I'm not usually one to write reviews but felt I had to on this occasion. There were around 12 of us attending the bottomless brunch with only three staff behind the bar, one serving, one, I presume manager and the one poor guy that had to keep up with our bottomless cocktails, I couldn't fault these but our Caribbean dinner was appalling, the meals arrived on paper plates, with plastic forks and napkins which were just purchased from Sainsbury's as we arrived, I know this because we saw the manager come back with them, OK not a big deal, but the food was far from Caribbean, and looked like "Mum had gone to Iceland" the Jerk chicken burger came with the tiniest bit of Jerk sauce, the curries were more like Chinese and Indian microwave meals, and the veggie spring rolls came with chips, not the Caribbean rice as advertise, no sauce and deep fried, these were inedible. When we requested vinegar this came out in a pot, I'm not sure, other than dipping our chips in this how we were meant to eat it. The price of Ā£32 was overpriced, I WOULD NOT recommend the bottomless brunch at Tropic bar, stick to cocktails Tropic

The menu and interior of the restaurant looked promising, and so my fiancƩ and I decided to pop in at the end of a visit to Bicester Village to have an early dinner. We were seated, handed menus and then completely ignored for 15 minutes, at which point we decided to leave. On the way out, we were greeted by someone serving at the front of house. My fiancƩ mentioned that we hadn't eaten anything because we never got served. The manager, stood next to said staff member, simply glared at her with indifference. No apology, nor even the courtesy of recognizing what had happened. Given the wealth of outstanding owner-run restaurants in the area, establishments like this do not deserve to remain in business and I personally wouldn't come here again if you paid me.

I had been staying at this hotel when I was visiting family after a 9 hour drive from Scotland. When we arrived we checked in and got our room card, first impressions of the room were not impressive, windows were dirty, bathroom was very dirty and the A/C OR FAN DIDNT WORK. After having dinner, we went to see family and got back to the hotel at around 11pm. 12am: me and my family heard loud banging from the room above <211>. We phoned reception to then be told we are being charged for the call. Reception wasn't helpful at all, cutting us off the phone because wedding guests had arrived in the lobby 'singing'. 2.30am. We had to phone reception a second time because of the banging. It kept going on until 3am. NEXT DAY: Our family had come to brewers fayre to accompany us for breakfast. One of the reception staff had told us the night before, that we would have a table ready at 8.30am for 9 people. Much to our dissatisfaction and annoyance, we were informed by a very kind lady at Brewers fayre that the table hadn't in fact been booked for neither us nor our guests. On approaching Premier Inn staff to complain, I was advised to TAKE MY FAMILY TO MCDONALDS. At which point I gave up complaining, as anything I said to the gentleman behind the desk was falling on dead ears. May I also add that the lady at Brewers fayre informed me that this is a regular occurrence at the weekends, and the Brewers fayre staff were fed-up being placed in this position. Word of advice, if you want a comfortable night's stay in a clean hotel, and the availability to eat, AVOID this premier Inn at all costs

Immaculately clean and the food hygiene rating confirms this. Fresh and fantastic food which is always served with a smile. Cannot recommend these guys enough and we drive over 30 minutes to travel here especially. Try it for yourself, you will not be disappointed

Firstly service is fantastic. Really attentive and polite. We ordered the set menu so had a good sized platter of starters. I did find the satay sauce not very peanut-y. Prawn toast was really nice as Iām not usually keen on that. We then were brought out massive amounts of dishes. We are good eaters but we did leave a fair bit. The servings are generous and I canāt remember all the dish names but we had a Thai green curry, beef dish, prawn dish, noodle & beansprout dish and jasmine rice. Extremely good value for what we had and drinks were good too.

Something has changed, been ordering from them for years. This time one meal was wrong and they all were different to what they used to deliver. I'm guessing they have changed ownership and not as good as it used to be. Probably won't order again.

Friendly well run pub, nice vibe, nice size (not small but cozy atmosphere) and seemed very clean when we visited. Free parking (for customers) with an easy to navigate car park and car registration system. Good menu with all the pub classics plus Gluten free options available. Pretty good value. Would recommend.
