Costa Coffee in Brighton and Hove

This Costa unit is located in the lobby of the cinema "Odeon" has a wonderful view of the embankment. It was a rather gloomy, rainy and unwelcoming morning on 22nd August 2024, but a coffee from a nice red-haired barista at Costa Coffee changed my day for the better. Thank you.

No one at the counter or anywhere to be seen when we approached. Not a great look. Everywas fine after that..

So, Costa, love your coffee – it's my go-to! Baristas are cool, and the vibe is always on point. Quick thing though – that toilet tap situation has been wonky for, like, forever. It's been over two years, and it's becoming a bit of a saga. Any chance of fixing it anytime soon? Not a biggie, but you know, it's the little things. Keep slinging that good coffee, but a heads up on the tap would be sweet. Cheers!

This Costa is in the foyer of the Odeon cinema and really has not atmosphere. It is pretty bleak and unwelcoming. Coffee is as expected, but I suggest you find somewhere else if you want nice surroundings.

Not the best Costa I have been too. Dirty tables, slow in preparing drinks resulting in bacon roll going cold. No vibe here. Shame. Guess business has been affected since Debenhams closed as it is located right at the end of the upper floor with most passing trade now to/from the car park. Will try another one next time

My kids are back from uni for the summer, so most days they want to get something to eat from Costa coffee. So in the last few weeks I've been to 3 different Costas! The one in Churchill Square shopping centre is not surprisingly very popular. There are fewer tables due to Covid restrictions but we found one to sit at. We ordered a black coffee the carrot & walnut cake, a strawberry something milk shake type of drink & a pesto & cheese panini. Quality of the food & drinks is the same throughout the chain. I have never had a bad snack / meal at Costa. Good quality, value for money fare.

I nipped it to grab a drink and the staff took my order and then did not pass it on to the person making the cold drink it took one of the other staff who was doing hot drinks to notice how long I was waiting before they started making my drink.

El café habitual de Costa no estaba muy ocupado, pero un miembro del personal se negó a poner mis puntos en mi tarjeta Costa, ya que tomaría mucho tiempo. Así que Costa puede identificar a la persona que era el 17 de julio a última hora de la mañana y era una mujer.

We popped in for coffee and found staff were somewhat struggling to cope with fans of Olly Murs who was performing at the Brighton Centre next door. It was OK.

No te puedes quejar de Costa Coffee, lo hacen bien. Café de calidad decente y un montón de cosas buenas para comer! Mi hijo y yo tuvimos suerte, no estaba repleto de gente cuando visitamos a media tarde del viernes. Así que pudimos tomar una mesa y sentarnos y tomar un café y un panini y un pastel de maíz.Está muy bien de precio, tienen una buena selección y se encuentran en una ubicación privilegiada en el centro comercial Churchills.Nada que no me guste.

Lovely staff and great coffee. Lots of seating inside and out. Nice place to relax before/after a day in a glorious city.

A bit slow but usually friendly. Usual Costa fare but not a bad place to grab a drink and a snack. Toilets were OK when we went.

I have been to many costa in my time and most of them are good and also there toilets are clean but unfortunately this one was not clean as there was water everywhere. Maybe not enough staff as they are very busy

A pesar de haber vivido en Brighton durante años y visitar el centro comercial Churchill Square más veces de las que me gustaría recordar, esta era la primera vez que había estado en Costa Coffee en el centro.Estaba muy ocupado y muy popular (a mitad de semana, a la hora del almuerzo). Los servicios estaban un poco locos ya que había mucha gente haciendo cola para comida y bebida. Mi café era bueno, pero mi halloumi panini dejaba mucho que desear (¡casi ningún halloumi!).Lo suficientemente agradable, bastante estándar Costa.Bueno para una parada en boxes. . . y bueno si estás en silla de ruedas.

Llevé a mi hija de 18 años a tomar chocolate caliente, y un bocado de pastel, la última vez que vi que había muchas moscas en un basurero turco. Arrastrándose sobre la comida en el mostrador. En el cartel de salud y limpieza y en todo el techo. No conseguí ningún alimento y mi hija dejó su chocolate caliente a medio terminar después de que 2 moscas se fueron nadando en él. No tengo ningún resentimiento y digo la verdad.

Nothing wrong with this coffee shop at all. If you like Costa then this will be the same as any other. Located within the shopping centre on the ground floor near Debenhams. Often busy, especially at weekends, so getting a seat isn't always easy.

In need of a spot to sit and this was a good spot for a hot drink and pastry and bit of a break. Reasonable priced as well.

This has good Costa Coffee with staff who were very friendly when we visited here as we went here whilst waiting for our phone to be looked at by the technicians at the Genius Bar in the Apple Store that is opposite this Coffee Shop.
