I had been staying at this hotel when I was visiting family after a 9 hour drive from Scotland. When we arrived we checked in and got our room card, first impressions of the room were not impressive, windows were dirty, bathroom was very dirty and the A/C OR FAN DIDNT WORK. After having dinner, we went to see family and got back to the hotel at around 11pm. 12am: me and my family heard loud banging from the room above <211>. We phoned reception to then be told we are being charged for the call. Reception wasn't helpful at all, cutting us off the phone because wedding guests had arrived in the lobby 'singing'. 2.30am. We had to phone reception a second time because of the banging. It kept going on until 3am. NEXT DAY: Our family had come to brewers fayre to accompany us for breakfast. One of the reception staff had told us the night before, that we would have a table ready at 8.30am for 9 people. Much to our dissatisfaction and annoyance, we were informed by a very kind lady at Brewers fayre that the table hadn't in fact been booked for neither us nor our guests. On approaching Premier Inn staff to complain, I was advised to TAKE MY FAMILY TO MCDONALDS. At which point I gave up complaining, as anything I said to the gentleman behind the desk was falling on dead ears. May I also add that the lady at Brewers fayre informed me that this is a regular occurrence at the weekends, and the Brewers fayre staff were fed-up being placed in this position. Word of advice, if you want a comfortable night's stay in a clean hotel, and the availability to eat, AVOID this premier Inn at all costs

Nice premier inn never stayed at this one before. I was on the bottom floor but pity the windows don't open for fresh air in the room. Oh you have to pay for parking!!!!!!

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights. I had a very bad experience. In the rooms windows are permanently closed so no access to the fresh air. I am having a breathing problem so I need a access to fresh air at night time. I mentioned this problem to reception staff but did not get any help. There is no helpline number to complained about the problem during the stay. I tried to speak to the hotel manager for two days but failed. Every time reception staff replied that Manager is not in today. Very poor standard of room facilities and service. The corridors and room is smelly. Carpets are smelly and too dusty (photo was taken at the time of enter in the room first time and mentioned to staff). Shower was leaking..... long list of poor standard of the facilities and a services.

We had a premier plus room which was very quiet and comfortable but showing signs of wear and tear e.g. stains on the carpet. Towels also weren't clean as one had make up on it. The rest of the room was clean though and the soaps were nice. Check in was easy using the self serve machine and staff were helpful and friendly. The only annoying thing, which isn't really a fault of the hotel, was there were constantly people loitering out the front of the hotel smoking which was disgusting to walk through and made the reception area smelly. Perhaps could ban smoking by the front doors?!

The hotel quilt had stains that had not been washed away, and the toilets were not cleaned. If you don't have a refrigerator, you can't help with freezing things, even if you have to pay. Not recommended

Great location. With retail shops over the road and even more outlet stores like Nike and Prada, further down in walking distance. A new hotel with a large shower, no bath. Parking was £6 for 2 nights stay. Pay this in one go, not every day as the desk suggested. Brewers Fayre is over the road where the food was as good as a Brewers Fayre gets. My steak was as I would expect from a bespoke steak house, top marks.

Good, no frills hotel. Modern, clean and well maintained. Fits Premier Inn norm Beds comfortable, decent size TV, enough hanging space for clothes, desk and chair if you need to work, free Wifi, and good size bathroom with both bath and shower. Things to note. Parking is free, but you need to register your vehicle on arrival to avoid a penalty charge. The Chef and Brewer next door is good for breakfast, but lacklustre for dinner. Seems short staffed and a fair number of items on the donner menu not available and no cask ale when I visited.

Great hotel. It’s an ideal location from my office. Rooms are getting a little worn but it doesn’t affect the stay.

Enjoyed my stay here enormously - just for a few days, to attend a family wedding. Found the staff very quick and enthusiastic to work-out any issues that arose, or to answer any questions I had. Premier Inn are always highly recommended, as a first choice, by my brother and sister-in-law, and I can see why - the rooms are well appointed, the beds are very well selected, and you know what you’re going to get. This ‘takes a load-off’, allows you to relax and concentrate on the reason why you’ve needed to take a short stay in a hotel. Recommended - in future, I will always check-out available Premier Inns, as a first choice.

A two-night stay in Bicester was to the expected standard. Option of self-login display or the friendly receptionist; clean with the usual refreshments, entrance and lifts; room spacious and inviting; comfortable bed, etc. We took a standard room so some features were beginning to look a little tired. For instance, the rain shower in the bathroom was very efficient except it was a little loose so you could not tilt it up. (At 6' 2", I could not stand directly under it!) A simple wrench was all it required. The soap dispensers didn't work very well and are not easy to use with arthritic hands. However, these minor details did not spoil our stay and I'm sure that they would have been fixed if we had brought it to the staff attention. An excellent feature either side of the bed is a USB socket. Too often such features, if they exist, are near a desk. Free WiFi also was very much appreciated and more than adequate for general browsing. (An optional extra was a higher speed wifi connection which I would have appreciated if on business.) Although adjacent to a busy road, once inside, you cannot hear the traffic. An efficient, quiet air conditioning system soon got the room to a comfortable temperature. Enter your car registration number at reception and parking is free. A good menu at the Brewster restaurant - convenient but a short walk across the car park. They do provide room service. Just across the road from Bicester Village shopping complex. But, beware. This part of Bicester is expanding rapidly so satnav directions are not necessarily up to date. Strangely, entrance to the hotel and shopping complex is via an off-road to a housing estate. Overall, a good experience and definitely the place to stay if visiting the many shopping arcades.

I turned up late, in pouring rain. The place has no food so wandered over to an abandoned bar where I managed to get the last food served and a beer. It was as clean and soulless as any premiere inn. By a busy road and a retail park. We wander the world and see the same rooms more often than I care to. Staff were friendly. Was up too early to eat breakfast.

Premier Inns are excellent value for money and ideal for short trips away, whilst facilities are minimal, rooms are clean and comfortable with some including a coffee machine with a selection of pods. This premise is perfectly located for the Bicester shopping village.

Worst sauce I have ever tasted. I grow my own herbs I love mint and I love lamb but not this version. The “mint”sauce ruined beautifully cooked tender lamb. It smelled of soap and tasted like it too.this was a special anniversary meal with lovely Chateauneuf du Pape wine so this was sad especially as chef went to the trouble of nice touch of little sweet treats at the end of our meal.
