The Fat Pizza in Tonbridge and Malling

Ordered vegetarian pizza from this place excellent fresh tasting delivery was prompt Price was fair to other pizza places

We ordered pizzas and a burger on Sunday night through the Fat Pizza website. The website said that the restaurant was open, accepted our order and took our money. However, the estimated delivery time passed and we had not received our order. We tried to ring the restaurant to find out where it was but no one answered for 15 minutes. Finally, the phone was answered and we were told that our order was being prepared and would be 20-30 minutes. Over 30 minutes passed and the order had not turned up so we rang again. We spoke to the same person who told us that the restaurant wasn't open, she had to work out for herself that it had closed down. We were upset as we had paid for our order (the money had been taken out of our account) and waited for nearly 2 hours at this point. It turned out that you cannot reach the restaurant directly but speak to someone in a central call centre in Southend. The girl we spoke to was very rude and actually hung up on us when we were talking to her about how we could get our money back and how it shouldn't have been taken if the restaurant was closed. She said we had to email to get our money back but when we asked for her name to explain who we had spoken to, she said that she was a child and couldn't give us her name. It was 10.30pm by this point and a child should not be working that late. She said she had no colleagues or manager with her to speak to us and was unable to answer most of our questions about the situation. I would recommend that you do not order a delivery from The Fat Pizza at all and especially not through their website!!

My dad ordered pizza for his dinner tonight, my gosh, never seen anything like it! He complained to them and they just said sorry for your issue haha - good job guys!

great food the pizzas are very good there desserts are very tasty and they are about half the price of the other chains great value for your money

The pizza was incredible. The "keep her happy" milkshake was incredible.... My body has hit and miss reactions to pizza and the pizza here was so fresh, there were no problems! Also, you can tell a lot by the pizza box and how much grease is on the bottom. Virtually none! If I could, I would eat there every single day. Flawless

The food and service were brilliant. the pizza itself was brilliant amazing toppings and there were a lot of them.

Ordered pizza, cheesy curly fries, malteser cookie dough and 3 different milkshakes. Pizza was amazing and the deserts/milkshakes are on par with Creams.
