Stayed at this Premier Inn, for two nights as part of a group. The room was perfect, the bed was clean and very comfortable, the food was very well presented for the standard. Overall no complaints. Well done to all the staff. Thank you.

Premier Inn - The best hotel chain in Britain! You can't go wrong - comfy bed, wi-fi, air conditioning - nothing fancy but does the job, certainly at its low price. I didn't visit the Brewer's Fayre restaurant on my visit due to Covid but I have been to other branches previously and the meals and breakfast are great traditional pub food for all the family to enjoy. This hotel is great if you are visiting Andover for work/family reasons due to its cheap price for a short overnight stay or if you are staying for a walking trip as the area around Andover is great for long country walks! I visited in August for a two-day (one night) trip where on the first day we visited: Danebury Ring - An Iron-Age hillfort a few miles southwest of the town, Anton Lakes - A beautiful nature reserve situated in Andover itself consisting of two large lakes, a playground, and great spots for fishing, Andover Museum - A museum in the centre of the town which consists of an Iron-Age history museum and a museum about the history of Andover, And on the second day we visited: Whitchurch - A small town just a few miles east of Andover which is home to a silk mill and the nearby Bombay Sapphire distillery, and Combe Gibbet - A steep hill situated in the heart of the North Wessex Downs which is a great challenge to ascend on a bike and showcases beautiful panoramic views of Berkshire and beyond. P.S. An honorable mention goes to Barry the receptionist - He greeted us as we entered the hotel and was a great laugh to speak to - We all still remember him from our visit back in August!

Located on the edge of a business estate with ample free parking (number plate registration required). Staff helpful and friendly. Restaurant on site offered a fair range of dishes, again staff friendly and helpful. Alas stay was marred by some soiled linen in the room upon arrival, whilst quickly rectified, lower the experience of the stay. Wheelchair accessible rooms are available.

I’ve stayed at Premier Inn in Andover a few times now. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Very good location with friendly staff who go above and beyond to meet our needs. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic stay Had to leave for work an hour and half before breakfast was served, the young lad on reception spoke to the chef and we were told we could have something hot ready, was expecting a bacon sandwich but the chef had come in early and she had cooked us a full English breakfast, bread, bananas and muffins. Above and beyond what expected and greatly appreciated. Will definitely stay here again and will also mention to everyone to book in here going forward.

Rooms was very clean but we was there 3 days, bedding and towels wasn't changed, found out you have to request it. Staff very friendly though, food made by Brewers Fayre was horrible, service took a long time. Won't be staying there again

Total disgrace to your brand, and if this is how your people will treat a disabled man, who only came 10 mins after bar close time ( 10:10pm ( most bars open till 11pm across uk ) to get me a plate and a knife and fork, as due to my medication I have to eat late. Not only was it a ‘flat’ no from the female manager, but as I walked off she laughed at me, I guess to make her self look big as she had all her staff around her. I have been staying in premier ins since they came about in the UK, and always help at hand, but this treatment was totally disgusting, and based on my disability coming from serving this country, these people are not what I signed up to protect, absolutely shameful behaviour, and considering it would take less than 5 mins to grab me a play and a K&F , honestly this is a huge NEGATiVE 😮, I hope they are all happy with themselves - Premier Inn these people are bringing your brand into distribute- Absolutely disgusted and annoyed, and actually upset especially after the laughing as I walked off …….

Very poor. The hotel was OK except that I received a threat of £100 fine for parking in their car park by a firm called parkmaven (yes, no capital letter for their name). I've tried phoning Premiere Inn over and over again just to be put on hold for ages and then to be told that they are too busy to answer. The breakfast next door at Brewers Fayre was also terrible, dry, over-cooked and we saw a terrible mess of food on the base of the cooker.

As guests of the hotel I find it unbelievable that they closed the bar and refused to serve us drinks at 8:55pm on a Sunday. We had to walk across the road to the MacDonalds to get a cup of coffee - what a joke. This is not a hotel, it’s just a bed. Won’t be staying here again.

Still waiting 3 weeks later for the customer services team to get back to me. Paid for premier plus - room features were not working. Reporting to staff on 3 occasions, they weren't able to fix it or move me during my stay. Staff lovely, but don't pay for premier plus, the features are the same as standard rooms when they don't work.

Food was OK but not special for the price, service was average but them they added a service charge. I should decide to leave a tip and i should not be told how much to leave. I asked them to remove it and left without leaving one. I usually always leave a good tip but to just add it is just rude. Sorry but i wont be returning....

The child’s fish was burnt and contained next to no fish. The food was not warm. The burger was dry and cold. Disappointed as we have always ordered from Seamaster. Not anymore.

Possibly the worst restaurant in Romsey. Interior dilapidated and filthy. Starter of “crispy potato” anyone? Two frozen potato croquettes boiled in oil and chucked on plate with a pile of old iceberg lettuce 😂 the rest although just about edible were not the best flavors, generally lots of different colored sauces with lumps in and the Raita sauce was so thin it barely held on to the poppadoms. There was a lot more that could added - but All in all definitely not worth your time nor your dosh!!
