Sometimes the big chains get a bit of a bashing, but Premier Inn Tonbridge is a fabulous place for work related stays. OK it's a big dated around the edges and the Wi-Fi seems steam driven, but its tucked away, albeit near a main road, and is quiet, warm and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Allison. Makes staying away that bit more palitable.

Had a great stay. Our cleaner Izzy worked above and beyond. Our favourite cleaner we’ve ever had.

Not the best premier I’ve stayed in. In serious need of an overhaul, it is very drab. Rooms smell old and musty, when I walked in the windows were wide open and a fan on (in November) I can only assume to try and hide the smell. Paint peeling off everywhere. Good points are the bed is super comfy and staff lovely and helpful - not their fault that the place needs a makeover.

The room was clean and bathroom was adequate for purpose. The hotel is urgently in need of a thorough makeover, the decor and furnishings were shabby and needed replacing. The pub we had to use for breakfast was also in need of a makeover, and more urgently required more staff, they were rammed out at 9.00 a.m. and only one member of staff doing everything, we felt so sorry for her. The food wasn’t good either, this is the very first time we have had an issue with Premier Inn, we are avid users and normally are very happy and satisfied, but this time not happy at all. The staff were friendly and helpful and doing the best they can, but they need a better environment to work in.

Awful 😖. We had a room in this place over the weekend in September 2024, oh my, worst Premier Inn 😢 we've stayed in. Had stains on the carpets, on the wall, sockets hanging out, paint cracking and chipped of the walls and woodwork!!!! This place needs a SERIOUS update! Stayed in numerous Premier Inn's in the past and this place isn't one of the best. That bad that we originally had this place booked for our Wedding weekend, but rang up and changed our reservation over to the Premier Inn in Hildenborough. Nope, not for me especially when we had to pay nearly £270 for 2 nights!!!!!!@

An excellent meal and a delicious dessert. It's great that there is so much choice for vegetarians. Unfortunately, the otherwise friendly service was a bit forgetful. As a result, no starter and second beer until dessert. And the men's room smelled terribly.

Would have loved to have given this hotel a higher rating, but when you are expected to wait up to 30 days for a refund, that's really not acceptable. Looks like I'll be booking Travel Lodge's in the future.

The premier Inn was clean tidy but not in a very good place on main road and the car parking was ok but the lighting was terrible no lights at all at night

Visited this cafe for lunch today, something I had been meaning to do for ages but never quite got round to it. I'm so glad I found time. Cafes are becoming a rarity, probably because of the proliferation of the chain multiple fast food places. This cafe has bucked the trend and appears to be thriving. Once you have eaten there, you will soon see why. The first thing you notice is that it is spotlessly clean. The tables are cleared and relaid immediately after each customer. The service is first class with happy smiling staff who are very friendly. The food was served quickly, and it arrived on warm plates and piping hot. Above all, there was plenty of food which was absolutely delicious. I shall return as soon as possible. If you are in the area and feeling peckish, swerve the KFC, Greg's etc and pop into Goodfellas. It's a real gem!

Can't beat fish and chips from Diamond Fish Bar! Always enjoy my fish supper! Would recommend! Prices have gone up though! 2 Medium Cod and 1 Large Chips was £20 or so

Great little place . It is not the easiest place to find as it is inside Snodland Antiques Centre which used to be the old cinema back in the day . The food is freshly cooked and there are some amazing home made cakes that are made by the owner Hannah who incidentally was the lead singer of Bananarama before Siobhan Farley . Once you have found it you will definitely go back .
