When they actually do food it's good and a good price. I've been there many times to be told they are only doing sandwiches or toasties. And the drinks machine is never working so you have to pay double what you would for a bottled coke. Shame as it was thriving years ago.

Honestly if only could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a simple bite size breakfast that includes toast, baked beans, hash brown, a sausage and a fried egg. Well the egg was not cooked properly, the food was cold and they used so many baked beans to fill the space of the plate. It took them 45 minutes to get my meal out. My partner had salmon and scrambled eggs on toast which was again cold and it was packaged salmon so they didn't have to cook it, yet it took this long. People had come and ordered after us got served their food and left before we got ours. The food was mediocre and cold and the service was worse. I will not be spending my money here again.

Went there today and their cash machine was not working. They ended up giving us large pizza free of charge. The service was great and the staff were both helpful and very kind! Would recommend!

Esso, Station Road Esso Gas Station/C-Store, Wallingford OX10 0HX EnglandDear Subway, Today's lunchtime escapade at your Wallingford branch around 14:00 has left me both baffled and breadless. Who knew that asking for bread to be toasted before tuna was the culinary equivalent of declaring war? Apparently, the sandwich artist thought so and proceeded to accuse me of abuse—talk about drama between two slices of bread! While I appreciate Subway's flair for theatrics, I'd prefer my lunch without accusations on the side. Might I suggest a refresher course for your sandwich artists in "Understanding Basic Toasting Requests 101" and "Not Jumping to Conclusions About Customers Asking for Toasted Bread"? Please address this promptly, or I might have to start carrying a toaster in my bag for sandwich-related emergencies. Still hungry and slightly amused, Never going back there again.

Thame RoadOrdered two double bacon cheese burger xl meals witch contained no bacon and half of the drinks were not available. When I told the staff, they just rolled their eyes and said that for them to either refund or rectify my orders that I would have to wait 15 minutes and hold up everyone else's orders, which really put me on the spot in a very busy "Burger King". I was made to feel it was my fault although there was no signs to make any customers aware of everything they had run out of and you can only order on those screens. I was just pleased to get out of there and definitely will not be returning to rude staff who deliberately put me on the spot with four large builders behind me, passive aggressive would be a better description. Definitely avoid this branch and drive the extra 10 minutes to a proper Burger King. I definitely won't be going there again.
