The Original Yummie Pizza in Brighton and Hove

I ordered pizzas from here for an event, and they were absolutely delicious! The fact that they’re halal was a big plus. Everyone enjoyed them, and they were gone in no time. I highly recommend giving them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Delicious pizza, and affordable (which is rare for Brighton). Ordered for collection and it was ready as soon as we arrived, ten minutes early!

Food is okay so could have got a 3-4 star however it cost me £7,50 for chicken nuggets but wait not like 20 or 15 or even 10 it was for 6 nuggets. Not a meal btw just nuggets it was £9,50 for a meal. Outrageous that over 1 pound per nugget. If I went to maccies I could have got like 6 whole cheeseburgers for the same price as 6 nuggets from this place. Mental. I will say though it was only £3,50 for a dinner burger which is good price but still just makes the nuggets more outrageous as I could get two doner meat burgers for the same price as 6 nuggets Wtaf. I’m done ranting but please fix the nuggets price atleast make it ten nuggets or bring the 6 nuggets down to £4-£5

The delivery driver came to my door delivered the food forgot about my drink accusing me of not paying for my order and hovered at my door kept asking if I paid I showed my bank and it said when I paid and even popped up with the yummies pizza brand and time I ordered it whilst my dog was barking at 3:30 in the morning then went to his car and grabbed my drink came back to the door and proceeded to hover at my door whilst my dog was still barking at him because he just wouldn’t even leave after I showed him my yummies account and my past order which clearly showed him that I had paid for it and continued to stand at my door like a absolute weirdo I wouldn’t recommend to order this late at night because the Inconvenience and stress he caused me whilst being at my own door step (even got my drink order wrong)

All the food was incredible, pizza was some of the best we’ve had in a while and the value was amazing! The cookies were slightly burnt at the edges and the delivery was slightly late but not for anyone’s fault, driver just explained that he got a bit lost and he was more than apologetic and extremely polite so can’t really complain

Awful service. Waited 2 hours for the pizza to come , driver didn’t ring the bell didn’t call us, then we waited another 30 mins for the “new” pizzas to come … they came and they were the old ones sat on the side for 30 mins. Put a complaint in, they promised 2 new pizzas within 10 mins. 35 mins later still no pizza - called to complain and they refused to recompensate and said there was no manager to speak to so we are down £30 with zero pizzas to show for it. Honestly DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR before u even think about ordering from here and get takeaway from somewhere else!!! Zero stars and starving xo

Food was ok, however, I would like to know why the delivery driver had a right to tell me to make sure he had my phone number next time. Why did he need my phone number when he had my address? And Google maps to find it if he got lost.

I have always ordered from Yummies never had an issue with the food never had issue with the delivery. However tonight I ordered a deal got a call from the delivery driver who said come outside and pick up the food i am waiting outside its cold. So he expected me to leave the kids at the flat and go outside im sorry but whats the point paying delivery service?

as much as I appreciate delivery the driver didn't get out of car and asked instead of getting to the main door and calling the flat number on intercom which if I was disabled isn't a good move.

DON'T order from them, I order from this place last week 2 pizza, as the egyptian driver reach my flat he asked me to come down and collect my order, I told him to bring it upstairs as I am not dressed up, he start screaming with loud voice that I am racist and we are all racist. He jumped back in his car and drove away. I called the restaurant and I try to speak with someone but they don't speak English at all. Don't order from them it was a night mare

This used to be our favourite pizza ever but the last couple of times it hasn’t been as fresh. Really chewy like its old. Please please raise your standards to where they were as the pizza used to be delicious and we told every body to go here.

We ordered a make your own pizza with mushroom, chicken, garlic and halloumi but when it arrived it seemed to be missing the garlic and halloumi. It was completely tasteless and a waste of money.

Hi, not local, was passing thru with work (coach driver), passed Yummie pizza on way in, kinda made a mental note, then got peckish, so rang, ordered a thin crust pepperoni, they kindly delivered to my coach parked at Brighton Train station and....yeh....pizza hot, properly cooked, tasty....yeh cool. The food is nice, cant complain. The pizza's are lovely. The food is normally a bit late but we don't mind as we live in Woodingdean and the traffic can be unpredictable. The people seem nice and hard working.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this place. I placed an order for delivery and was told it would arrive within 50 min. However, it took over 3 hours for my pizza to be delivered. This is completely unacceptable. Not only was the delivery time horrendous, but when the pizza finally arrived, it was cold and soggy. I understand that delays can happen, but a 3-hour wait is beyond reasonable. There was no communication from the restaurant about the delay, and no effort to make things right. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their delivery service and customer communication. It's really unbelievable.

Absolute waste of time trying order via telephone. Shame, won't be using again.

I cannot believe how insane this experience has been. I called simply for a margarita. Yes, that’s right, a margarita. The most simple pizza you can think of. Just cheese and tomato and bread. He seemed to be in shock when I asked for this said pizza, and then requested that I hold. His version of a hold was putting the phone down on the counter where I could then here some kind of foreign domestic and shouting about said margarita. I had to call back because I was so confused as to what was happening.i felt like I was a witnessing a GBH. Every time I called back, he simply put me back in the other room where I could hear further shouting and violent language. I am still so very confused. He kept saying he must speak to the the manager because we wanted a pizza. The world baffled comes to mind, I’m sure this is a pizza shop? but baffled doesn’t even cover this situation. He then continued to hang up the phone when I called back trying to understand the what had happened. There’s no name for this situation it’s so unusual. It’s taken us an hour to finally order a margarita. Wish us luck.

Not even received my food. It says delivered but its not. Called the them up and they said its on its way. That was 25 minutes ago. Doubt I'll get it at all at this rate. From just reading the reviews just now I'm jusprised nk one has put in a complaint.

Delivered the wrong order, after they came back I was told it would take 15-20 minutes for a replacement. After 25 minutes I called and was told it was still in the oven. I was told I’d be compensated with extras but when the driver finally came back he didn’t have any. Mistakes happen but this is a clear case of very poor management, communication and service. Seriously disappointed.
