forgot to add a burger to a meal for my child. absolutely ridiculous is a burger not the main part of a meal so would you not think to check the food your sending with just eat drivers so they get the blame usually. SHOCKING DO NOY RECOMMEND

Mental but I loved it. Place was like a greenhouse and the lady making coffee was in a massive coat 😂 Lady who took payment seemed shocked I was there and wanted to buy items. A lady asked about the sandwiches and the responce was ‘well it’s just two bits of bread’ Spoke to others in work who said it’s a nuts place but I quite liked how much of a weird experience it was. Shows they’re human in a way and it’s just pay and there’s your food. Customer service isn’t great so if you want a chat probs nkt the place for you but I just wanted a latte and it took ages bjt that’s what I got with no faff. Just a place that seems like the staff are aliens dressed in human skin trying to fit in 😂 deffo going again hahahahahaahha

Very disappointed with Sunday lunch. Gravy like water. No taste , no taste to anything . They took the kids food off the bill which hadn't been eaten apart from Yorkshire pudding. Really should have taken half bill off the adults meals which hardly were touched

Used the cafe for the first time and will definitely be the last. 3 star hygiene should be a 1 ! Loose dog running around the kitchen, then the loose dog came up to my 2 year old sniffing her food. Desperately in need of a deep clean. Oil definitely needs changing, the smell was burning my eyes; hence the awful Chips. Oil must be very dirty, scampi was hard and crispy. Very expensive & poor value; the plates couldn’t get any smaller. On top of this terrible experience with the dreadful food, I’ve never come across such rude miserable staff. Would definitely not recommend. In desperate need of a visit from a health and hygiene officer. Only wish I’d taken photos

If I could sum this place up in 3 words it would be: Tasteless, Expensive, Garbage. The noodles were worse that supernoodles, soggy and tasteless. The chips had been sitting around for quite a while, when I asked for salt the girl told me they had no salt. I mean, WHAT?! This is a essential condiment. The chicken balls, were more like 3 pathetic stale chicken nuggets, utterly tasteless and dry. The curry sauce was watery and tasteless too...but worse of all was the extionationate price for this garbage. It came to 23quid!! I had the following: Noodles with chicken balls (3 chicken nuggets) and curry sauce Chips (no salt) with chicken balls and curry Bottle of coke zero Bottle of water After a couple of mouthfuls the food when straight in the bin, not even the seagull wanted it. The business is clearly resting on its laurels. They have a prime location so can afford to pass off this overpriced garbage to unsuspecting tourists. They'll probably rebrand next year. Wash, rinse, repeat. If I was the girl servicing us I would feel embarrassed serving this, clearly the owner doesn't give too hoots about quality and is more interested in making a quick buck from idiots like me.

Mesas sucias, personal que puso los ojos en blanco cuando le pedí un recibo ya que la máquina de autoservicio no estaba funcionando! Luego, cuando llegó el pedido, papas fritas, sin sal n ellos. ¡El nieto pidió pepitas y le dieron dedos de pescado! ¡Tenía el McRib, sin cebolla, sin salsa y sin encurtidos así que un rollito seco con carne seca! No volverá 😡

After a busy and exilerating experience exploring the waterfall and surrounding paths we treated ourselves to a cuppa and some fresh Homemade Cake. Absolutely gorgeous

We were served by kaitlynne who was an absolute pleasure! Her customer service skills were outstanding and she was very helpful. Our drinks were made to perfection and exactly how we ordered them. Don’t get this often

Bar del hotel Moderno no muchos asientos y bebidas caras, pero lo que cabe esperar de un hotel cerca de un aeropuerto. Todo el personal extranjero. Este tipo de sitios no hacer nada por la zona y ni siquiera dan trabajo gente local.

The tea was overly milky & tasted like long life milk. My husband had a pasty that was luke warm and tasted awful. Ice-cream in the freezer looked stale because it had crusty areas on it. There were Christmas cookies on display almost 2 months after Christmas! The staff were very miserable - as if they just didn’t want to be there. Wish we’d checked the reviews before going!

Most disappointing Sunday dinner ever. The vegetarian option that was supposed to be a Pearl Barley and nut crochette was a sloppy tasteless pile of unseasoned pearl barely with about 1 nut. This was served with 3 tiny roast potatoes and root vegetables that were mostly onions. No other veg unless you want to pay £4 extra. I paid £4 extra for cauliflower cheese that was curdled. £18 quid and I left hungry. Even ordering drinks was poor, the batmaid couldn't find the till button for a half pint, so suggested we'll have to have and pay for a pint instead! From beginning to end we were only half an hour as the atmosphere was so lacking, we ate our meal and left straight away. Passing three staff on the way out, not a single acknowledgement. Won't be back.
