Nando's in Bournemouth

Great place to eat and very friendly staff. The only issue I had was the waiters had an old dirty mask around her chin surly this should be removed.

They we really friendly and helpful from the second we set foot in the restaurant. Food was 10/10. Everything was brilliant. My boyfriend and I loved it so will definitely be returning soon!

Ordered Nandos Delivery (via Deliveroo). Order consisted of one chicken burger, one chips, one chicken wrap, and one portion of spicey rice. Total cost over £33 including service and delivery. Told (by the app) it would arrive between 7:36 and 7:46. Finally arrived at 8:01 cold and inedible. Deliverer was clearly confused, English not his first language, told me that Google was wrong, and my address is not where it should be! Never again Nandos. Deliveroo - forget it Only rated 1/5 as there is no zero option. This really ruined a birthday. Nandos customer service offered £8 refund. I complained that if they served this to me in their restaurant I would reject it and not pay at all. They then agreed to refund full amount.

Fantastic customer service from jade (I think) food was a bit late but kept us updates and refreshed with a snack excellent customer service

Our family just had a wonderful time at Nandos Bournemouth. The staff were amazing and were so friendly, and patient and kind. After ordering, there were a couple of items that they no longer had in stock, but they rectified it really well. One of the servers was particularly good at talking to our children to help them order. Of all the Nando’s I’ve been to this is my favourite of them all. Big up all the Bournemouth Nandos crew!

We arrived around 9 and they were still serving food. The team were friendly, the service was prompt and the restaurant was pretty. Exactly what you’d expect from any Nando’s!

I have been meaning to try Nando's for a while and if this, my first experience is anything to go by I will be visiting my local branch soon. The food was excellent, the service was excellent.

Queríamos comer algo saludable y nos dejamos llevar por la oferta de la carta. El restaurante está perfectamente ubicado en la plaza principal de la ciudad, con muchísimo ambiente. El local es actual y precioso, aunque algo frío. higiene y mantenimiento de los baños: muy mejorable. El personal es una maravilla: atento, servicial y simpático. La cocina: riquísima. Ofrecen gran variedad de opciones saludables. No cocinan con mantequilla, aspecto a valorar muchísimo estando en UK!! El pollo a la brasa está brutal y lo recomiendo plenamente. La carta viene acompañada de las calorías de cada plato. Aspecto muy interesante… Nos gustó tanto la comida que por la noche repetimos, pero en formato cena y con comida igual de saludable y rica. El pollo a la brasa con sus verduras al vapor son una auténtica delicia. Repetiremos más veces.

Avoid-waited 30 mins for starter then everything came together all the food was like warm no apology and the coke was flat I have been to many nandos and I have had enough of them there is no consistency

Nandos. It’s like Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. It was very nice, especially with the new VUSA X Hot flavouring. Was cooked very nicely. I have docked a star due to the fact we ordered the wing roulette only to be told they have run out of chicken wings. Was a little ironic. That’s like a Dulux store running out of paint. None the less, nice staff, and quick service. They have no floorboards, and Damian was nearly eating cardboard.

The food is great for all the family with changeable spice levels. The Piri-Piri chips are really great aswell. Fantastic location.

6 of us ordered our meals through the App. Sat waiting for 30 minutes then waitress approached with 2 meals and proceeded to tell us that 3 of our meals were not available as they had ran out of key ingredients. She did offer a half hearted apology but I don’t understand why they couldn’t have come over and told us as soon they received the order. Some of the food that did are was stone cold. Staff didn’t really seem to care. I would avoid this place if at all possible.

Nicely situated with views over the park. Friendly staff and the usual high standard of tasty food associated for this chain.

Usually a positive visit and on this occasion staff were generally friendly and food good. Having previously visited this and other Nando restaurants we have always found them to be accommodating towards my son's allergies and agreeing to the child's chicken burger bun being changed to another bun/pitta ie... something that doesn't have egg in it...which is what he is allergic to. However when we asked on this visit, the supervisor barley listened to what we were requesting before he said no. We explained what we were requesting, why and that we had done so before in different Nando restaurants to include this one. It was still a flat no. We were told that we would need to order the adult version of the chicken burger as they were unable to swap due to too many variants which would confuse the staff I explained that as a child to be forced to have a different meal due to allergies wasn't okay (ie kids menues with desserts etc are important when ther chn are there.) Again it was no. This was not a challenging request to accommodate. Moreover a simple task of swapping a bun. As soon as he saw the plate with a dried piece of chicken arrive his face said it all. Growing up with multiple allergies is not nice and there are few restaurants that accommodate our need. This is another one off the list which is disappointing bearing in mind the size of the brand.

Really nice friendly and quick service by the waiter carter and Caitlin on hand and were happy to help with my nut allergy. Overalll lovely and quick service can’t complain

We visited last time we were in Bournemouth. We had lunch and had a smooth experience ordering via the table app. Service was good and food consistent with other Nandos we go to. Would return.

I can't praise this branch of Nandos enough. The front of house manager was so welcoming and accommodating. All the staff were motivated and attentive. Well done, Nandos, central Bournemouth. We had a lovely table on the balcony overlooking the gardens.

Had a lovely meal here whilst staying in Bournemouth, the great thing about Nando’s is wherever you go you get the same menu, same food quality and same friendly staff. Always a winner. Will be back when in the area again!

Two days before lockdown2 and my wife’s birthday. We decided to visit Bournemouth and support some of our favourite businesses before they closed for a month. Nandos have great new vegan offerings so we decided to go for an early lunch at 11:45. The place was empty. The protective systems all in place. Masks were on. It just needed me to scan the QR code, set up an account and we’d be allowed in. Would have been fine if there had been any phone reception, and failing that if Nandos WiFi worked outside their door. The incredibly ‘helpful’ staff member wouldn’t allow us to step inside the threshold to access the WiFi to go through their own process. So after doing everything we could to support them and enjoy birthday lunch we left. We’re now eating a fabulous lunch at the Mad Cucumber

Optamos por la entrega a domicilio, que fue muy rápida. El pollo estaba delicioso, simple y mediano. La hamburguesa de frijoles también era muy buena. Una botella de salsa mediana fue divertido de probar y fue bastante picante. Las patatas fritas estaban bien, el maíz en la mazorca era muy bueno. Had a lovely meal here, now with all the distancing measures and less of a capacity it all looks more manageable, food is definitely better!

Really delicious food but little expensive because the portions are quite small and you have to get many of them. But for example burger and fries were good, halloumi sticks were great too! Nice staff and good location. Cozy place inside Odeon.

Visited here today with my cousin for a lunch date, never been to Nando’s before and I’d definitely go again We were put to a table immediately, our food came 10/15 minutes after we ordered and the staff were wonderful, I highly recommend this place!

We were very quickly seen to when we got there. Food arrived within 5 minutes of ordering. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Service was great. The only thing that put us off very slightly was that it was so cold in there. The air con was on and we were shivering during our meal, we didn’t have jackets with us as it was hot outside. This hasn’t put us off going again but we know for next time!

We went to Nando’s for lunch. One of the waiters approached us at the door within seconds of our arrival, and he went to check for an available table. In the meantime two other waiters also approached to help us be seated - very good service! The food was also delicious! :-)

Good service, fairly helpful staff. Very good location, nice to reach, extremely close to the shops and the beach, also has a view of the wonderful park. Very large and inviting menu but the prices are slightly high for a fast food; despite the prices, a very positive and effective thing is that water is free. To improve.

Came here after mr mulligans. Just a bit disappointing really. Veggie wrap was good but presentation poor, the way the chips were just thrown on the plate. Chips were also cold on everyone's plate. My husband had the chicken Ina bun which was dry and over cooked. The restaurant wasn't that busy so felt the whole experience could have been better

Far exceeded my expectations; I'd never been to Nando's and was expecting a greasy chicken-and-chips joint. That's certainly what it isn't!! The chicken is flame-grilled rather than fried and you select the hotness of the peri-peri sauce.

Been to several Nando’s across the country and this is one of the nicest ones I have ever had. The service was friendly and had good value for money. In a great spot as well in the town centre. Would highly recommend.

We visited this Nandos on Friday and the staff here were very nice and welcoming. We ordered our food quickly and our food took less than 15 minutes to arrive. The restaurant itself is very clean, spacious and pleasant. The food was served piping hot and any special requirements we had (e.g. no tomatoes in the pitta) were adhered to. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We had a nice meal, the service was ok, but it was quite expensive for glorified chicken and chips. We had a nice window seat over the park which was nice.

It’s a nice restaurant. Looked clean. The service was ok but staff could do with a bit more smile. The food good but portions looked smaller then in restaurant in London. Toilet was a bit smelly. Overall as expected.

We visit a Nando’s in every town we visit. This is the first time we’ve been to this one. And it was very good. Nice and quiet on Sunday evening. Everything was cooked perfectly

Me & my husband visited here for the first time whilst visiting Bournemouth for the first time too. I am the most fussiest person when it comes to food, the word ‘spice’ makes me ‘itchy’ (kfc kitchen is spicy to me)I really am that fussy but I was pleasantly surprised, the half roast chicken was amazing! Mash potato and corn on the cob perfect. The skin on the chicken was spiced but nothing too overbearing.

We've visited various branches of Nandos. The Bournemouth restaurant is new and nicely located. We had a good family dinner. Would definitely return if in the area again.

Yesterday I went to Nando’s with my boyfriend and was welcomed by a very enthusiastic, hilarious man who was full of laughter and happiness. This is by far the best customer service I have experienced and will definitely be coming back. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great.

Visited this branch of Nando's for some lunch after the cinema at BH2. We were lucky that there was a table left as customers soon had to queue at the door to get a seat! The restaurant looks just like any other Nando's, has a great atmosphere and is very well presented.

Having never been to Nando's, me and the husband thought we would give it a go. The husband ordered the butterfly chicken burger and I ordered the halloumi wrap. The service was great and the food was super delicious!

I ordered food for take-away. My order was Garlic bread, Sweet Potato wedges, and a Sunset Burger. I barely had to wait for my order. It could be because I went there early, and during the week.

First time to Nando's, definitely not the last. We loved it. Great food. Fair prices. Quality of the chicken meat was very good and last but not least: spicy really means spicy.

Above the table the chandelier was full of dust, and it was this dust that fell on our table and it meant our food, that was terrible!

A large clean restaurant, popular with families with young children. We found the service fast, nicely cooked chicken, reasonably priced and friendly service.

I ordered a halloumi burger and chips. The food was really tasty. But when I entered the restaurant no one greeted me to be seated for several minutes even though it wasn't particularly busy. Because I was waiting so long I went up to the till area to order and said that no one acknowledged me.

Went here with friends for my first ever visit to a Nando's and was pleasantly surprised. Staff were helpful and friendly and the food very reasonably priced. Got a bit noisy with so many people in here but overall we thoroughly enjoyed the food and drinks and they may well have me returning to other of their establishments.

I cannot believe how quick the service was today. After ordering I just about had time to get my drinks, cutlery and sass my boyfriend for not knowing what perrinaise is (even though he has a bottle in his fridge at home ) before we got our food.

Not the best nandos we have been to. Chicken was very dry. Colesaw was watery. Although service was great and staff very friendly

Nando's är en av mina favorit ställen att äta på och den i Bournemouth var inget undantag. Deras kyckling är superb liksom deras såser och tillbehör. Priserna är precis lagom och man får mycket för pengarna. Personalen är jättetrevlig och ger en snabb och bra service. Verkligen att rekommendera.

Boys have wAnted to go to Nandos. Ok in my view but pricy. We had a sharing platter with extra sides. Unlimited mango frozen yogurt a bargain. Over rated imho.

Service was extremely good , our food was served very quickly despite being a very busy Saturday night however our chips were not cooked properly and we thought maybe as they were really busy they rushed things a bit in the kitchen , what we made us really impressed it was the attention we got from a very nice and caring older male waitress on our arrival as he welcomed us,he noticed my friend’s little child is not liking the noise and the atmosphere and sat us at the back of the restaurant which was quitter and much better for an autistic child.

Went to nandos with a couple of Mates. Service was quick and efficient. Food was tasty as usual , Definitely a place to consider going if you find yourself in Bournemouth can’t go wrong with a Nando’s.

Having never been to NANDO myself before, my daughter said come on let’s go.

Nando's is what it is. Nothing fancy but always good tasty food, good atmosphere and very friendly, polite, helpful staff. With the different types of heat with your chicken it suits all tastes and the bottomless frozen yoghurt always go down well with the young ones.

Me and my partner came away to bournemouth for a weekend away and wanted some food before we came back.

Went here for lunch on the 23rd January for lunch with 5 other work colleagues. The restaurant was empty we were one of the first tables in. We ordered individually so we could get our receipts to claim expenses. I needed to redownload the app as it hadn’t transferred to my new phone. The guy was very patient whilst it downloaded and I got logged in.

We had our meals about 5 pm on Saturday night it was very busy but we did not have to wait long about 5 min that’s all.being busy we did not have to wait long for our meals. Food was nice and hot. And the bottom less drinks are very good for the price.

Went on a busy Saturday lunchtime and enjoyed a delicious meal with my partner. Delicious food as always, the Christmas Burger was delicious and our waiter was very attentive and engaging. We have visited several times since the BH2 complex opened and this was our best visit so far. 10/10

Ate at Nandos on arrival at Bournemouth. Dinner was delicious. Shared a whole chicken with chips & macho peas. Staff were very friendly. Atmosphere was great. Really enjoyed the experience. Would visit again when we are in the area.

We have visited many Nando's in many towns. This was our second and final visit to the new Nando's at Bournemouth BH2.

New Nando's in the BH2 centre. The staff were very helpful, despite me appearing near to closing. I'm vegan and they were happy to adjust my order to remove dairy etc.

We have visited various Nandos restaurants and decided to try the new Bournemouth restaurant when my parents visited. We attended with my parents, husband and 2 children. Nandos covers all our needs, as my husband loves the chicken thigh burger, i love trying different dishes and both my children and parents have small appetites so the nandinos menu is perfect for them. The variety of different side options means they can all have their perfect choices!!

Been to various Nandos at various locations and generally received good service and food. This one however excelled all of them.

I like Nando's, so I like this restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff with refillable drinks. It's a great place to take your family and well liked by my vegetarian family members.

Went in late afternoon so it was fairly quiet. Staff were very friendly especially the guy who showed me to my table and a girl named Jessica who chatted to me for a while which as I was on my own helped pass the time.

Took my kids here for the first time since it was open here, bcos we always go to the 1 in castlepoint. But this is great location for us. Can't fault it really. If you sit by the window you can see a really nice view of the gardens. Food is always great. Love it
