Always love coming here. Friendly but professional staff, always clean and coffee as you order it (extra hot!) Highly recommend.

To be honest, I had a salted caramel frappe but my mum had a flat white but firstly it was to milky but second of all the size was as big as a normal coffee so it was way to big for a flat white!!! Service was great, lovely ladies and good seating.

This is my favourite local branch of Costa. The staff are all so friendly, They go above and beyond to deliver great service. I’m always impressed by the energy and enthusiasm the team have here.They have nailed the successful running of the shop, fast paced, always on top of cleaning and the atmosphere is always warm cosy. Highly recommended a visit.

Meh. Food is OK most of the time. Few times have had the coffee and instantly felt nautious, never have issues with other coffee places only this one. Overall a Meh, staff aren't very enthusiastic or overly friendly. Coffees okay. Starbucks is better imo

Delivered the wrong food. I ordered an all day breakfast wrap but you sent a pork sausage bap. As well as not being what I ordered, the sausage bap is cheaper so I have been overcharged. It also was not very hot, and nor was the Americano coffee, which was going cold.

Efficient service & great standards. Staff are friendly but unobtrusive. The coffee is pretty good too 😉

They cancelled the order. I ordered it 10 mins before close and they confirmed it. What a joke.

Didn’t fill either either me or my friend’s drink anywhere near the top, I ordered a medium but it was more like a small. Was also barely any cream compared to other costa chains, you don’t get ur moneys worth here!

Costa Tonbridge always deliver on time (if not sooner) with hot coffee and food etc

I'm not a great lover of coffee, but came along with a friend who is. She has the app which I believe earns you points so you can claim free drinks etc. The Tonbridge shop is fairly small but seems cozy the lighting seems dim but that could just be the ambience.y friend had Mac n cheese in like a takeaway box and I had a child's pizza they seemed ok. Obviously the price is high but again this could be deemed reasonable to regulars. The service was fairly slow, this seems to be the norm in these places again it may be ok for others. Not a bad place if you like coffee and cake I would come back but there's other places I would choose first.

Veryyyyyyyy clean, very organised. Girl serviing was like a prison guard. Coffee was nice 👌 table was clean. That's all I went there for.

Fantastic position in town. Lovely staff, who sometimes make mistakes but are happy and quick to resolve any issues. Lovely food and drink but some things are starting to get a bit pricey. I do understand though it's probably because of the rise of living costs

By far the best of the 3 big chains in the town. The staff are great, if they aren't serving people they are cleaning, place is fresh and spotless. This Costa really shows up the ran down state of the other 2 big chain and general poor standard of their service.

Very clean overall. Served quite quickly with plenty of seating. Main toilet was out of order tho but.

The delivery was ok. It took forever to find someone to actually collect the order. It was cold. I may have as well got it myself.

Unfortunately our Costa had no coffee and no hot drinks! Coffee machine broken for a week now. High street Costa is fine though

Rude and obnoxious staff. I love Costa but I’ll never go here again. I ordered 2 coffees and received one. I waited 5 minutes and politely asked where’s the second one? A member of staff got it, glared at me then slammed it down on the counter.

Took over an hour for us to get our order Once the driver was assigned it was within 15 mins but to wait over an hour. If there is no drivers the app should not allow you to order

I asked for no coffee in the salted caramel and still got it. Look at the notes! 😡

No mint taste, I drink that few times before and unfortunately this time no taste at all only water.

I was missing the strawberry and lemonade drink I ended up with a can of sparkling apple and berries which I didn't order and my frostino salted caramel had coffee in it which I didn't request

I was very disappointed that they were absolutely no gluten free lunch options. And when asked, the member of staff just shook her head.

Once again - some of the order is missing. Fed up with this!

I get a coffee from this costa every day either by collection or delivery and never had any issues. Quick and friendly staff and driver is always great

Popped in for a soya latte and double espresso, sadly no alternative milks in stock and the espresso was a little too bland. When the main product on sale is coffee, you'd hope it was the one thing they'd get right.

Just a good as you would expect from Costa, nice hot drink. The girl who served me clearly was in a very bad mood as clearly had no time for customers

Quick service, Costa coffee - just as expected. Tables were quite close together, but screens separated many of them.

Food and drink tasted alright, bit pricey. Staff were polite and friendly, service was speedy too. Disappointed by lack of masks on staff. Hand sanitizer dispenser was empty and tables could have been cleaner. I have no major complaints, but was underwhelmed.

Took a time to find a delivery driver, but once they were found - order took just 10mins to get to us - coffee was still piping hot

Great coffee and toastie cheese and baked bean, not had before but was good. Staff were friendly and helpful, I have black coffee but like some cold water in it so I can drink it straight away, the assistant offered to put it in for me instead of just giving me a cup of water. Good service.

Ordered 2 frosting, one with coffee, one without. Both arrived and both had coffee in, one was without for someone who can't drink coffee.

Ordered for takeaway but decided to stay in and enjoy my coffee in the store but shortly after sitting on chair a lady from the till shouted at me that “it’s takeaway order so you can’t stay in.” So shocking, even there’s no extra cost for sit-in. Never going to any Costa anymore.

Missing food!!! How is this even possible!!!

Waited an hour and half for a coffee after ordering and was next to cold. Wont be getting again.

Delivery fine. Order - food squashed and all the fillings at the bottom of the box One iced latte had no caramel, and barely any coffee The other iced latte had enough coffee and no caramel. I even left a note for the restaurant to remind them to read the details of the order and not forget the syrup. Just Eat have been particularly unhelpful too, exiting my chat without helping me and now I’m left at a dead end. Awful!!!!

It was good but my panini was luke warm

I got my iced latte without caramel in, which happens a lot, and I hate it without caramel in. So now I’m left with a gross drink, which I don’t want. I expect my drink to be refunded if it isn’t going to be delivered as ordered. FUMING

2 hot Drinks missing from our Oder.

I ordered 6 items and only 2 items were correct. Very poor

There's obviously some kind of favouritism in place here, I placed my simple order and was waiting around for 15-20 mins while everyone who came after me was served first. Eventually it came with no explanation. Didn't taste nice either and was binned after one sip. Won't be returning.

Another coffee shop wasn't really a suprise in Tonbridge, thankfully Costa is my favourite of the three big chains (no names mentioned). Popped in today for a bit of lunch and a drink. Service was really quick despite a queue. Got the pigs in blankets panini/roll, and my favourite, the black forest hot chocolate. Probably the nicest present one I have had and I've been having these hot chocolates since they fist came out.

Great to finally have a Costa on our high street! Social distancing measures in place for takeaway only at this moment.
