Ordered tap water and took very long.But the food was really nice but expensive.The atmosphere was also nice nice artwork on the walls and it really felt like a really authentic restaraunt.

The food was very good and made very correctly. The service was perfect. It was a very nice detail that the plates were served hot. Impeccable food and service. We had focaccia with olive oil followed by beef lasagne and tagliatelle ragu manzo. Would happily recommend the house red wine. Finishing with an outstanding Tiramisu. Special thanks go to Nadine. Will definitely be returning soon.

Great pasta, pizza, nice setting..

The server that we had was very rude and didn't have any customer service etiquette. The food was very nice but portions were smaller than you would expect for the price of the meals.

Late afternoon visit. Great friendly service. Good is very good, recommend the olives as nibbles. The tagliatelle pasta ragu very filling as was my rigatoni. When the village is busy like any place it's queuing but during this time no rush.

We came all the way from Norway for the Bicester shopping experience, and stopped twice at La Tua Pasta. All I can say is that the food was excellent. The atmosphere was lovely, and the service was impeccable. For me personally the pumpkin ravioli must have been the best pasta-dish I have ever tasted. The desserts were wonderful as well. And a huge thanks to the terrific pair Bianca and Salah who served us the two nights, and who went out of their way to ensure that we had a lovely experience.

Early lunch with friends. Pizza and pasta were both excellent. The staff seemed a little too keen to get us out though, taking plates whilst one of the party was still eating and generally hovering.

What a lovely restaurant. The pizza was delicious and it was warm cozy and inviting. But what really shines out is the friendly attentive service. The manager Ersih was fantastic and our two waiters were Ajay and Tatum. They deserve a big pat on the back. Thank you. This is our third visit and we will be returning next time we visit.

Probably one of the best beef pasta dishes I've ever had in a welcoming and pleasant setting, all whilst keenly priced.

As a celiac, please do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all cost! It is only my fault for not seeing all the red flags and risking myself into eating their "gluten free" pasta dish. I told the staff I have celiac and they told me they cannot guarantee cross contamination for their gluten free dishes, but then kept putting pizzas on my table... (this is actually not a joke, they put 2 pizza dishes and bread baskets in front of a celiac - this is nothing short of true insanity). I usually am fine with traces, I have eaten in many other gluten free restaurants which did not guarantee cross contamination. However, I have never in my life been so sick from a gluten reaction as I am now a few days later. My skin is full of blisters, I am scratching it off to pieces - literally! I am dizzy, tired, got brain fog, abdominal cramps, and many other horrible side effects... I will save you the horror of reading. Thank you so much for ruining my life for the next few weeks!!!

Okay food but the front of door lady is beyond rude Telling us to go home to sleep go do something better with our lives instead of choosing to wait even though we were at the front of the queue We came back later and she was still rude ignoring requests and what not. When these places treat you with zero respect honestly just go elsewhere the decent pasta isn't worth it

I had a lovely meal here a few weeks ago during my trip to BV. The food was excellent and I particularly enjoyed my fragrant truffle mini croquettes. Equally, my service was delightful. My waiter Jaden was very attentive and humerus, and I felt very at ease. I hope I can visit again soon!

My mum and I visited La Tua Pasta after a day of shopping and were blown away by the food. The pasta was incredibly fresh, and we couldn’t fault it. It’s easily one of the best pasta dishes we’ve had so far, which made the experience all the more disappointing due to poor service. Unfortunately, a staff member named Nicole dampened our visit. While we were eating, she approached multiple times asking if we had finished, even when our plates were still half full. It was intrusive and made us feel rushed. When we finally did finish, she immediately asked if we wanted the bill, barely giving us a moment to breathe. Her lack of customer service skills was shocking, especially when other tables, who had finished before us, were left undisturbed to chat. When I questioned her about this inconsistency, she claimed there was a queue—despite the restaurant being calm and having no visible line. Her dismissive attitude made the situation worse. Thankfully, one of her colleagues later came over to apologise and offered us drinks, but by that point, the damage was done, and we chose to leave. The food was undeniably fantastic, but the experience was marred by the need for proper staff training

The people working there are brilliant, especially the manager Ersin. He helped for choosing the food, and the food tasted great. The manager was so friendly. Im so happy to have dinner at this place. Me and my friend loved it.

One of the better options in Bicester! Food Food came out quick but was well prepared. The beef lasagne had a good amount of sauce to pasta ratio and so did the vegetable lasagne. All seasoned well! Truffle chips were a bit over salted but this can be down to personal preference Service Was initially fine but started getting very spotty towards the end when it got busy Overall The food options in Bicester aren’t the best, and if you want something more sit down then having to battle at pret etc then this is a decent option. Pizzas seem like the main go to over the pasta option

Delicious meal after shopping for some goods. We were rather late but it was no problem for the staff. Nothing was rushed and service was with a smile. Would certainly recommend La Tua Pasta.

Popped in for a glass of wine and ended up talking to Ersin who recommended we tried the pizza. We did exactly that the next day where we were politely greeted by Ersin again, who made our experience even better. The food was incredible and so was the service. Would highly recommend the restaurant and Esrin is a create to the company!

The place for pasta at Bicester Village. Very reasonable in price and service was very efficient. Some dishes need a little more flavouring such as the tonnarelli con gamberi, but mostly quite good. Wine choices were limited but curated. However, beer choice could be improved.

Excellent restaurant, staff, ambience and food was spot on, we popped in just for a drink on Friday 25th of October we felt very welcomed we checked out the menu and decided to eat too, the manager was very attentive. The next day we went in for a coffe and pastry which again was lovely. As we left the manager (unfortunately forgot his name sorry) gave us a takeaway bag with fresh pasta, sauce and Parmesan. What a lovely touch. When we are back at Bicester we will definitely return 😀

One of the better Italian places I’ve been in the UK after spending months in Italy. Last night we went to a place that cost four times the price and was not as good. As soon as you see guanciale on the menu you know it’s a serious place.

Three of us went as a birthday meal and it was lovely. There is no booking so we turned up and had a table cleared for us. Really nice waitress who had a laugh with us and a nice atmosphere inside. I had the black truffle and ricotta tortelloni with garlic bread and it exceeded expectations. I was worried the ricotta would be intense but it was delicious and could of had another it was so good. My sister had the pumpkin pasta which she very much enjoyed and my mim had a chicken dish which was okay but a lot of lettuce that she ended up leaving.

Over priced across all areas it's supposed to be cheaper cheaper on high street or online very disappointed.

We had an excellent lunch at La Tua on this busy Saturday. Bicester was crammed. The car parks were full. We thought we had no chance of a table but hostess Nadine reassured us that she would be able to seat us and even made a note that we’d like a sofa table. We shopped for half an hour or so before a message to say our table was ready. We then skipped the queue and were greeted by name by Nadine and shown to our perfect table. The food was excellent and came very quickly, as was my delicious organic Provence rosé which came in a beautiful fine glass. The bill was extremely reasonable coming it at under £60 including service for a perfect lunch and an escape from the crowds. Special thanks to Nadine and to all the staff for remaining so serene under pressure.

Great service, fast and accurate taking of the order. Really liked the Fungi pizza. The ruffle chips were perfectly cooked and moorish. You may have to queue if going at peak lunch time.

If you are arabic they will not let u dine in, ladies working there are super rude and pizza is very normal not wow at all.

We loved the food. We tried there pizzas, pasta and fries (chips) and they were really tasty. We even tried there cocktails and they were just amazing. Definitely recommend to anyone who would like to have an authentic pizza. Service could be slightly improved by being more welcoming and friendly especially while talking to the customers.

We visit Bicester Shopping Village at least once a year, and always at Christmas time to buy my wife her annual Villeroy and Boch ornament. We've eaten at all of the restaurants/ cafes at one time or another, I just fancied pasta on the day and as we walked out of V&B there was this advertisement for La Tua Pasta. We went in on spec; we were seated straight away, very lucky, as shortly afterwards they were maxed out. Service was with a smile, the waiter explained all of the pasta was made in house and fresh that morning. My wife has a small appetite and ordered the pecorino filled dough balls with crispy kale starter. I have to say, they were delicious (I was actually allowed half of one!). They were cooked to perfection and the crispy kale was a delight to compliment the dish. In my mind I fancied a tuna dish before going in to La Tua, there was no tuna on the menu but they did have a Crab mousse filled black tortellini. These came beautifully cooked, bursting to the seams, literally, with crab mousse, and plenty of tortellini. It was the most expensive dish on the menu, it did not disappoint. La Tua is by far the best restaurant, in my opinion, at Bicester Village. If you like Italian food, you should definitely give La Tua a try. They do pizza as well, and looking at other diners pizzas, they looked delicious too. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Bicester.

Ate there yesterday . Great customer service . We were part of a large party and the lady on front of house fitted us in so helpfully . The food and wine was 10/10. . The atmosphere is nice. We had to wait 10 minutes before they took our order and I had to tell several times. The food was great but one of the dishes was very greasy and exceptionally fatty. The atmosphere was great.
