very disappointing . dont remember it being this uninteresting. stopped to order some takesway and after 35 minutes had to ask. clearly it had been forgotten. it came out as a mixture of " been sitting around and too dry: burnt, rushed and tasteless. I have eaten there before and this was very disappointing.

Very delicious food, nice environment, friendly staff, enjoyed so much this night...service was very fast...specially they welcomed to us when we arrived...highly recommended

Have eaten at Bombay many times over the years and it's usually good but this was terrible. Everything was over cooked and dry, even the paneer.

Have eaten here and had takeaway many times and the food and service has always been fantastic! They are also very consistent every time! Would highly recommend!

Chicken tikka still had its head on it. Onion barge wasn’t even cooked. Rice looked like it was cooked yesterday.

They had a choice of lamb or mutton on the menu for various curries, I in the end went for lamb tikka, did ask a waiter whether lamb or mutton, was assured lamb, well the meat was definitely not lamb, more like mutton! Dried out over cooked thin slices! Vegetable dishes were so so

Shocking service, made to feel unwelcome from the minute we arrived. Didn’t change our cutlery between courses, a lot of huffing and puffing from one member of staff, everything was too much of an ask. Food was cold and lacking flavour. Genuinely wish we booked Desh across the road

I have used the Bombay Cuisine for many years now and have always had fabulous food. Tonight’s dinner as not good - because of the king prawns in my main dish which were rubbery and so hard I could hardly cut.

Food arrived late and was cold ! Ordered two kormas and they were spicy, no flavour, not sweet at all and felt like it was just a load of chopped up coconut uncooked will not be ordering again !

Ate here tonight with guys I worked with for 20 years. It's a tradition as we only see each other once a year nowadays. We always enjoy our meal here. First class meal, fantastic food, drink & service. Thanks to all staff. Excellent.

We had a company meal there last night and the food was delicious and the service excellent!

5 of us had a meal at the Bombay Cuisine yesterday. I cannot comment on the quality of the starters, as we only had a main course and side dishes, but all of commented on how good the food was. Enjoyable experience and will definitely return again soon.

Had a lovely meal at the Bombay with great service. We started with poppadoms and the usual accompaniments and then I tried the chicken tava which is served in a sizzling dish and was not disappointed. My dining companions had lamb jalfrezi, chicken naga and chicken bhuna together with the usual rice, naans etc. All agreed the food was excellent. The meal was also good value for money.

Food was luke warm, flavour was offish, which isn’t usual. Love this place normally but tonight it wasn’t its best.

First time in West Malling. Ok, where do I start? Oh yes, the starter, onion baji and mixed grill. Baji's were just gram flour with a tiny bit of onion, mixed grill dry tasteless and cold. TBH I think they gave us some left overs from the kitchen. SHOCKING, embarrassing......the funny thing was that the manager was not one bit interested, Three men stood at the end of the table which was intimidating. I paid for the drinks, luckily they didn't mess those up and left immediately. They should be shut down for even thinking the food on those plates were fit to be consumed by humans....Shame on you. From an Indian customer, who has been to some of the counties best Indian restaurants. WOW!

First time we have eaten here although my Partner has had takeaways from the lovely restaurant. We were greeted warmly without having a reservation. Seated.in the back of the restaurant away from the busy section This was very nice and we were able to enjoy a quieter section We had some.popadoms while we.decided what to choose Islam helped us to decide with top remmendations We had a chicken and.a.lamb dish and some veg dishes. It was very obvious that all the food was freshly home made , even the lime pickle which was outstanding! Many thanks to the chefs the whole team and to Islam especially. He made us very welcome x look forward to another visit

Hadn’t had a Takeaway from here in a while and was not disappointed it was excellent! Best Chicken Tikka Masala I had tasted in a long time. Whilst like everywhere prices have increased you get a good portion size. Very very good indeed.

Reservation on Bombay cuisine was the worst experience for a lunch on Sunday .The person on the other end was very rude and was in a hurry and did not want us to visit at all, finally just hung the call.Not sure how they treat you once you are inside .

Initially the food was great, but the previous 3 orders have been lacking the quality I expect. Tried giving you the benefit of the doubt but that was the last order. Very bland, some of the chicken didn't taste fresh.

Thought it was about time I posted, I have eaten there atleast 3-4 times a week for the past 3 years. For a bloke who doesn’t cook they have never failed me. I have tried the whole menu multiple times, built my spice level up and opened me up to try things. They are always accommodating as their culture would be.

Deserved to be busier, but at least it meant we received rapid service. Pretty faultless Indian cuisine. The menu is the right size with a nice mixture of favourite dishes and chef specialities. We all ordered our own preferences and then shared. Perfect!

First time ordering through Just Eat. We were pleasantly surprised. Like the good communication through the app. Food from The Bombay was delicious, made our night even better!

Disappointed to find that the Web site points you to just est for takeaway orders and although I collected the price was higher than the resteraunts actual takeaway menu - felt conned

I’ve had many deliveries from this restaurant which I have enjoyed immensely. However, todays order was terrible. Cold, late and worst of all tasteless.

The food and service was fine, but this time around our food was delivered super early, I ordered at 17:52 and I was sitting on my sofa eating at 18:15, makes you wonder how freshly prepared my food is considering I'm a 10minute drive away from the restaurant. Don't usually complain with delivery times being early, but this was too early for my liking.

Lamb was very tough. Very greasy.

Never used before as just visiting the area and was recommended to us. It was one of the nicest takeaways we’ve ever had, food was hot, full of flavour and very decent potions - will defo use again when visiting!

Easily the best curry house in Kent, we’ve been using the Bombay for 14 years, since Covid they have very sensibly introduced a take away service, which has meant we have used them even more, the standard of food is sublime and very consistant. We will continue to use this jewel of a curry house and I suggest that you do the same, Love it!!!
