Stax And Snax in Test Valley

Ordered food from Stax and Snax and received a burger that was completely undercooked and pink in the middle, on complaining was told to bring it back for replacement even though I had it delivered. Offered to refund the burger and replace but only if I collected. Disgusting service, please check your food before eating if ordering from deliveroo or any other delivery service.

Stopped off for an evening meal. Had a bbq smoke burger and cheesy chips. BBQ Burger sauce was excellent the burger itself appeared to be good quality meat. The restaurant has seating if you decide to eat in. Ambience was pleasant and the seating felt comfortable. American theme was not overdone. I would say this is on the higher end of the burger joint in terms of quality but not too expensive for the quality. Hot drinks are available which is good. Well worth a trip.

Lovely place to stop. Very accomodating food really nice. Lovely and clean and nice toilets. Makes a change from the usual chains. Hope they get more custom so they stay open amongst the boring chains.

Excellent well made and tasty food. My wife and I stopped by for a burger and a wrap. They were awesome and the portions were more than generous. My wife had a steak wrap with big pieces of proper steak and my loaded stack had a large Angus steak burger with salad and onion ring hash brown and fries all in the burger and topped off with spicy buffalo sauce. Could not fault it. Will definitely be back for more. Very friendly staff made you feel very welcome.

First time we’ve eaten here .The food was first class .The service was very good food hot and delicious.Staff we’re very friendly and nothing was took much bother .We will definitely return again soon .Thankyou Stax Snax.

Portion sizes are always incredible, seems like a lot of money but it retrospect you’re getting a lot of food for the price as half the time I can’t finish my meal there’s so much. Flavours are incredible, burgers are juicy and everything is cooked to perfection And to top it off the staff are super friendly and always remember my order each time I come in. Love this place

Really good for a group of teenage boys. Fantastic burger selection, milkshake selection, and also some puddings. Service was quick and efficient. Would not be surprised if a few more Stax and Snax places start opening up around the place... Very generous portions of sides, so don't order one for each person!

Highly recommend the m&m milkshake, super delicious and thin (i prefer it that way). Parner said mine was better than his oreo one.

Visited with my husband and 2 children, very clean and friendly. At first we thought it was just a takeaway place but when stepping inside we saw that they had quite a bit of seating and provided highchairs. Lots to choose from with veggie options too. Huge portions and well worth the money!! I got the chicken and veggie wrap which was delicious and crispy. They do milkshakes and deserts which we will definitely be trying next time we go! Probably the best wrap I've ever had! 5 stars!!!

Arrived at 8.45pm on 19/05/22, outlet still open, thought I would try their Classic Burger to take away. Never again! Burger should have been served with lettuce, tomato and sauce of choice, but I was presented with a dried out burger, NO lettuce, NO tomato, NO sauce. Never again! Staff couldn't wait to close for the night.

I can’t believe I have just spent that amount of money on that! £7.70 for Halloumi Fries… There was 6! Yeah that’s right 6 individual pieces. That’s £1.20 for a single Halloumi fry… Then My Burger was wrong, I ordered a Halloumi and Avocado Burger… right, not that hard.. yeah naaa, they didn’t put any Avocado in the burger.My Halloumi and AVOCADO Burger had no AVOCADO. I called an told them that 50% of my burger was missing.. some girl answer the phone and told me to wait while I go get some one.. I’m waited for 15 minutes. I’m not going to sit and wait for over 15 minutes over AVOCADO!! Over Priced. Wrong Order. Bad Customer Service. Do not go!
