Nice cosy pub, does not do food. Quiz night on a Thursday at 20:00 which is popular.

Very helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. One of the party is disabled. Unfortunately a couple of items not available on the menu but the food was very good.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cardinals Error in Tonbridge, and it was an incredible experience! The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for both casual gatherings and special occasions. I highly recommend trying the [insert specific dish], which was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. We were regulars at the Alishan and so thought we’d give this a go now it’s had a name change and, I think, new management. Sadly it did not live up to expectations. We were early in (6:30pm) but did not get our meal for over an hour (7:45pm). The food was ok, nothing great and definitely not as good as before. Upon leaving, the place was almost full but lots of tables waiting for food.

Let down by the on site resturant.

This place has gone downhill rapidly, we (was) regulars to this pub, not anymore as it’s over run by dogs! And dog owners who let their dogs lick tables that are supposed to have food served them. The interior is terrible and tables are now all stick and furniture is older than my Nan ! This should be known as the ‘dog cafe. It isn’t clean & is in need of a good re-vamp. Shocking is putting it politely!

Only one beer, poor service and stopped serving before 10 pm, unfortunately I made the same mistake twice. Don’t be me!

The hotel makes a great impression from the outside, unfortunately the rooms were fully booked today. It's in the middle of the city. Unfortunately I can't comment on the rooms. But definitely a very nice audience

I very seldom write reviews but felt that the brilliant customer service we received at lunchtime on Friday 25th October needed acknowledgment. We had a toddler with us who was extremely tired and fractious. All the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, but in particular, Steph (hope I’ve got her name right) who was just so lovely to us that she turned a stressful experience into a good one. What an asset your staff are! Btw the food - as always at Pizza Express - was scrumptious and good value. We hope to be back!

When i went in to the finch house i had a great customer service supplied by a girl called Aimee, very good experience overall and i cannot stress enough how lovely Aimee was whilst serving me i would definitely reccomend based solely of this

I have visited this particular café in the chain several times. Their playlist is relaxing, the staff are friendly and the service is great but they always have the air conditioning on a setting that makes the café quite cold. The staff are moving about and so are warm but they need to remember that their customers are sitting still, and eating and drinking in a cold room makes the experience a little less pleasurable. So don't forget to bring a jumper when you visit the Tonbridge café.
