Great food, above average. Owners are really polite, quick efficient delivery.

Ordered 22nd August 2024, unfortunately, the food this time caused myself and my son (3 year old) to have food poisoning. So will not be ordering from here again which is a shame as this was our go to but we will not be risking it. I have changed my star rating based on this. Edit again: myself and son have staphylococcus food poisoning, we are still being treated (26th August 2024). Hygiene/handling something needs improving! Incredibly not happy.

Ordered delivery. The staff on the phone to the delivery driver lady were very helpful and friendly. The food came hot and fresh. Fries were excellent with the chilli and garlic dips. Half pounder had soft premium buns. The price was very reasonable. Will order again!

Gutted , as normally always spot on but gutted as they didn’t read a message to say only lettuce in my burger and was with All salad 🤮. Chips were very oily and tasted like they had been overcooked . Hasn’t been great recently must admit . Only thing was nice is the choc cake

I recently visited pizza house, i was welcomed by Yaz who helped us with our order and talked to us, very social, always has something to talk about. The pizza is the best i have ever had in my life, this coming from a person who has had pizza in multiple countries, and this one being outstanding, i would highly recommend, very cheap prices.

I order quite regularly from Pizza House, and have done over the past decade, for good reason. Always the staff have been courteous, respectful and mindful of customer wants and needs. High quality food has been a staple from Pizza House, and if you ever have any issues, just give them a ring.

Delicious pizza, always delivered quickly, great veggie options. It's the only pizza we ever get delivered in Bicester. The manager Q and the drivers are lovely.

This service was digusting very slow , foos as you can see was squashed and cold on delivery and when contacting them a very rude reception refused to bring better quality and hung up the phone.

Hardly any toppings but still got food poisoning

We decided to try a local pizza place instead of one of the chains tonight; we were not disappointed. Lots of choice on the menu, with a range of well priced deals and the option to customise each pizza with crust, base and extra toppings. We had a deep pan Chicago Feast with the BBQ sauce and a thin crust Chicken Combo with the tomato and garlic sauce. Both were packed with flavour and brimming with toppings. Customer service on pick up was great too, with our order being kept warm for us in one of the delivery bags. Will definitely be back soon!

Absolutely amazing service, very quick, food is amazing and very impressive keeping in mind that the prices are so low. I always feel welcome when coming in to collect and delivery is super fast, especially when they are the last ones to close in town, so they're super busy. To cut it short, absolutely fantastic takeaway.

Probably the best pizza and chicken I’ve had in years. Lived in Bicester all my life and always ignored this place, UNTIL NOW. Prices are perfect, very good value for money. Delivery was quick, great communication from driver. Food was hot on arrival. Better chicken than KFC Better pizza than Dominos At a much more affordable price. You did a great job guys, you’ve got yourselves a new regular customer :)

Food is amazing quality at amazing value. We always order the chicken burgers with cheese and hash browns inside and they are always delicious. The pizza’s are brilliant too, especially the tomato chilli base option. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The food gets delivered by prompt and friendly drivers who are always willing to go the extra mile. 100% recommend.

I love the the fact these guys deliver to me cause I’m a fair way out and how late they are open too! how ever, being a regular it would be nice to see a few additions to the menu! For example halloumi fries/cheese sticks? Or hotdogs?👀 other than that love the food love the service just might need a few more side dishes :)

Really slow service (been waiting for 15 minutes) and not great price for food.

Waited just short of 2 hours for my order which was wrong and stone cold. Staff member told me it had just left after already waiting over an hour, then when I ring back 20 mins later, I'm told it had gone out 10 minutes ago. Admitted they lied before. When it arrived stone cold , I was told it was as warm and ever get it in heyford. Will never buy from them again.

Edit 3: without a doubt the best pizza you can get in the area. Friendly operators and delivery drivers that will go out of their way to get you what you want. Great pizza and very friendly phone operator and delivery driver. Would order again! Edit: had them a few times now. Pizza is consistently excellent and drivers always polite! Don’t bother with the garlic bread though.

I've quickly become a regular customer since moving to the area. The food is always good quality and well worth the price, especially the pizza! Consistently arrives on time if not early, with friendly delivery staff.

I've ordered some salads on the side and got beans instead, when I called in I've been told it's completely normal that you might receive something you don't even like / ordered because they haven't got what you wanted in stock. :(

Good Quality Food and Friendly Staff! Use Bicester Pizza House regularly and the only time I've had to complain is because they missed a side order off when delivering (this was provided free of charge on my next order with a couple of extra bits as an apology). The food is always good and is very reasonably priced. Much cheaper than Domino's and Pizza Hut. The big positive for this place is the team that work there, they are all really nice people who go the extra mile for their customers. It's nice to walk into somewhere where you and the majority of customers who walk in are remembered and made to feel like your custom is appreciated, something you don't get in alot of places nowadays!

Love this place. Perfect simple cheese and tomato pizza with a stuffed crust. The crust is proper pizza dough, stretchy not bready. I asked if I could have the thin & crispy base with stuffed crust and the guy explained not really because it would burn while the stuffed crust cooked properly, but he’d make it as thin as possible for me without burning it. He did. It was awesome. These guys actually care about their pizzas! They’re friendly as well.

The food is very good with good taste the staff are very good and friendly, polite as well. The prices are cheap and will pick pizza house over Pizza Hut and dominos! Although it does take a while to get the food however it is worth it in the end!

Found hair in pizza. Called to complain, they've head me and put me on hold. 3 min later someone put the phone down on me, and then the same for five times. I won't argue, or visit your shop for £20 back. But, I wonder, have you ever heard of internet reviews? You can buy fake reviews on just eat and yell but here on google, soon the local guides will show who's real and who's fake. DON'T EAT THERE, you've been warned!

Ordered there food today via Justeat, arrived 15minutes late, Food was not cooked properly made me and family very ill, diarrhoea and feeling like throwing up. I often buy takeaways but this Pizza House never again!!! Quality of the food was very poor.

Having been ordering for staff, customers and personally over the last five years. What can I say about this place? Respectful and polite staff, always willing to do the best they can even when the weather or circumstances might normally prevent such. What would I say to the nay-sayers? If you have issues with anything they bring, call them. Don't just post up on here without an effort to speak to them.

Totally overpriced supermarket quality pizza and poor service. We paid extra for additional toppings on our pizza and were delivered the most basic pepperoni pizza instead. No one was brave enough to try greasy and soggy potato wedges, and the dish tagged "chicken wings" is an original invention that I have never seen before (didn't dare to try it, though). Overall: very disappointed!

Honestly, this could have been a tesco value pizza that'd been microwaved and bunged in a box, really Wish I had the option to give it less than one star. Garbage...

Ordered though Hungry House, ordered a pizza, chips, chicken nuggets, garlic bread and sweet corn. The corn was missing, the chips were dry and soggy, the nuggets were dry (most likely refried several times!) and black on one side and the pizza was horrid, greasy and funky tasting. I was thoroughly disappointed!! I asked for a refund and I was fobbed off to Hungry Horse who take 48 HOURS just to respond to a query. Pizza House refused to refund. So tonight I'm still hungry, hacked off and £20 down! Nice! EDIT: They picked up the food last night, apologised and promised we'd get our refund. Then today they called us and apologised again, and offered £20 credit for the trouble (outside of Hungry House refund). They tried to put it right, hence this edit and the extra star.

Quite possibly the worst pizza I've ever tasted !! Had it a few times thinking it might just be a one off but no every time it's so bad not enough toppings a base that is so thin it's like a tortilla the taste is rubbish you'd only eat it if you were paraletic ! Absolutely no way I'd ever order again !!!!

The Bicester pizza house is always the place to call when the thought of ordering food comes to mind, The reason for this would be their outstanding pizza's and sides, The deals they do no other take out food in bicester can compare i.e the doorbuster. The doorbuster is very well known and i generally believe its a lot of pizza for you're money and is ideal for 4 people, the doorbuster comes with a drink of you're choice or garlic bread. If you're fancying pizza give them a call and they are always very friendly guys!

Pizza House Bicester, Very good pizzas the thin crust is easy to eat and also what makes Pizza House different to any other pizza place? Well my opinion is that when you eat a slice of the pizza all the topping stay on the pizza and no drips! and this is why i go back every time.
