Brilliant gluten free pizza - better than many eat in restaurants - and cheap

Hi, not local, was passing thru with work (coach driver), passed Yummie pizza on way in, kinda made a mental note, then got peckish, so rang, ordered a thin crust pepperoni, they kindly delivered to my coach parked at Brighton Train station and....yeh....pizza hot, properly cooked, tasty....yeh cool. Thanks guys

Driver was late and forgot our drink, had to call the shop a few times to finally get through and be left on hold for 5mins for them to figure out a simple thing and ask the driver to come back

Toppings were missing from the pizzas and the food can about an hour after it said it had arrived

Said delivered and didn’t turn up till 45 mins later

Really late, after selecting a timed order. Driver also had to call, to find a clearly described address, where they have been before .Food ok though.

Never turned up!!!! Every time you ring it just goes straight to user busy constantly!!! There’s no way to get in touch with them!! I got the notification saying driver on his way yet no one turned up!!! I will be driving down tomorrow to collect my refund!! This made me so angry! Please avoid this place to avoid your disappointment / anger. Would give 0 stars if this was possible !!!

The food is nice, cant complain. The pizza's are lovely. The food is normally a bit late but we don't mind as we live in Woodingdean and the traffic can be unpredictable. The people seem nice and hard working.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this place. I placed an order for delivery and was told it would arrive within 50 min. However, it took over 3 hours for my pizza to be delivered. This is completely unacceptable. Not only was the delivery time horrendous, but when the pizza finally arrived, it was cold and soggy. I understand that delays can happen, but a 3-hour wait is beyond reasonable. There was no communication from the restaurant about the delay, and no effort to make things right. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their delivery service and customer communication. It's really unbelievable.

Absolute waste of time trying order via telephone. Shame, won't be using again.

I cannot believe how insane this experience has been. I called simply for a margarita. Yes, that’s right, a margarita. The most simple pizza you can think of. Just cheese and tomato and bread. He seemed to be in shock when I asked for this said pizza, and then requested that I hold. His version of a hold was putting the phone down on the counter where I could then here some kind of foreign domestic and shouting about said margarita. I had to call back because I was so confused as to what was happening.i felt like I was a witnessing a GBH. Every time I called back, he simply put me back in the other room where I could hear further shouting and violent language. I am still so very confused. He kept saying he must speak to the the manager because we wanted a pizza. The world baffled comes to mind, I’m sure this is a pizza shop? but baffled doesn’t even cover this situation. He then continued to hang up the phone when I called back trying to understand the what had happened. There’s no name for this situation it’s so unusual. It’s taken us an hour to finally order a margarita. Wish us luck.

Not even received my food. It says delivered but its not. Called the them up and they said its on its way. That was 25 minutes ago. Doubt I'll get it at all at this rate. From just reading the reviews just now I'm jusprised nk one has put in a complaint.

Delivered the wrong order, after they came back I was told it would take 15-20 minutes for a replacement. After 25 minutes I called and was told it was still in the oven. I was told I’d be compensated with extras but when the driver finally came back he didn’t have any. Mistakes happen but this is a clear case of very poor management, communication and service. Seriously disappointed.

they said just eat tried to call I was outside my house from 3.35am to 4.20 I called restaurant and they lied and said it was on its way .basically everyone's lied just eat didn't try and call me and I'm still without ice cream . w**kers@!

Only redeeming factor about this shop is their delivery drivers, 2 separate chaps who were genuinely nice people! I originally had an issue when the order was late, spoke to an extremely unhelpful employee who passed me to an utterly rude "manager". This person told me to relax, that my order was dispatched. Lovely chap arrived who had forgotten to bring my order, which was already 20 minutes late. The manager would not answer the phone beyond this point and my food arrived 45 minutes after the latest possible arrival time. After the interaction with the manager, I read the reviews and wished I hadn't gone anywhere near this place. Whether the order is at 6pm or 3am, the customer should be treated the same. No-one should ever be spoken to the way I was by the staff of this store. I didn't raise my voice or use crass language, the same can't be said for the staff of this store! STEAR CLEAR OF THIS "RESTAURANT"

The delivery driver called me and said I've got 4 deliveries could I go down to the door to collect from him!!! Luckily I'm not disabled , it's the driver job to deliver to me not for me to collect from him

They diddnt have the item I wanted. However they called and made sure to replace it. these guys have the best pizza and go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I highly recommend 👌

such a shame because the wings were incredible! and such good value. but i only ordered because i had a craving for cheesecake, which was a gluten free base (not clearly advertised and not very nice) and, arrived frozen, saying it needed 8 HOURS to defrost. i ordered it because i wanted it tonight. tried to defrost in the microwave and a weird crust formed and it wstayed frozen in the middle, so not sure exactly how they wanted me to eat it? just steer clear from the deserts and youll be fine :)

Sunny baked tarmac earthworms(a.k.a Fries). These were hard and sharp enough to choke James Bond. The volcanic batter with mushy semolina filling(a.k.a Chicken Goujons) should be called Chicken Long-gones from this place! And the pizza is so dry and dusty that the baked earthworms are looking good!! Disgusting! Complete refund required! And i will donate the money to all that have lost loved ones as The Original Scummie Pizza. Must go as need to polish my mouth x

Absolutely Appalling!! We ordered off just eat which took over 45 to arrive when we phoned the company to ask where our food was we then received the rudest staff member who told us ‘your welcome to keep arguing but there is nothing I can do, we only get 70% of money, so you need to talk to just eat about a refund’ 70%, is a massive amount!!!! And then when we proceeded to receive the order half of the food was missing!! We did a pizza deal that included 2 sides and a drink and we got none of it!! It’s appalling! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

Arrived cold and was not what I ordered. If you didn't have the toppings I wanted you could have made contact with me to change or cancel order - 45 minutes is plenty of time. Submitted complaint via Just Eat and over a week with no response.

Ordered from them a pizza at 1:00 am now it’s 4:00 am and I didn’t receive it yet I am calling them they are not answering. Update the food never arrived I called them they claimed that the food have been delivered and they were rude in the phone and they said they will investigate and call me back never called until i did called them back they denied that we had a conversation about the order and basically they scammed me. We always receive our order online but tonight was so late and we wrote to the shop no chilli on pizza but they put it anyway

Im a repeat customer however i order food online as i always do but it didnt come up with payment like usual…. So i called them and explained i alway pay online with card and do not have cash in the house….. ii was told not to worry they will send a card reader with delivery driver. This didnt happen the pizza showed up with no card reader i called them to find out what to do to be told the lady id spoken to at 6.30 had gone on hoilday i was continually being told the wrong address and order as they didnt have a clue its ready bad eventually the drive gave me the pizza and said he would go and get the card reader. i called to see if the card reader would turn up as my sons hungry the foods cold they put the phone down on me when i called back again they said he will be coming soon its now nearly 8.30 ive just payed the delivery driver for this cold pizza really not impressed should have called to cancel when the website did ask for card details. Im very angry i spent money on cold horrible food delivery driver was polite and good but the customer service on the phone is terrible and online system faulty this unfortunatly is not a reliable company i not be order from them again they can keep my loyal points Update please see yummies comment below nice guesture but they never made contact all lip service im afraid …..

Ordered on Uber eats - not at all accurate on delivery estimate (came 40min late), delivered the wrong type of pizza and just leaves you on hold when you call to check up on delivery time (twice). The delivery guy was nice though!

I often order from here. After too many bad experiences, either overcharging or late/undelivered/missing food and items, with Dumbinoes on London Road I vowed to find a local pizzeria that deserves my cash, behold, YUMMIE PIZZA entered my world. From the first order I was impressed, food ready to collect less than 15 minutes after ordering online and handed to me by clean smiling staff, the banter and buzz in the shop is a good indicator of happy staff that take pride in what they do, reflected in the quality of food served. I rarely use delivery services but have recommended to friends when out and the food has always arrived promptly, well cooked and piping hot. If like me you've found the big name outlets lacking taste, care and service, then YUMMIE PIZZA do everything that the brands do and more, not only that, YUMMIE PIZZA do it better. Good work!!!

We always get the take out and it’s quick, hot and tasty. Comes with a free dip and there’s always some deal to get the second pizza free. So you pay like 9£ for two pizzas at take out.

We’ve ordered from here a few times and always been happy but tonight was shocking. Almost 2 hours late and cold on arrival, pretty much inedible even after we’d warmed it through in the oven. Phone never answered with two of us trying. Really disappointed as have always had good service in the past. Won’t be ordering again.
