please avoid Glowgreen ANOTHER COMPLAIN am using my complain as a review In 2020, I choose Glowgreen because the company offers 48 hours installation service because I live with a vulnerable child I choose the company which I regret. The initial agreed date for doing the work was on 26th October 2020 which was then moved to the 2nd November, and most disappointingly on this date, the engineer could only install the boiler because rest of the materials were not delivered. I made numerous attempts to contact someone but to no avail. On the 3rd November I was told the issue will be sorted as soon as possible today is the 11 November 2020 I still have not get the radiators fix. However I received an email on Thursday the 5th scheduling the work to the 12th November. As a matter of great urgency I appealing for you to get me engineer well before the 12th November because as I already mentioned above, I live with a very vulnerable child and it is cold in my house which makes her situation worse. She is not going to school now because her condition have worsen because of you Again you the date was brought forward to 10th November but the engineer never turn up I call your company 3 times on the 10th November I was promised a call back from a manager but it never happened. The engineer came to service my boiler on the 6th November 2023 after the service, He ask me who install the boiler and I reply to him that it was Glowgreen who sent their engineers to install it. He told me that the boiler was not properly installed. He then told me there is nothing I should do because he will writ a report and send it to Glowgreen. Towards the end of November the boiler started malfunctioning and I contacted your company about it and I was told that they have not receive a report from the engineer yet but they will chase it up in the main time they will send out an engineer to have a look. On the 1st of December my boiler stopped working and I contacted your company again because no engineer was sent and there was no heating in the house and I was force to purchase an electric blanket for my sick daughter after leaving in a cold house for 4 days with my wife and 5 children a costumer relation call on the 4th December 2023 from Glowgreen who guided me to temporarily fix the problem over the phone. Going through the record you will notice that a multiple calls and a complain plus a refund for the blanket I purchase was issued. but to date no engineer have attended my address and ever time I call to my surprise I will be told they are chasing the engineer for the report today 6 March 2023 is the last of them. during the pass 2 weeks I have been calling your company for something to be done because the problem is getting worst I have to rest the boiler every 2 days and flow the process I was thought by your customer service advisor. Daniel Da Costa one of your customer service advisor call back on few occasion but he said there is nothing he can do unless he received the report from the engineer he confirm to me he have spoken to the engineer himself and the engineer promised to sen the report but is now 4 months since the engineer visited my property on the 6th November 2023 and yet he cannot sent a report when me and my family are suffering not enough space to write everything

Disgusting place. Ignore one star it's zero stars but Google wouldn't let me post without a rating, absolutely disgusting experience in the early hours of 15th July was sold a pepperoni pizza which when I got home I could see the cheese was caked with pubic hair. I am disgusted such a place exsists.

Absolutely delicious food and friendly staff also very high quality grub for a cheap price i go here nearly every day !!!

Reservamos este restaurante por recomendación de nuestro hotel y sin duda tenían razón. Una cena increíble y una gran experiencia. Comenzamos con unas copas no muy lejos del restaurante y luego vinimos a reservar a las 21:00 del sábado 19 de abril. El propietario / gerente (creo que podría ser ambos) era una delicia. Tuvimos poppadoms y luego arroces al curry panes naan y patatas Bombay. Todo cocinado con un excelente nivel y una cena muy agradable. Los precios eran buenos y el ambiente era perfecto.

Fantástico cóctel con Callum sesiones. Teníamos el lugar para nosotros solos, lo que era perfecto para un grupo o 28! Una gran relación calidad-precio, lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

Love coming here and know a lot of people who come here repeatedly too, BUT. They've removed the Lebanese sauce and this was my main reason to come in and I know everyone I work with rave about it, but probably will have to go elsewhere now because it's gone.... Please bring it back

My BFF and I visited Bournemouth for just one night. After grabbing some lunch, we were on the hunt for coffee! As coffee-loving Americans, and first-time visitors to the UK, we didn’t know what to expect from our first experience at a coffee shop. And we found, Lily at the Bournemouth Caffè Nero. 🙌🏼 We always order (or would make at home with espresso-makers) Brevé Lattes, either iced or hot. A standard latte is made using milk, steamed for hot or cold for iced. The brevé means that half-n-half is used in place of milk. But, as we learned as we continued our trek around England, no barista was familiar with a “brevé latte.” Nor did they even know what half-n-half was! Lily listened patiently as we explained our American form of coffee and helped us to achieve something very similar. She did it all with a friendly smile and with professionalism. She was obviously a competent barista and has superb customer skills. Thanks to Lily. We visited the store once again in Bournemouth the following morning and gave our thanks and goodbyes to her. Because of her help, we were able to visit many other Caffè Nero locations and order what was wanted more easily. (Even if they were surprised by this crazy way that some Americans take their lattes. Note: If one is curious about our habits, there’s less sugar in half-n-half than in milk…and tastes way better.)

Terrible servicio, una mujer rubia fue grosera, nos dejó esperando, sirvió la comida tarde sin cuchara ni azúcar, cuando le preguntamos era muy grosera, fue a buscarla y nos la entregó muy groseramente. Cuando llegó nuestro pedido estaba frío y no era comestible, sabemos que esto puede suceder si tarda demasiado en llegar los pedidos, pero creemos que fue a propósito, porque ella nos sirvió con gran desprecio, nunca volveré a este lugar.

Pedimos 2 porciones de comida, pollo a la parrilla y chuletas. Desafortunadamente, no podíamos creer lo que vimos. Solo había 2 piezas de pollo y 3 piezas de chuletas, y la cuenta que pagamos fue de £ 33. 00 . Con esta orden, dos personas normalmente deberían estar llenas, pero con lo que recibimos, ni siquiera una persona podría estar satisfecha. Están estafando a la gente. Great place to eat and very friendly staff. The only issue I had was the waiters had an old dirty mask around her chin surly this should be removed.

Came in with a big group of mates for lunch and we’re lokked after well. The food service was fast despite it being pretty busy and when it came there were empty plates all round! Not only that but we were a big group of lads and we were all able to get different beers because of how many they had on offer. Will definitely be coming back here again!
