Awful food - slimy, cheap meat that could be anything and just generally bad tasting. Threw it away what a waste. Tried ti call you he number online as well as incorrect order was first delivered and no answer at all only got a new order online. Shouldn’t have bothered

I ordered a good variety of food To begin with the rude driver yelled at us because he couldn’t find the house. Which is the delivery driver from the shop, also the food was all cold, they forgot the chili beef which is one of the main things one of my family wanted as they’re a fussy eater and they forgot it and when i called and said I didn’t want refund I want a them to deliver the missing food, they then proceeded to say no I have to have a refund as they’re not gonna drive all that way to drop it. The egg fried rice doesn’t have egg in its almost taste just like boiled rice. The duck curry that I was exited for was watery and the duck was awful it was fatty chunks and didn’t have any flavour. The chow mein was mid, the chicken balls are tiny and the sauce that comes with it is tiny, the pork charsui was really dry and. Chewy even though it’s drowned in a bitter sauce. Chinese is my fave takeaway for a treat and I don’t genuinely think I’ve ever had a bad experience of the top of my head and I’ve tried a lot of different places and if your counting all the things from the driver to the service to the forgotten food and refusal to drop it. This was beyond bad. First time over ever had to throw food left on my plate rather than saving it as it just wasn’t that good. Could make a better curry myself 😂

Asked on the phone for a dish I didn’t know hoping someone to tell me the name so I can order and the reply was “IF YOU DONT KNOW WHATS ITS CALLED HOW DO I KNOW WHAT ITS CALLED” despite me trying to explain that’s it’s a stewed beef dish. I’ve never left a bad review or be sensitive but this response was mad!! I gotta tell you, everyone’s face around me that heard the response was in disbelief! Shockingly rude, was placing an order of over £111.20 for 5 people and the other person was asking for the dish to ADD but now I’m cancelling, guess you don’t need more customers as they are all my neighbours different families and they are now all aware not to order from here! Your lost - hope that answer was worth it. If that was a staff owner please aware of this person!!

Usually I never leave reviews, but this restaurant surprised us so much!! Amazing noodles and starters, and they gave us some prawn crackers and Chinese biscuits! We’ll order again for sure!

The food was extremely poor. The duck was hard and dry, the cucumber was even dry and inedible. The ribs were really hard and couldn’t be bitten in to. The beef in black bean sauce was far too salty. It cost me a lot of money for food that was old

Chow mein was quite cold and very dry, came out of the container in one solid lump. Won't be ordering again.

Not much flavour or minimal meat

To pay by card you had to order online. Placed order food was great vets flavoured. Also the price was good. There was one annoying thing where they charge 15p for a bag it of a money maker for them and also 5p for service charge when there was no service !

Very low quality meet, I don’t even know if there was any beef in my crispy beef. Prawn crackers were stale. Everything just tasted like grease and vinegar and not in a good way. Portion sizes were very small compared to other places. Flavours were not good.

Really tasty and lots of choice. I didn’t realise that bean curd is soya. But it was tasty and soft when it was freshly cooked and not too chewy. I should have asked for not too chilli for the kung po sauce, but I got used to it. So it was edible and I wasn’t sweating. Thank you gave me no chilli sauce. But I was happy because I was able to dip them in my sauces. I will definitely order again.

Chines take away. Prices are reasonable, they are quick. No card payments and dishes could do with a bit more meat

I get sweet and sour it costs me 25 and is great value for money

These guys are great. The food is inexpensive and delicious and they do some excellent vegetarian dishes. They are our go-to whenever we want a Chinese

food was ether re-heated or over cooked, the duck was just off cuts of fat and grizle. chucked it away and had a pot noodle instead. not happy! don't bother.

Salt n Pepper chicken had fried prawn in it, which one person was allergic too. This is completely unacceptable and could have ended very badly if they were to eat the prawn without noticing. Due to this dangerous food preparation we were hesitant l to eat the rest of the meal. I would like a refund in full.

My friend ordered chicken balls ie breast meat but he said meat was from the leg and so not balls meat at all = he did not really eat many. He also said the egg fried rice was tasteless mush and did not eat it. I thought my chow mein was fine but the hot and sour soup soup was missing interesting vegetables and noodles.

Arrived super quick and the food tasted great! Sadly I was missing the drink and didn't want to bother the restaurant, but this is common around busy times. The delivery driver was rather friendly too! Many thanks!

What happened?! Whole meal was totally different to all previous meals! The beansprouts were hot/spicy when they never have been before, i couldn't eat them. The kung po chicken was lacking proper pieces of chicken. Not Happy.

Good food, fast services and easy accessibility. The Only turn off is they accept only cash and no card payments instore.However, online orders can be made but must be below a hundred pounds. I will recommend it if you are living around the neighborhood and looking for a Chinese restaurant.

Food was ok. Delivery driver was shouting at me and ready to fight me on arrival for not hearing the doorbell, despite the app saying the food wouldn’t arrive for another 20 minutes. Extremely unprofessional, won’t be ordering again.

Food from hell Ordered via JUSTEAT from this owe full Chinese takeaway first & last time. Had a called from their RUDEST delivery driver insisting me to go outside from my house & look for him in this rainy weather! When I told him that I can’t go out from my house as it was mentioned on just eat clearly address & direction then he threatened me to leave the food outside & go! So Shocked so I called the restaurant oriental takeaway but sadly the person I was talking to he fully supported the delivery guy & said “ it is JUST EAT policy not to deliver food to the customer door step “? Is it really ? I have been ordering foods from JUST EAT many years & all of the previous drivers came up even 4th floor without lift & received tips from me. While I was talking to the restaurant the delivery guy pressed door buzzer 5/6 times even kept holding the buzzer & I was pressing & pressing & letting him in the building. The driver came up & knock the door letter box as hard as he can when I opened the door he rudely ask “ WHY YOU DID NOT COME DOWN “ “there was no PARKING”? His attitudes did not feel safe so I took the food & shut the door immediately. Honestly it was a bad experience which I felt sick afterwards so I through away most of the food. The other thing on the menu mentioned “Thai Red curry “ but the actual colour was brown . I won’t recommend to anyone this oriental takeaway

Shocking customer service. Delivery driver shouted at me when he got to the door because i didn’t put a flat number even tho it only took my two minutes to come to the door after he called. My neighbour had to come out and ask him to stop screaming.

Delivery driver showed up unbelievably rude and actually woke up my neighbours by shouting about the fact i didn’t put my flat number. My neighbour had to come out and tell him to stop screaming. He called me when he got here and i missed it but called back straight away - I collected the order within about 3 minutes of him arriving at my house so i don’t know why he showed up with so much anger. The food was good so shame about the service.

This is honestly one of the best Chinese restaurants. We’ve had it multiple times - it’s always hot, not greasy and some of the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! It’s always much earlier than the time says too and always received it in 30 minutes.

We called the store and they said it would be 10mins however it was a further order

It's a fairly good take away. Has a fairly traditional menu offering all your favourites. On this occasion half the food was great though a couple of the dishes let the side down. Overall it was fine.

Oh my... wow, this was SHOCKING The sweet n sour sauce was as thick as jelly, the meat was SO bad and some of the pork pieces looked past its eating date The rice was congealed and the egg fried was so bad even the dog refused it. I will NEVER EVER EVER buy from here again.. EVER! HEALTH HAZARD!!

I was told my food would arrive 23.10-23.30. It arrived 23.30, before I was home, so it was cold and soggy. The Kung-po beef was terrible, mainly carrots with no peanuts or chillies, mainly sauce. A terrible meal.

The spring onions & cucumber was dry with the duck but otherwise very tasty

Lovely family business which incredible quick service. They offer amazing deals for students and the prices are fair for the quality. Definitely an amazing place to get a takeaway from.

Good food & portion sizes. Crispy chilli beef was nice and tasted fresh. Only critique is that the satay sauce I purchased on the side was very watery & did not taste like satay sauce at all so I wouldn’t buy that again but everything else was good and will reorder. Also arrived very fast which was great for a Saturday night.
