Took them almost half an hour to actually make my food when all it is is making sandwiches. I ordered from Uber. I work from home and ordered this 10 minutes before my lunch break. I am now having to wait to eat my lunch until I’ve finished work as I have phone calls to take. Ridiculous service. To make it even better the Uber person was on a bloody bicycle.

if you’re a vegetarian or a vegan don’t go. they don’t change their gloves after handling meat meaning all the veggies are contaminated. made up a veggie sub for me after just using the same gloves to handle multiple meats for the previous customer. no cross contamination rules in place whatsoever. i dread to think if someone had an allergy.

Ridiculously small portions compared to other local subways , when mentioned staff were rude and do not know how to say thank you, I realise staff rotate so this was Wednesday 24th September, will not be frequenting this branch again.

Just came in store with some vouchers for a subway since we haven’t had it in a while and Samia was so lovely! Samia was also really nice to speak to and had a lovely, positive attitude. They made our sandwiches with a lot of love and I appreciated it. It was really a service with a smile! Thank you so much for your help Samia, wish you the best! 😁

Worst Subway in Brighton, if you order online the orders are always wrong (wrong sauce + salad etc), the actual shop is always empty with staff nowhere to be seen.

Just literally ordered online and half the order is missing. I ordered 2 meals with drinks, cookies and chips. One cookie was sent (the wrong one), 1 pack of chips was sent (wrong one as well) and only 1 dink was sent! Try to call the number on the receipt, went to someone's phone who wasn't even working. Called the number on Google, went straight to voicemail. Never again, needless to say.

The food is good, but the man making food doesn't wear a mask, he's rude and he also never has bread ready. Edit: The business has since started practicing much better hygiene, and there's bread now. Updated to 4 stars

One of the most driest, moist obsorbing, taistless and worst subways I've had in my life, it was like chewing sand on the beach. Every bite I had to drink a pint of water.. was like getting dry soil thrown on my face as I dehydrated in my grave. Even a child from a poverty-stricken country would turn this down. Only reason I endured this pain was the cost of this subway, my hard earned money. Just had my pants down.

Tried placing an order on Ubereats, order was accepted and then marked as out of stock, so I needed to replace the items that were out of sock... only they marked EVERY single item as such from the bread, lettuce to sauce. So even if I ordered a different filling I couldn't even put lettuce on it :/ Ordered from a different restaurant on deliveroo instead.

Very bad subway location. The man who served us was impossible to understand and broke formula constantly (worked in management at Subway for a couple years). Come here if you want a sandwich which is so far off what you order it doesn't even resemble your initial choice.

The customer service at this subway is something else. It's absolutely impeccable. Im not sure of his name but he works most weekdays during day and he is the best member of staff, not only at subways but anywhere, I've ever dealt with. If this guy doesnt go somewhere higher with his subway career then subway is doing something wrong.

Enjoyed our lunch here. The garlic pizza bread (gluten free) was delicious. The gf bruschetta was disappointing. It would have been nicer if they'd used gf ciabatta instead of plain gf bread as its not very nice in the first place. Enjoyed my pasta dish though. Would visit again

Had a lovely roast dinner. I had 5 different vegetables, gorgeous roast potatoes and a generous portion of chicken delicately seasoned also Yorkshire pudding!!. My partner had a roast belly pork with crisp crackling. The service was excellent the atmosphere was perfect would highly recommend . Looking forward to our next visit .

NOT THE MOST WELCOMING PLACE 1) Food – ordered some kind of ramen and was hoping for unique Korean flavours, but received very basic soup, lacking lots of taste 2) Customer service – horrible; believe or not, but half way of finishing my meal, the owner lady/senior staff suddenly sat in front of me with card terminal and asked to pay now! The younger waitress was very kind and pleasant to speak with tho. 3) Interior – budget oriented, but still relatively tidy and clean, apart from few plates with raw meat on another table 4) Price – way too much for their food quality + one of those few places, which oddly puts extra service charge automatically to your bill, without prior asking
