There's nothing fast about this branch, unless you visit within 2 hours of it opening in the morning. Lunchtimes & evenings, the worst on average they'll be 15-25 customers ahead, excluding delivery drivers. It's a complete mayhem branch, the reason well it's todays modern technology and pure greed by McDonalds. By cutting staff, allowing aggressive delivery drivers to bully customers and boring dark soulless branches. Even the music this branch plays is low vibration aggressive gangster rap. Check how McDonalds was in the 90s by watching old footage on tiktok!! This branch is far too small for the amount of customers during peak hours, they have more managers than normal team members. It's a mixed up mess, whilst waiting 35 minutes for my 'fast food' delivery bags of food was sat there for a good 15 minutes. Probably explains why most online reviews state the food is stone cold. Staff are slow, many don't speak English, there's no smiles or care. It's a badly run, hectic and a greedy franchised branch, it's all about the profit and not customer service anymore. Food is barely lukewarm, items not cooked or toasted properly such as bagels or fries. Portions are tiny, drinks not filled correctly. Bring back the old McDonalds we once had, where you was greedy by friendly human staff, received hot tasty food and never waited more than 5 minutes at peak times.

For once my McDonald’s order was looking like it was gonna arrive on time! Apart from the poxy delivery driver decided to drive alll around the estates of Wokingham before actually delivering to me at my address. When he did arrive I watched him pick my bag of food up off the car seat (not in an insulated bag) and proceeded to give it all to me. My food has arrived cold and dry. To top it off all just eat decided to give me back was £2.22🤣

Food was ordered at 4.20pm for a 5pm delivery, didn’t arrive until 7.20pm, I have two young children so had to sort out another meal. There was no option to cancel the order but I did report this before it was delivered. I require a full refund.

Fantastic delivery super fast and food hot! BUT only received one veggie wrap! And I’m missing share box of cheese dippers! My drink was incorrect think it was a Diet Coke when should have been an ice mango drink.

Always says 15-30min delivery when placing order, but always takes well up to 90mins to deliver. And turns up cold. Complete joke. If you cant provide an advertised service, dont do it.

The drink spilled. The driver said “it gets cold” - what does that even mean? Half of the drink is gone.

Chips were cold but everything else good

You never seem to get the sauces right...either they are not included or you throw in any sauces apart from the ones I specify on the order.

ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED, MARKED AS DELIVERED AT 19:20 COMPLAINED AND ADVISED DRIVER HAD DELIVERY CODE BUT I DID NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER OR GIVE THE CODE. JUST EAT REFUSED TO REFUND. WONT BE USING AGAIN!!!

Got only 1 of the items I order what an actual joke food is in horrible condition

Ordered via Uber eats. 7 different riders turned down Order in a hour due to it falling back to "being prepared". Previous order was missing a drink and straw and dips. I popped in last week for a simple milkshake, 35min wait. Find someone who has "manager" on their badge and give them the definition of what that actually means. You have put in self order kiosks and take deliveries. Surely this should change your business practices, whatever is in place is not working.

I paid for a double quarter pounder and only got a normal one, and a mcflurry was missing. The food we did receive was stone cold and the burger had come out of the box. Very disappointed 😞

Received food (19:55hrs) and hour and a half after ordering and after the order being accepted (18:25hrs) the food was being prepared for an hour or so with the driver waiting that long!!! Once the food was with us it was stone cold, milkshakes were just milk. Yet the labels on the food say it was ready at 18:45hrs. why has it took so long to pick up and deliver! Very poor service this time round.

Nearly 2 hours wait for overpriced, lukewarm food. Delivery time just kept getting longer and longer. Apparently they were preparing the order for over an hour. No option to cancel order. If deliveries advent going to be within specified times customers needed to be informed and given the option to opt out. Not the first time this has happened, won't be using again

Horrible driver/delivery service, was rude, left the bags on the floor instead of handling it properly to me, and I was in front of him. And, food bag was teared.

I had complained about few days ago for my order being late and it has happened again, my order was 2 hours late and stone cold... the delivery driver had also said he was waiting at the restaurant for an hour. I am so angry as my son had a friend around and no food. all the drinks had spilled everywhere and the driver saw this aswell.

Ordered a double quarter pounder with NO cheese. Instructions even detailed on the box. Open it up & it has cheese. Not rocket science is it. Very poor!

driver decided to wait in restaurant for 35 minutes with my order ready and going cold to stack up on orders. this was confirmed by labels applied to food by restaurant for customised items. he turned GPS off and then updated app when he eventually parked up outside house. really common now for just eat drivers to do this and just eat customer services won't care. annoyingly I'd already added a tip for the driver on top of the inflated prices and service charge.

Standard fast food restaurant in a central location.

Ordered at 9.07. Order didn’t come until gone 10.30!!!! The food was stone cold and the paper bags that the hash browns came in, was completely stuck to the hash browns. We had a wedding to leave to go to at 11.15 so had to rush to eat it.
