Booked a table for a roast on the Sunday. Table was filthy and not properly clean. Tbf was super busy. Table service. Had to wait ages for our drinks to arrive. Then again ages to order the food. When we did we found out they had run out of the beef. Cauliflower and cheese, pigs and blankets. The portion size was pathetic. Hardly anything really. The broccoli was tough. The one tiny carrot was alright. Chicken was dry but the two potatoes were ok. Maybe it's just the roasts that aren't any good. Cause people were ordering pizzas and they looked the better option. I've been here before and had the nachos which are good. False advertising for a crap roast though.

The saag aloo dish I bought was really well made, tasted very nice, and healthy too (not too oily). I also bought their other dishes in the past which were very good quality, including tandoori chicken and chicken korma

Wow first time i have ordered home delivery from here and I was amazed how nice and piping hot it was when arrived taste so so good and also bang on time at my door Salisbury rd brighton delicious 😋

Awful food - slimy, cheap meat that could be anything and just generally bad tasting. Threw it away what a waste. Tried ti call you he number online as well as incorrect order was first delivered and no answer at all only got a new order online. Shouldn’t have bothered

Excellent food, excellent service and very personable staff. Had the buffalo sandwich with blue cheese and rufio, definitely the best fried chicken experience I've ever tasted. The new chilli crisp mayo is a great addition too.

Back again with the place under new ownership, but they've retained the great standards and more complete with new uniforms! The chicken was really nice, with it still done on the charcoal grill and the same great staff always serving the food with a smile. I'll be back soon!

Delicious and hearty! Goat was nice and tender too.

NOT THE MOST WELCOMING PLACE 1) Food – ordered some kind of ramen and was hoping for unique Korean flavours, but received very basic soup, lacking lots of taste 2) Customer service – horrible; believe or not, but half way of finishing my meal, the owner lady/senior staff suddenly sat in front of me with card terminal and asked to pay now! The younger waitress was very kind and pleasant to speak with tho. 3) Interior – budget oriented, but still relatively tidy and clean, apart from few plates with raw meat on another table 4) Price – way too much for their food quality + one of those few places, which oddly puts extra service charge automatically to your bill, without prior asking

I ordered pizzas from here for an event, and they were absolutely delicious! The fact that they’re halal was a big plus. Everyone enjoyed them, and they were gone in no time. I highly recommend giving them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Totally delicious, spot on. A true gastro pub. Go, but book because it’s deservedly busy.

Seriously just give up! This place made me very sick, more than once! I tried to report them to food standards agency but Brighton Council phone service was faulty, I still have a food sample it was that bad, so I updated Googlemaps. I will report them. They keep changing their name to either avoid tax or tempt new customers, always the same people running it in the background, the worst hygiene on the front door and floor. HEALTH HAZARD AVOID!

Preciosa parada de café. Personal amable y acogedor con una amplia selección de café y pasteles para elegir. Un ambiente comunitario real. Perros y niños pequeños muy bienvenidos. Baños funcionales pero limpios. Es muy evidente por el ambiente relajado pero ocupado que este es un lugar popular. Lo recomendaría.
