Jeanie gave just the most incredible service. The food made us the happiest, fattest piggies in all of surrey. We will be making this a regular thing at least once a month. Great beers and wines too. Thanks everybody!

My husband and I popped out for a rare lunch together while the children were at school. Our server Jeanie was very warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. It was my husband’s first time in the restaurant and he’s already requested we come back. Thanks again Jeanie!

We were served by Jeannie who was so lovely and so professional. She made us feel very welcome and was very quick with all service whilst still taking time to check we were ok. The butchers block was fantastic. We haven’t been in here since pre covid and I’m pleased to say it hasn’t lost any of its charm. We will definitely be back for the butchers block and to hopefully see Jeannie again.

The service and the taste of the steaks hit the highest bar as possible. Loraine T was excellent and we are leaving very satisfied. We have our tasting benchmarks of steaks from Texas. The outcome was thumbs up from everyone. Good place; recommended to bring your guests over.

Had a brilliant late lunch, the restaurant, staff and food were all fantastic. Highly recommend.

The staff were very accommodating as I asked for a particular round table. This was because we had 2 people with disabilities in our party of 5.

April 2024 Still one of the best places to eat. We've been coming here for years. Even through the Covid pandemic. Always a joy to come here for dinner. Fantastic place to eat. I thoroughly recommend the mushrooms to start, the fillet steak for the main and the fudge brownie for dessert. Service is absolutely spot on. I even had a special birthday plate for my dessert. The best steak house around by far.

Me and my daughter had a meal here last night, my daughter has a bbq sauce allergy the chefs could not do any more to make sure there was no cross contamination. Lorraine T was our server and she was lovely and professional.we had an amazing night with great food and staff that was all caring from when we walked in till we left highly recommend

I highly recommend this restaurant. I have been here many times and the food is always so lovely. Today I ate from the set menu, and each of the starter, main and dessert tasted delicious. :) They have plenty of vegetarian and vegan options too. Our waitress Jeonie has served us many times before and she is always so sweet and friendly, and looks after us extremely well.

Have eaten here a few times. Lovely food and service. Great meal deal as you have 3 courses (good portion sizes) for under £20 during their lunch specials. Our waitress Jeonie was very sweet and friendly and made us feel at home. Would eat here again.

The food arrived cold. Drinks took too long to come although when they did arrive was advised that training was going on. Would have been nice to have been told this.

Firstly it was cold in the restaurant, we all dress up and look smart , yet the manager walks around in black shorts and top , showing legs full of tattoos and a black hat , cover on his head , 7 in our party, my chicken and chips, chicken was cold , sent it back for warm up , as did my son with his chatibriand, chips were not appetising, prawn cocktail, just a few small prawns , a salad leaf and and water cress , just two little bits of advocate, all so very disappointing, considering our bill was 300 pounds , with my chicken, at 20 , kentucky would have been more tastier , not returning,thats the opinion of all

Our first table was next to a big party which was very noisy but our lovely waitress Beatrix moved us and it was a much better atmosphere.

Sadly it wasn’t a very good experience for us. Rough piece of ribeye steak which we paid an extra £8 supplement but they did deduct it from the bill. Would have preferred to have enjoyed it as it was our wedding anniversary. Just put a damper on the evening 😢

We wanted to say a massive thank you to Jeanie for her lovely hospitality, customer service and just making sure that myself and my partner were okay. We were looked after by the manager and another young lady (sorry forgot her name but she’s 16 - she mentioned to us).

Really nice place, great decor, good food, plenty of parking and nice people.

Attend this steak restaurant on Sunday evening. Was not at even 50% capacity. Food was not great, starter squid was extremely salty. Main BBQ ribs were not great, tasted like it came out of a bag. Chunky chips were hard on the inside. Steaks were average, again very salty. Service was not brilliant, seem to be short staffed.

Was my sons 18th, we went with grandparents, had 18th balloons and cake but as he had no id they would not let him have a cider. A little common sense should have been used here. Wanted him to have his first drink with us as an adult, night ruined. They tried to say it was the law we said its not law is 16 at which point they changed to say it was their policy not law

Food was cold, didn't look or taste pleasant, for this amount of money steak should taste better, we definitely won't come back, look like this restaurant is going down the hill.

Decided last minute to make a booking for me and my partner. We arrive half hour before are booking time and was seated promptly, with a lovely waitress named Donna. Drinks, food and service was second to none. We was abit indecisive choosing main course and the waitress was very accommodating with giving us extra time to Decide. Will be coming back to try out more of their menu in the very near future. Thank you Miller & Carter and all there lovely staff for a great night.

Pretty average. Steak was good but elements around it were poor and pretty budget. Full menu not available either. Not happy with policy that does not allow 16 ur old to have an alcoholic drink with the meal. Sorry, but this just one step up from a spooner.
