Andover Kebab & Pizza House in Test Valley

Asked for lettuce and onions on burger, nothing is all i got, + wares the burger bun. WTAF!!!!!

Food was sloppy, oily and over cooked

I always enjoy getting a kebab from here as an occasional treat ! Always great presentation and speedy delivery

Been ordering from these people every Friday for 6 months now as my weekly treat. The bread is INSANELY good, unlike any other kebab in the area. Everything tastes fresh and cooked well. I have tried lots of different bits off the menu, with the best being the Super Cheeseburger, Garlic Cheese bread and Lamb Shish.

This is my normal go to but was very disappointed with my order tonight soggy chips in bread, rice hard and clumped up and the mixed large kebab was very small with next to no lettuce even though I asked for extra the chicken doner was only about a table spoons worth really disappointed with this as its not cheap

Quite disappointed. Usually takeaways from here are brilliant but my food was really dry tonight. It was 9pm when I ordered so it was most likely the case of the meat sitting out for a few hours. But this just wasn’t enjoyable and meant I threw away half my food. The rest of my meal was lovely and hot but the donner was just really really dry and hard.

First time ordering and wasn't disappointed homemade bread which was a good touch as usually most andover takeaways buy ready made rolls etc I ordered a calzone and a chicken sandwich absolutely delicious seriously 100% will be ordering again keep up the good work andover kebab & pizza house very impressed yours sincerely neville lyon

I’ve been fortunate to travel the world with family and jobs and I can hands down say I don’t know what is in that burger but it’s easily the BEST burger I have ever had.

My mum and I were absolutely disappointed with this meal and was definitely not what we were expecting, we couldn't understand the shredded meat or the what looked like cowslaw not the strips of meat, salad and pitta bread sadly we will not be coming back.

Really poor quality meal this evening. We usually order from here all the time. The chips were soggy, not as many as normal and tasted like yesterday’s. The chicken was over seasoned (not normally like this) the salad was limp and also was like yesterday’s salad - maybe even 3 days ago salad. Over 3/4 of the meal uneaten. After waiting for over an hour it’s not really good enough or salvageable with a re order. Shame.

The food was really poor. The food was partially delivered and had to wait for the chicken burger to be redelivered.

Vegetarian kebab selections: no cabbage which was ticked. Also didn’t seem to be any garlic or chilli sauce as requested. Chips were nice, that’s about it. Wouldn’t order again. Pretty poor all round and terrible value for money

Amazing food as always and quick!

Food tasted greesy and loads of fat within the meet only had two bites. Had a few of the chips but they were under cooked and dry not great at all first and last time I will buy from there

Chicken shish x2 was only warm on arrival, dry and chewy and the chips were like cardboard. Never using this place again!

Top notch, must give it a try. Only wish they put chips in the shawarma. Love when i see a family stick together professionally. They deserve your money. Quality you wont find anywhere close.

arrived 45 minutes late without any apology and still managed to forget sauces so meals where dry. I tried to call the restaurant whilst waiting for my food to find out where it was but got no answer. tried to call them again after finding no sauce but still no answer. normally this I'd my favourite kebab place but yesterday let it down.

time to arrive kept changing, was originally 6:45pm now 20:05 and says delivered but hasn't actually arrived

Ordered premium kebab and pizza and sone chips. Cost 31 quid, total waste of money. The kebab meat was dry,chewy and largely inedible. No sauces we ordered were present. Part of salad also was dry. The pizza. Thinner than normal base and undercooked quite doughy. The toppings however were over cooked and very dry. For context we have Ordered from here many times before and have been haapy with the foods. However not this time..

Ordered 3 chicken burgers and all of them were tough as old boots! Bread was falling apart when cut and the chips were soggy and cold! Never again

Ordered here on Saturday Night, tucked into my chicken burger and felt the chicken to be quite tough, upon inspection the chicken was pink!! Tried to contact restaurant, haven’t been able to get through and also messaged on Facebook, to no response. Garlic bread was burnt, and premium lamb doner was full of fat. Really disappointing.

First time the fresh bread and kebab was delicious I can honestly say best kebab in town

Insanely good kebab. The bread is excellent and garlic sauce is a must. I always get an extra tub. All the meats are great, whatever your preference. The salad has been fresh every time. Pretty quick delivery or collection.

Couldn’t taste the bbq base it was really greasy a little bit burnt but it was a good pizza just a few things wrong with it

Ordered at 6:30 on a Thursday night and received the food just before 8:00pm! Had to ring twice to ask where the food was and went it arrived it was cold. We ordered a chicken shish which was dry and a chicken donner so nothing much. Unacceptable service and will not order again

3 times (separate occasions) I've tried to order over the phone and it just rings out. Twice I've walked down and ordered in person but I can't be bothered to wait this time. I'll be going elsewhere I'm afraid!

I recently ordered the chicken burger with cheese and added chicken donner, lettuce cucumber and mayo. It's delicious and i've had it from here many times. Always tastes great and i think they've also stepped up their chip game too.

The food I ordered wasn't fresh and not worth the money. Expected good wrap but completely not fine both veg and non veg

Always order from here for the best kebabs but sadly although in my order both times were missing chilli sauce. Really ruined it for me as they put garlic sauce on instead and I can’t eat it.

Not very often this happens; but the long haired general decided she fancied a kebab. Long story short: it was delicious. Not just Andover delicious, but probably the nicest kebab I've had in the UK. In all seriousness, on the rare occasions we have a takeaway from now on, it will be through this place.

Ordered 4 items and only got 3 plus the chicken is shown on the skewers which is what I wanted not from the kebab meat which is what I got which was like crumbs in a tray. None of my family liked it unfortunately.

Unbelievable, salad was the freshest I’ve ever had from a takeaway. The portion was generous all round very impressed will Defintley be back! 💪🏼💪🏼

First ever ordering from Andover kebab and omg what a meal. Probably one of the best kebabs I have had in quit some time. Love the home made bread and the meat was amazing and full of flavour. From the first bite to the last it was like a fire display on my taste buds. Will be using this kebab shop over all over kebab shops and vans in the area.

The pizza was how pizza should be, not how you're told it should be. An absolute delight to eat. Delivery time was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Just had a takeaway, chicken kebab and halloumi wrap, all I can say is wow the food was amazing, fresh salad in the bread kebab, the bread was absolutely amazing, definitely will be ordering again.. Best takeaway had in ages..

Food and portion was ok, however I have a huge concern, I needed to put the cheese cake to the bin because it contains the following toxic ingredients: Mouth rot: E330 is the most dangerous (carcinogenic). Dangerous additive: E124. Please check what you are selling to people, because your cheese cake is highly toxic to health.

Everything was delicious, huge portions, everything fresh.

On the whole, good. But, chips were re-cooked and very dry. Not a lot of chicken on the Butter Chicken Pizza. Sauce was in there somewhere. More care needed in presentation.

I have ner seen such a small amount of kebab 1 tiny peice of cheese cake tiny bit of lettice few onions for a family meal very very bad. 31 quid ..never use this place ps food was like warm. What a rip off.

I did not receive doner meat in my doner kebab. It was disgusting. Was like lamb ofcuts. Worst kebab we’ve ever had

The food came in cold. The staff were unaware of my order. I ordered a premium doner plate with some extras. It did not come with any extras or toppings I asked for. Waste of money and terrible service. Will not order it again!!

I was recommended this place after hearing about it being run by the Napalese. Now, if you know your stuff, then you would know it will be different with top quality service and food. This place makes its own bread and dips and other foods. The bread is out of this world, made for you on the spot. It didn't disappoint. It was far better than expectations. So friendly, do helpful, they go out of their way to satisfy your tastes. Amazing food, amazing staff, amazing service. Their food is lush. Highly HIGHLY recommend. 10/10 So friendly

I have ordered from here before and the food was, as usual, delicious. The homemade bread is the best thing about it though, no wholesale bought pitta bread but soft and fresh bread that elevates the meal to more than just a kebab. Will definitely order again, highly recommended.

Food wasn’t in a state to eat. Looks like they have thrown it in, dropped it or driven 100mph around corners! Cold chips! Nice cans of drinks though
