The best restaurants serving Default food in Reigate and Banstead South East

Donna was great as our waitress, she was quick, attentive and friendly.

My wife and I enjoyed an excellent lunch. The food (from the new menu) was delicious and the service was prompt. Jackie, who served us, was very efficient and friendly.

Like all Grinds, it is modern. Great for cocktails, but equally the food is great! Good for groups as well as smaller parties.

Don’t go to any other chip shop food always good fresh. Staff are all friendly and you are recognised as a loyal customer.

Lovely people and lovely place but sadly the fish and chips are saturated in oil , and leaves a not very nice taste in ur mouth , tastes like the oil hasn’t been changed regularly, I was once told that you need to change the oil every time after you have cooked in it 🙄

Booked a table for five for my daughter’s birthday as my husband and I had eaten at this restaurant once before.. the food arrived far too quickly considering it’s supposed to be cooked from fresh . There was absolutely no flavour to the food .When we arrived there was a group of diners who were drunk and extremely loud at the back of the restaurant and no consideration was given to other diners and the staff just ignored the commotion ..Overall a very disappointing experience never to be repeated

We have visited this diner many times and always found the staff very helpful and friendly . We think the prices are very reasonable the portions are plentiful . My wife and i often have there homemade bolognese which is superb better than some Italian Restaurants.

Quite pricey although after having the taste of the dishes that explains, you are spoilt by a Michelin star Chefs menu! So succulent and tender cooked meat that rarely you can find at any other BBQ restaurants around Horley. Only thing missing from their tasty menu is that the Chef's special chili sauce or meze (homemade).? There is no other alternative chili dish at the menu either, like Ezme? it is a vegetarian medium hot meze to which goes well with BBQ dishes. We felt so lucky to be service by best quality Turkish BBQ Kebab restaurant. Thank you to Duke of Cambridge Hotel management for having a Turkish BBQ Kebab. Keep up the good quality service. Absolutely delicious meal. Really tasty, top quality meal.

I recently ordered Chinese food from your establishment and was very disappointed with the quality. The dish was not up to standard, and the chicken had an unusual taste, which raised concerns about its freshness. I called to express my concerns and requested a refund. However, I was told I would need to bring the food back, which I find unreasonable considering the circumstances. I expect better customer service, especially when food safety might be an issue. Please let me know how this matter can be resolved appropriately
