Papa John's Pizza in Bracknell Forest

Had a delivery. Tried the new Tandoori Chicken Pizza and The Works. Pizzas arrived hot and fresh. Was cooked nicely and tasty too! The Tandoori Pizza is actually really nice and is spicy too.

Ordered online and 40 mins later called to find out when it was , Told 5 or 6 mins then 20 mins later I called again to be told oh I don’t know what happened the drive left 5 mins ago . I said I want to cancel as it’s going to be cold and I want a refund , the guys starts yelling over me talking me I’m yelling when I wasn’t . I said I will refuse it when dealing as it’s going to be cold and I want a refund . He tells me 24 hours for refunds and hangs up on me unreal over and hour and ten mins and they can’t see this is an issue . I am ten mins from the store

Excellent. Papa John Bracknell is the best takeaway in town. Ref always goes the extra mile for my needs. The rest of the staff are high beat, polite. Can't fault the team or the service.

Over the years, we have tried them all, dominos, herbies, pizza hut, pizza go-go, farmhouse(big but light on toppings), topps (that was just an oily mess) and more. We started at Dominos but the quality fell off. Pizza go-go was cheap but then we got some bad ones and it always seemed greasy. Then pizza hut had us for a year but we had 3 bad ones in a row including 1.5 hour cold delivery and another that was folded in half. Herbies managed 6 years as our favourite and would be our reserve but Papa Johns have been consistently good and far quicker to deliver since a couple of bad experiences. Now we have been with Papa Johns for a year and we have yet to have a bad one or a stupid long delivery. We had one incorrect customisation but that was a minor inconvenience. With the amount of choice available, it is a credit to PJ's that we have been with them for a year. We will be with them until they mess up.

Papa johns is far and away the best pizza delivery place. Dominos have nothing on them. Always swift service every time I order from the Bracknell store

I have ordered here 5 times now and every single time the order is wrong. Each box has a label of what is inside for for quality control however it doesn’t not match what is in the box. We made a complaint previously because our food didn’t even turn up however there is no way to get in touch with them as they don’t answer their phone and it takes up to two weeks to get in touch online and get a refund. Completely inefficient. We brushed off previous mistakes because it’s usually the dessert or a side portion but this time they messed up our xxl pizza. Although the one they sent was great quality, they did not send the right one. On the side of the box it says it is a bbq chicken classic but the one we received has pineapple on it - which is a huge allergen in our family. Once again we couldn’t contact them. The food that comes is usually nice but is always wrong. I don’t recommend this unless you want a surprise meal.

First time, excellent taste, fast hot food delivery, my new go to for Pizza. Haven't finished the pizza, but had to write the review, I would recommend this pizza take away, I have tried many in the last few months, some were good some not, but its Papa John's fir me from now on!!!

Started ordering when this store first opened in 2018, after enjoying Papa Johns whilst living in London. Every delivery we have had in terms of food quality was excellent, drivers arrive fast, food always hot. Had a few little glitches in the last 15 months but nothing to worry about. I have tried most delivery places in the area which as it stands is poor but you cannot go wrong with Papa Johns, Bracknell. Clearly the Bracknell branch has high standards and good management. I would highly recommend and happy to say this is best across the area plus they even deliver to Ascot!

Best take away Pizza in Bracknell not as greasy as other brands and the delivery is a lot quicker than all of the others, there is a better choice of sides too

Having had to previously get deliveries from Wokingham because Sandhurst (although closer) do not deliver to Bracknell, to finally get our own branch is a welcome relief. You get much better deals for collecting. We had two large pizzas (Hot Dog and Hawaiian) and they were up to standard. Girl on the counter was friendly and helpful.
