The best restaurants serving Default food in Wildridings and Central Bracknell Forest South East

I've reviewed this restaurant before but after a fantastic meal last night am reviewing it again. Usually go with the whole family but yesterday went with my husband for his birthday and we had the best burger (him beef, me chicken) with delcious truffle oil fries that we can remember! Also had fried Mozzarella and prawn and gnochi starters which were enjoyed too. Our server was very pleasant and helpful , the drinks were cold, the atmosphere was good (it was quite busy for a Tuesday evening) and service was quick. Am definitely going to return soon. I have a taste card so get the advantage of 2 for 1 midweek but if we fancy a meal at the weekend I am happy to come here and pay full price. Was looking to see why the 1 star reviews and most of them seem to date from a period around Sept/October 2021 when they maybe had staffing problems, would recommend you give it a chance if you haven't been before.

Stood waiting for ages. Staff opening late. Complete waste of time. Usually good food and staff but today they were as useful as an inflatable dartboard

Been coming here while feeling extra hungry for various reasons. Things even reached the stage where some of the guys know my customised feeling chocolate peanut butter banana waffle with chocolate chunk ice cream while I’m still getting the bank card out. Don’t want to jinx things they seemed excellent every time. Raza :)

Pizza was ordered! Although it was New Years Day I decided to order the festive turkey pizza with sage and sprouts and The Works minus the olives but with spicy beef and BBQ sauce base. The latter was a game changer and lifts the already best pizza to another level. The Festive Pizza if I'm honest was bland and boring, not unpleasant but forgettable.

Honestly, the employees there are so nice and helpful when your deciding what book to read. Once, me and my friends where looking around and when we asked for recommendations this man recommended a book series ,Heartstopper by Alice Oseman, and it is now one of my favourite book series’s. The people there really know what they’re talking about. If your looking for books to by and you happen to live in Bracknell then definitely look in Waterstones! Don’t be afraid to ask for recommendations aswel!

Restaurant smells old. Service was really slow. Food was bad, but we were so tired it was eat or go hungry before sleeping in the Premier Inn. Car Park had many signs warning of Car Thieves Operate in this Area and Police Hotspot etc, I was genuinely a little nervous parking my car there.

Ordered delivery, food never arrived. Driver called, said he didn't speak English and then hung up on us repeatedly. Restaurant completely disinterested and just said it's Deliveroo problem. Finally got refunded but terrible service and attitude from both Deliveroo and the restaurant. Restaurants should take ownership of their chosen business partners and not leave it to the customer to sort out.

Please disregard my review from a while back. This place has a 1 star hygiene rating 🤢 I’ve worked in places with 5 star and they were bad enough, hate to think what these guys are up too. Ring harmanswater Chinese , even that’s only 4 star so still not the best in terms of hygiene but better than bloody 1 😂 what are they even doing to get 1!

We arrived around 4.30pm and were given a table by a lovely gentleman (sorry didn’t catch his name) he explained the specials etc but never explained how to order, so, I (perhaps in error) assumed he’d be back. 25 mins later no one had even checked in with us, maybe I was supposed to order on an app, but, no one told me this was how it was done, and if I’m clearly sat there for so long having not ordered a single thing, would you not check I’m okay? We were literally the only table in there, the staff were all stood around chatting and laughing, fine, but maybe at least check on your tables once in a while. We ended up leaving in the end, we had young children and simply couldn’t wait anymore, we tried desperately to get the staffs attention to no avail. I’m hoping this was just a one off bad experience, perhaps a bad day, but, in future maybe check in with your tables instead of leaving them for nearly half an hour in an empty restaurant with no service.

This is the only koko thats gives you less portion than anyother. FYI

Not bad although I’ve had better, but there toilet was out of action,so there was only one to share for ladies and gents and had to wait ages, but coffee was ok. Found the place not that clean though.

Food was not good . It was all dried out . Looks likes they used a microwave to warm things up . Was not worth the money. . 5 stars on the door I don't think so.

We went to this McDonalds on the 03/05/2025 and ordered a chicken select meal, the food came fast but the vanilla milkshake tasted funny and the chicken was oily, later that evening my friend who ate this meal developed awful food poisoning and was being sick all night. We are not very pleased and will not be attending this McDonalds again.
