NOT THE MOST WELCOMING PLACE 1) Food – ordered some kind of ramen and was hoping for unique Korean flavours, but received very basic soup, lacking lots of taste 2) Customer service – horrible; believe or not, but half way of finishing my meal, the owner lady/senior staff suddenly sat in front of me with card terminal and asked to pay now! The younger waitress was very kind and pleasant to speak with tho. 3) Interior – budget oriented, but still relatively tidy and clean, apart from few plates with raw meat on another table 4) Price – way too much for their food quality + one of those few places, which oddly puts extra service charge automatically to your bill, without prior asking

Russell PlaceThis Costa unit is located in the lobby of the cinema "Odeon" has a wonderful view of the embankment. It was a rather gloomy, rainy and unwelcoming morning on 22nd August 2024, but a coffee from a nice red-haired barista at Costa Coffee changed my day for the better. Thank you.
