The best restaurants serving Default food in Molesey East Elmbridge South East

This is pur second visit since this fantastic place has re started its BYO Friday and Saturday Evening Resteraunt again. Food is super fresh! Pizzas are incredible! Excellent value 2 or 3 course fixed price options across the menu. Ambiance great, front of house excellent. What can I say, just get back down to those who used to go to the Evening Resteraunt BYO and to those who haven't been yet, try it! We will be back again very soon.

I usually use the Khao Sarn restaurant in Walton-on-Thames for takeaway Thai food, but ordered from the Thai Courtyard in East Molesey as Khao Sarn was closed this evening. The food consisted of a spicy beef panang and sticky rice. Or at least that’s what I ordered. There was a layer of oil on top of the beef curry that was literally around 1cm thick. The sticky rice was undercooked to the point that it was crunchy. I called the restaurant to point out the state of the food, at which point the first member of staff told me, ‘I can assure you that the rice was microwaved correctly’. After a brief dialogue where I was basically accused of lying about the state of the food, I offered to send a photograph of the curry to show how bad it was. I duly sent a photograph of how bad the food was, and heard nothing back. I then called the restaurant again, before I was asked to explain why the food was unsatisfactory again to several other members of staff, before finally speaking to a woman who purported to be the manager. The manager was rude and disinterested , making clear that she wasn’t interested in the quality of the food she had served. My advice would be to avoid Thai Courtyard and use Khao Sarn in Walton.

Lovely little spot by the river. Staff were exceptionally friendly and I felt very welcome.Had the ice cream which was divine and will have to go back for the home made cakes as they looked delicious. A good find!

Take away treat for football. Exceptional from ordering online, delivery & value for money. Highly recommend & we eat in too. Bannoffe is the best...

Delicious food and very nice staff. The interior is one of the nicest I've ever seen in a restaurant in this price range. Will come back.

Don’t buy a cinnamon bun today (March 6th). Not fresh, pretty stale. But the spicy pumpkin latte was excellent! This cafe is generally of a good standard including friendly and print service. They just need to ensure that they don’t over order buns because they aren’t good unless very fresh.

Great place for lunch if you're visiting Hampton court

Decided to go for a drive from Hampshire and ended up at Molesey fish and chip shop. Portion was larger than I expected, freshly cooked and tasted divine. Reminded me of my childhood, and at an unbelievable price of £6.50. Bargain! I will definitely be back.

The fish and chips we ordered today were delivered hot and were cooked how we like it. I have to reiterate, HOT! Thank you

Chicken is really well cooked in all the dishes we ordered. Fresh and fast. Would recommend and will be using again!

beware the small bones in any fish dish, including the biryani .. otherwise not bad, the dhaosas esp and useful if you want some kerala not the usual bangladeshi

Great pub, great vibes, great food and great beer from Big Smoke and other breweries. My favourite in Molesey, especially on Thursdays when they have Irish folk band playing great music.

What a lovely meal, you know when a pub is worth stopping in when it is filled with locals! On a recent stay at Hampton Court we wanted to head out for some good, honest pub food & we are so happy to have found this pub! Mum & I both enjoyed fish & chips (with mushy peas…of course!) oh and a side of onions rings…yes we were hungry after a full day exploring! The fish was fresh & fried to perfection, the atmosphere was relaxed & friendly. We would highly recommend, thank you! Plus….amazing prices! Fish & Chips £13, onion rings £2 🙌
