Revisited Villa Marina for the first time in a long time today and don’t know why we haven’t been back sooner - it was excellent. We went there for lunch for which there was a lovely, well-sized menu as well as chef’s specials. The decor was just right, simple and well lit without being fussy. Traditional linen clad tables and nicely attired, attentive friendly serving staff. Our delicious food arrived quickly and was beautifully presented. Definitely on our list to visit again.

This is located on Henley on Thames high street. It's a large establishment with well maintained toilets nice open dining area. Being a Witherspoons pub and hotel you can rely on the service, food and drink of a quality and reasonably priced.

They are taking names, numbers, email and DOB. All under the pretext of a phony virus. I have been to other places which said track and trace was voluntary.

Only doing takeaway cups because they are closing in an hour. Pretty poor really…

Well what can I say ordered tonight for a treat as not had Chinese for a while ordered just under £50 of food, well I think we got maybe £30 worth, portion of chips ie a little bag they call a portion which was only half full, ordered pork balls and prawn turned up luckily no one allergic to them and no free prawn crackers like we would get front the other Chinese in the town thanks but no thanks never again.

Lovely young blonde barista was very helpful and has amazing customer service skills. Will definitely be coming back

Awful service!! Took 1/2 an hour to get there attention and be served!! Not good enough! charged us £3.75 for water when we asked for tap!!

It is such a shame that this brilliant chef is supported by a team of people who have absolutely no idea what is going on. This was our fourth trip back. Each time we have been here since the refurbishment, the quality and flavour of the food has been amazing but each time, we have had terrible service. This was the last chance and I'm afraid we won't be going back. We put in our order for food and drink which just disappeared off the face of the earth. Our lunch wine was served before the pre–lunch drinks, had to keep looking at the staff for any sign of food to which they panicked on the realisation that we were STILL there with no meal. One of the young male waiters, who actually was on the ball, couldn't apologise enough and genuinely looked very embarrassed at the whole shambles. Credit to him, credit to chef but the rest of you, sort yourselves out! It's just not good enough.

Very disappointing, stale smell inside, leaking toilets and run out of ingredients for cocktails..... wont be coming back.

Popped in for a wine and beer and to watch the rugby before dinner. I’ve never been made to feel so uncomfortable walking in to a pub. The tv didn’t work so was turned off. It was a quick drink and off. Definitely won’t be popping in there to spend £12 off my money with such unfriendly staff

AWFUL - Greasy and raw dough pizza. Have eaten here a few times when staying at Swiss Farm and usually good. On this occasion the pizza was swimming in grease and the edges were very thick of uncooked dough. After a few bites, it went in the bin ! waste of money ! As a disabled person with a knackered spine that was causing pain that eve, I decided not to drive back and instead complained to Dominos. By the time they replied, they asked for pics that I didn't have. I then had a serious of email debates with them, explaining that I am disabled and it was not possible for me to go back to the store. They offered NOTHING, no real apology, no refund, not even a £5 voucher....nothing ! I found their tone very arrogant also. I will now not buy a pizza from this chain EVER again. Well done on your customer service Dominos and how you treat your disabled customers ! I intend to raise my case with their Exec so they can see how their 'customer services' are treating loyal customers.
