft as customers kept leaving it open. We order 7 desserts which took 10 mins between the first one arriving at the table and the last one being served. Two should have been sundaes without wafers as requested as two guests were coelics however were served with wafers so these were sent back. One came back still in a wafer basket and the waiter asked if that was Ok. I think the staff need further training on allergens as the slightest mistake can be serious. The food was nice but overpriced. Overall very disappointing and unlikely that we would visit again.

Visited here for an evening treat after hearing mostly positive things. Came away very disappointed. The prices are extortionate, considering what you actually get for your money. The waiting times are appalling. Waited 45 minutes for a sundae and a waffle, when there were only 5 tables with customers on. Staff seemed they were just going through the motions to get paid rather than wanting to work. When we eventually got the desserts, the waffle was stone cold and the sundae was nearly melted. When tried to question it, just got a rude answer of "the manager is busy". Will be avoiding this place in the future.

I won't be returning to Kaspa's in weston super mare ever. The wait for milkshakes was over 45mins and Not only did the people I was with get their desserts before myself, but even once I mentioned I hadn't received mine they sent it out once my family had finished and it looked like It was just chucked together and not very good at all, even once I mentioned that I wasn't happy that I was eating on my own they didn't offer a discount or money back or anything. I've been to the Bristol one and swindon and never received bad service.

Great choice of desserts to choice from and the size of the pudding was just omg and tastes great will defiantly be back when down in Weston again x

I've been 3 times here and twice waited ages. This time waited a good 5 mins just to be seated and then went to order and pay to be told afterwards it would take 20mins. Well, it took 40 and there wasn't enough staff on the floor. One guy doing most of the work. Nothing came together, drinks (coffee and smoothie) came after waffle which was a bit strange. Staff weren't friendly and didn't get any apology. Gave a two because the waffle was delicious.

Great service and great food it was really nice. I’ll definitely be back the waffles and crepes are so good, I highly recommend.

This place is great such good food and plenty of it the only thing that lets it down is the uninterested staff who are not very welcoming and look bored and like they don't care.

Came today for a cookie dough, was looking forward to it. Was really quiet and only 3 members of staff on which is fine but when they’re doing everything from cleaning with bleaches to cooking, i would expect gloves to be changed? Waiting to order which by all means is understandable, and the Male cooking, the name I don’t know, shouted at the other waiter to take my order when he could clearly see he was busy!

Went today with my girlfriend, waiter showed us straight to a table away from the noisier groups which was very thoughtful and much appreciated.

Waited 30min for a 2x slices of cake but for £2.95 with a hot drink that’s a real good deal as cake portions are big...

My first visit to Kaspers was after a morning skating with the family, all ages. The restaurant specialises in desserts. A good variety and are well worth the prices charged for the amount we had. The desserts are beautiful and a little too much on the plate, nevertheless very tasty. It is popular and we booked just to ensure a place within the restaurant. Loved it.

I suppose I expected more really especially with the prices they charge! But the guy showing us to our table could barely speak plus tripped over one of us and didn’t even acknowledge it so it was never going to go well.

First time in this type of restaurant. Great choice of puds, ices etc. Staff very pleasant and helpful to a first timer! Manager came around and asked if all was well.

Not impressed with what we had - expensive for not very good desserts. Trying to be American but you have to wonder if anyone to do with the company has ever set foot across the pond!! And to top the experience off the hourly check on the toilets hadn’t been done for 5 hours and they were dirty and out of paper. I can get a far better and cheaper dessert from ASDA

Great for a sweet tooth. Chocolate lovers paradise Crepes, waffles yum yum. Will return if I need a sugar fix

Great place we love the decor and feel of the restaurant. Staff super friendly and what’s not to love about desserts! Yummy - we’ll be back!

Have to say reading the reviews on here I was a little bit apprehensive about going - but the comments from friends on facebook persuaded me otherwise. The restaurant was packed, there was a wait to get a table - its that kinda place. The guy on the door was really friendly and apologetic, . The service was quick, staff friendly, very pleasant and polite. Waffles fabulous. Would I go again - oh yes !
