Nice food as can ve expected from M&S and great view at the top of the lexicon

Long waiting times, even outside of school break, ‘it will take the kitchen 20 minutes’ for a toasted sandwich???? Barely can find a clean table or get someone to clear tables. This is my experience after multiple visits. The cafe in M&S Camberley is much better organised and easily handles the busyness.

Disappointingly Tiny Coffee at M&S Cafe My experience at the M&S Cafe today was deeply disappointing, marking my first and likely last visit. I ordered a flat white, anticipating a moment of relaxation and a caffeine fix. To my dismay, the coffee arrived quickly but in a cup so diminutive it could easily be mistaken for part of a child's tea set. It was gone in merely two sips. This left me wondering, M&S, why prioritize profits over customer satisfaction and experience? It's a suggestion from a dissatisfied customer that perhaps it's time to take a page out of the playbooks of coffee giants like Starbucks and Costa, who understand the value of serving a decent-sized coffee. Unfortunately, unless there are significant improvements, I will not be returning.

Nice tea and coffee but there prices are high and they don't cater for gluten free people

They don’t have half of the fancy menu they offer. They just say sorry every time. Slow to get your order. For some reason they operate very inefficiently. It’s just a pity, this place has a big potential.

Compared with other Marks and Sparks Cafes, often characterised by broken coffee machines, long waits and terrible management, we had a wonderful experience at M&S in Bracknell recently. Whilst the food is of course, and remains super pricey (35 quid for a light snack for three) the view out of the immense picture windows is unique at the Bracknell store and so long as you don't suffer from vertigo, really enjoyable. But what really stood out in Bracknell was the table staff who really went the extra mile. A member of our party is cœliac and can't eat wheat and the friendly Mediterranean waitress just did everything to make sure he had what he needed. Five stars and a big thankyou! 😘

Food tasted really nice but choice was unfortunately limited at 1pm . Staff were polite, and it was worth waiting for the food.

Always good service here, I often bring my baby and toddler on my own and always find the staff to be helpful, bringing my food over and grabbing condiments etc. The food is tasty, reasonably priced and usually quick. Good options for kids. The café has full length windows on 2 sides with views over Bracknell on one side. This does mean it gets a bit hot on a sunny day. Busiest time is normally late morning in my experience, but I've never had an issue finding a table.

M&S prides itself on being top notch as a brand but I feel it's cafés could do with a little shake up. It's true it is an in-house pit stop and doesn't pretend to be anything else. The staff I have encountered have always been helpful and accommodating. Reasonably clean and fairly streamlined navigation through the fare on offer but a pitiful selection for any dietary requirements other than what is considered 'normal'. So not a great choice for vegans. Come on M&S - the 21st century awaits.

A nice spacious cafe, good coffee in a proper cup!

Food was good. We waited 40 mins for jacket potatoes while 25 mins for pasta, soup and wrap.

Very modern furniture setting with all the usual M & S food and drinks. Will definitely go there next time we're in Bracknell.

No atmosphere at all. Staff milking about but didn't look happy. Hot food finished at 4 so decided not to bother

Clean, tidy and the scone was delicious

Mug sizes have shrunk, prices gone up. £3.15 for half a mug of coffee. Used to get a biscuit and saucer with a pot of tea. Really going downhill. Come on Marks, get your act together.

Tables not cleared when people had finished their food staff not very helpful had to ask about 4 times for the table to be cleaned one member of staff said in a non polite way to move to another table would not recommend eating at this place

Visited on mMother's Day at around 1pm. Cafe clean and tables cleared appropriately. They had run out of eggs, which were a prominent part of the Brunch Menu.

Ate a light lunch of Benny and eggs, which was delivered promptly and was delicious. Also shared a slice of lemon drizzle cake which was a perfect sweet ending to the meal.

Very little to eat if you have an egg allergy.

Nice cafe with good food and coffee. Clean environment with nice views of the shopping complex. Wished the menu was more extensive and maybe a little cheaper. However the quality is there.

Had a sausage panini with an Americano coffee. Food was great but coffee as weak as ditch water. Complained about the coffee and got a replacement, not much better, I think the beans had been recycled a few times.

I'm giving 5 stars for service because the 1 person only, Caroline, on the till and making the drinks was superb. She was polite, professional, and exceptionally hardworking. We waited 15 minutes to be served. Couldn't believe someone from the kitchen came out and said what a lot of people there were and didn't get anyone to help. Caroline needs a big pay rise! Thank you.

Always a queue at the the front of cafe. However, it's big and spacious. Food is much nicer. Better than McDonald's.

Food finished at 4, we queued from 3:40 but it took a very long tike to get serviced so it was after 4 by the time we made the front of the queue.

Out of filter coffee again as well as soup and other food to order. Had a wait quite a while, not enough staff and seemed not very organised.

Well the food is good. Service isn't so good. Lengthy ques orders not on time. Cutlery not always clean. Depends what staff are working not all have the professionalism. Some are quite abrupt with customers. I like coming here for a coffee to read or study.

Very disappointed with the service provided. After doing a big shopping at the store, I decided to work on some emails at the café, for my surprise I was approached twice with a waitress in a patronising tone asking me to buy something as I've been there for too long and only consumed a coffee, claiming that the café was a busy area and people were waiting to be served (first approached in less than 30min, my total stay was 3h and I had a coffee whilst there). When I go to a café I like to be left alone and relax, if that's M&S policy I'm not going back there any time soon, in fact there is a great costa coffee next door!

Very slow service otherwise a lovely light and airy café.

Completely reliable, great loos too

This was slightly different from what I thought it was. We were going for lunch and expecting to be able to grab a sandwich and eat. As it happens most food has to be ordered apart from cakes. We had the fish finger bun which was delicious. You don't get anything with it but it was fairly filling. There's a good range of drinks including iced coffee's. Plenty of seating is available and has nice views out of the windows.

Place is clean, staff are nice. Our iced coffee were lovely. However, my partner bacon roll was tiny for what it was, about half the size of a saucer. My cheese and ham toastie was not a toasties, the bread was still bread and it was more like a warm spongy sandwich. For the cost I'd expect more, expensive for what it was

It’s always great to enjoy a lemon drizzle on a Saturday afternoon in M&S cafe.

Took my grandson for lunch. Childrens deal of sandwich, drink, snacks and drink. Good value. Lovely clean, bright area.

I think they need more staff clearly run off there feet. Today arguing in front of customers. They added 2 extra sausage baps to my order when the order was bought to the table and I explained there is three of us we all ordered different things and only one sausage. She aggressively asked to see my receipt which I wasn't given. I explained I thought it was expensive. Then said I obviously paid for 3 to which point she just walked off. We finished our lunch and walked back over to the cashier. The same serving lady pretended I wasn't there. So I got the attention of the cashier who totally agreed a mistake had been made and excepted I needed a refund for 2 baps I won't be going there again in a hurry
