Great bar, good service at the bar and table, especially Hope who was our friendly waitress who made sure we were all happy. Food was ok

Lyndsey was very smiley and helpful. We didn’t get to meet today’s chef Chris but the food was hot tasty and served quickly. The pub was quite quiet but theres always a nice atmosphere here. The food is not expensive either…..we’ll be back !!! Mark Anna & Oscar

Great place and service from James and team. New darts board has really changed the place for the better. Can confirm, not sea view but worth stopping by for food and drinks to sort you out before clubs. Would be good for stag parties.

Our server Lyndsey was amazing, very noledgeable. Great smile and happy bubbley personality. Think she is a great asset to your company, and deserves special reconition. Will definately be returning. Especially to try the breakfast that Lyndsay recommend.

We had a great time visiting Brass Haus, lovely food and great cocktails. The service from Annie was outstanding she is very friendly and very helpful.

Food was lovely and relatively cheap. Plenty of options for the fussy eater Annie was very attentive and polite during service. Would recommend!

Great place to relax have drinks and food and make a great night out. Having walked in off chance we were greeted by Annie who was amazing she looked after us and we had a great time playing digital darts and games she also told us all about the deals that they had going both daytime and evening. If you’re in Bournemouth this is definitely a place to visit.We will definitely be back later with a larger group to play darts and have another good time.

Food is fantastic for the price staff are very helpful and friendly the chef’s are really nice and friendly as we was able to chat with one for about five minutes then to find out he was the kitchen manager nice to see all the staff getting along together

Came in for a family dinner. Majority of the party had steaks - all of which were lovely. Big thumbs up to the front of house and the service they provided. Will be coming back again

Very great time here, they had a live singer on in the middle of the pub. He was amazing. And created a great atmosphere. Lois and Isabel were fantastic and very friendly! Would seriously recommend!

We were on a family holiday left the beach to find somewhere to sit and have dinner. We walked passes the Brass Hous and thought lets have a look in here and was immediate greeted with a smile from Lyndsey and she was very welcoming and friendly, we made an error with our order and Ethan and Oakley in the kitchen went above and beyond to fix the error, the food was amazing and the service was excellent, would recommend to anyone. We will definitely be returning here when next in bournmouth.

We had great time in Braas house, food was fantastic and Anya who looked after us was fantastic. Would recommend and will visit again.

Food was lovely, didn't take long at all, everything was hot and the people were lovely, chairs are very comfortable, great experience!

You just can’t go wrong with cheap pub food, a burger, chips & pint for £13. I had the beef Mac n Jack burger which was really good. We also had nachos to share which was the only let down as they were really dry.

The service was amazing they where all friendly and where so happy to help with whatever needs we needed I recommend that you go there ,trippy and Issy n where so amazing
