The best restaurants serving Default food in Test Valley South East

Friendly bat staff with good knowledge Not very busy. Nice 2 for £10 cocktails Shot would be good too. Toilets are outside and need a good clean Disappointed it was closing at 9.30 on a Saturday because the staff had plans and we have to leave.

Was hoping to have lunch here as a reviewer praised it. There were four customers, it was quite dark, the tables were dirty, the floor was laden with crumbs. The lady behind the counter didn't look up from her phone. Needless to say we left. I've just read that the team there are from the recently closed, Choice Plants cafe, which was excellent. Hopefully cleanliness and service will improve. Should be a gold mine as there are caravanners on site most of the year.

Had an email come through today for this new place, so a few of us at our office gave it a go. Food was delivered on time, however we did expect the food to be fresh & hot but it was cold. I had the pulled pork with cheese panini & didn't want to re-heat it to be honest. Think it needs to be mentioned on the menu that they come cold. As they only started up 1st July sure things will improve

Very good boba tea. The menu board listed different teas, although all were being served with Jasmine tea when I visited. I didn't mind this as I prefer Jasmine tea over black or green tea.

Staff were very welcoming. Spent a lovely evening with family. The food was delicious. A big thank you to Lucy who served us.

Great little find would highly recommend

We had Sunday lunch here as a group of 12 and everything was amazing! We pre-ordered our food and it came soon after we sat down. The extra dessert orders we placed on the day were no problem and the staff were all so accommodating. The added bonus was the enclosed children’s play area which I didn’t know was there when I booked. The children loved it! Will definitely return when we are in the area again.

Busy Sunday lunchtime. Prices have risen since our last visit but the quality of food and service means you can't quibble.

They proudly advertise 'food available all day' outside but there is in fact, no food available. Would be great to take the sign down eventually. It's such a beautiful pub in a good location with a lot of wasted space inside and out that is not being used to advantage. Big disappointment. It seems it's under very lazy new management. The stars are for being dog friendly and to friendly staff at the bar.

Room had damp and stains all over the ceiling..the tv remote had no back and didn't work so went to reception to get it sorted,the lady was helpful and got another remote..like most premier inns you never get a phone reception if you do it's poor..the food in bar was OK..

Josies Romsey never ever disappoints, the staff are all so friendly and welcoming and the food is always perfectly fresh and delicious and the latte is the best coffee around. Highly recommended, I’ve been in the other branches but this is the best for all round customer service and food. The barista chap knows how to make the best caramel latte, mocha and hot chocolate we just love it and when in Romsey, josies is always our first choice for food and drinks.

This place is great. Best coffee shop in Andover. Great friendly staff. Roxzy and her team are fantastic! Always friendly, always accommodating... They make me and my family, including my little toddler feel like part of the family.

Ordered food from Stax and Snax and received a burger that was completely undercooked and pink in the middle, on complaining was told to bring it back for replacement even though I had it delivered. Offered to refund the burger and replace but only if I collected. Disgusting service, please check your food before eating if ordering from deliveroo or any other delivery service.
