AWFUL - Greasy and raw dough pizza. Have eaten here a few times when staying at Swiss Farm and usually good. On this occasion the pizza was swimming in grease and the edges were very thick of uncooked dough. After a few bites, it went in the bin ! waste of money ! As a disabled person with a knackered spine that was causing pain that eve, I decided not to drive back and instead complained to Dominos. By the time they replied, they asked for pics that I didn't have. I then had a serious of email debates with them, explaining that I am disabled and it was not possible for me to go back to the store. They offered NOTHING, no real apology, no refund, not even a £5 voucher....nothing ! I found their tone very arrogant also. I will now not buy a pizza from this chain EVER again. Well done on your customer service Dominos and how you treat your disabled customers ! I intend to raise my case with their Exec so they can see how their 'customer services' are treating loyal customers.

Tried to order a pizza twice over the phone as we didn't have Internet access and was told we had to order via the app, we explained that we didn't have Internet access at that time, which fell on deaf ears and the the very rude person call Kam hung the phone up on us twice. This was on a Sunday night. We will be ordering our pizza from herbies as their customer service is much better and you can order over the phone. To the management team please address this issue as we don't want to use this store anymore and I'm sure others are probably thinking the same.

Awful! The pizza was delivered without sauce, or so little sauce that it can't be seen or tasted. I have ordered from here so many times without any issues but on this occasion I called down to let them know and I was accused of trying to get free pizza. I hope anyone reading this will think twice about accepting a delivery when there is a good chance you won't be getting what you ordered.

The website ordering experience forced me to re-enter my order. I made a mistake but didn't realise it. The delivery experience was good for once, although the pizzas were not warm enough. I phoned to protest that I'd not received what I'd paid for. The person dealing with me, probably the franchisee given his outright arrogance, dealt with my query so insensitively, and kept rattling off in a foreign English making it difficult for me to get a word in. After he called me a "liar", I eventually found out by searching my orders online, that I had in fact been mistaken. My fault. But his reluctance to sort the problem out amiably, and his general demeanour right from the outset, really riled me and we ended up exchanging some heated words. My business is decimated right now due to Covid, yet I still bend over backwards for my clients. Perhaps he needs some customer relationship training! Despite living just across the road, we are never going to use them again, and will not recommend at all.

We like the pizza but the delivery is awful. On the last four occasions the delivery did not match the order. Even when the driver returned to correct the order he came back with the wrong items. So far I’ve been out of pocket on every occasion. Domino’s in Henley must try harder.

Went there today and their cash machine was not working. They ended up giving us large pizza free of charge. The service was great and the staff were both helpful and very kind! Would recommend!

When they actually do food it's good and a good price. I've been there many times to be told they are only doing sandwiches or toasties. And the drinks machine is never working so you have to pay double what you would for a bottled coke. Shame as it was thriving years ago.

I had coffee and I gave them my coffee cup and they returned it with coffee all over the cup. They asked me to clean it. They had good pastries.

Ordered two double bacon cheese burger xl meals witch contained no bacon and half of the drinks were not available. When I told the staff, they just rolled their eyes and said that for them to either refund or rectify my orders that I would have to wait 15 minutes and hold up everyone else's orders, which really put me on the spot in a very busy "Burger King". I was made to feel it was my fault although there was no signs to make any customers aware of everything they had run out of and you can only order on those screens. I was just pleased to get out of there and definitely will not be returning to rude staff who deliberately put me on the spot with four large builders behind me, passive aggressive would be a better description. Definitely avoid this branch and drive the extra 10 minutes to a proper Burger King. I definitely won't be going there again.

After a long time waiting for my food I just asked “ the asiatic manager” what was happening and he said “seat and wait”. He’s so Useless and disrespectful.For me someone like him, isn’t able to run any kind of business. I’ll never more will spend my money in this store…
