Food was amazing, all tasted fresh and seemed good quality. First time ordering here and got the katsu curry with noodles but mentioned to the people i was with that one of the other options looked really nice so the server put a couple of pieces in for me to try, overall service was very good, served us very quickly and was more than happy to help when I said I have never been here before. Shame I didn’t get his name but was amazing!

The Green tea was hot so we asked for some tap water to cool it down but the server said no tap water, buy bottled water. When I challenged her to say that it’s a UK Legislation to provide tap water in her cafe , she told me that only in the summer.. this is the legislation and I said she might get caught one day ! Yes, licensed restaurants and cafes in England and Wales are legally required to provide free tap water to customers upon request. This includes pubs, bars, nightclubs, and takeaway food and drink outlets. However, these premises can charge for the use of a glass or their service. Please do the right thing by your customers for the future. Thanks

Ordered 3 Salmon sashimi (11pcs) but I was shocked when I check sashimi at home it wasn't 11pcs. It was 10pcs. Where other 3 pcs? Watch out before you take it do your counting! Very dissapointed. I should have gone to Waitrose instead.

Amazing Katsu Curry ! best ive had in a long time. Great noodles and spring rolls too. Tried some of the sweet chilli chicken which was very tasty but a little firey for me.

Lovely time watching Paris 2024 Olimpics at Bracknell Town centre with Kokoro meals. Was super delicious!

The female manager at the Bracknell branch treats staff as expendable tools. She fired staff for being too short and not being able to reach something. She fired a new worker for not realising she had to come to work when she only told them at 8pm the night prior unofficially via sms. (not an official email or notice). She constantly berates staff with an attitude lacking of respect. That is why staff are constantly fired and rehired at the Bracknell branch. I like the food. However, I empathise with the staff members working under this manager. I hope this review can improve their working conditions and atmosphere.

The food is not good, the spicy sweet chicken is very dry, there is a lot of rice (noodles) in the casserole and very little schnitzel. Weights are not respected, you have to ask the seller to put sauce in the casserole with the respective dish, the sellers do not take into account the customer's opinion, it is humiliating to ask them as if they are giving you something for free. The impression you get from how he behaves is like from master to servant. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired, dirty tables and chairs as well.

Chicken katsu curry is amazing ,I love it

Ordered via Deliveroo, delivered promptly and very well packaged. Both the teriyaki and Korean chilli chicken were tasty and really good sized portions. The steam rice with all the dishes was very tasty and filling. Will definitely be ordering again in the future. Just had our second delivery and was every bit as good as first order. My first time trying Kimchi and I loved it, I do like spicy food so beware if you don’t like spicy food.

Amazing food! All the staff are always so friendly and helpful :) The food is always so fresh and tasty, not to mention to portion size which is massive compared to other takeaways. Definitely starting to become my regular Friday takeaway!

The sweet and sour chicken was dreadful, far too much sauce to the point you couldn’t taste anything else (not even the raw onion). I threw over half of it in the bin a left disappointed. Such a shame as I’ve had nothing but good food in the past from other venues.

I'm sorry to have to edit my review of my favourite eating place. But the portions have been getting smaller and smaller bulking out the pots with rice. Tonight will be my last time visiting Koroko Bracknell. Orded a large rice pot with two toppings and I would say the size of the toppings is half of what it use to be. Not worth the money anymore.

Received food poisoning after eating here, mix & match with rice, Deliveroo takeaway, was lukewarm upon delivery, fever and dodgy stomach for next few days.

If we could give 0 stars we would! We ordered and paid for food last night. Got to the restaurant on time to collect food the next evening. The appalling manager told us the food wasn't ready until an hr later even tho I was there within my designated time slot and ample food was ready and on show. Chucked us a tub of #ubbish to feed 3 people. The manger was very abrupt and unhelpful, embarrassing that she chose to treat and talk to a customer like she did in-front of staff and other customers who also walked out. Argumentative, unhelpful, embarrassing! The small amount of food we tried was cold, bland and tasteless. Please please stay well away!!!!! Chopsticks is only around the corner. The food there is fresh, hot and tasty! Staff also very kind and helpful. To your reply..... We were never rude... YOU/YOUR SO called manager was rude and made out that it was OUR FAULT that YOUR business had set up the incorrect time on the website. Your so called manager turned this situation into a huge drama when they needn't have done! You should have honoured YOUR error in a kind and polite way rather than showing yourself up in-from of your staff and customers who will no longer return. You lost 4 more customers as we walked out and they went to chopsticks instead. Awful, nasty abusive people and we hope you are out of business soon with the attitude you have!

I ordered kimchi pancakes. This is what came... dry and burnt. The whole order the size of a palm. Disgraceful.

There is space to eat food, but I brought take-out and ate it. The curry seemed a bit salty, but overall it was delicious.

Amazing food! I absolutely love going to Kokoro! The staff are lovely and always gives so much, it's really very good value for money!

I used to love Kokoro as it was unique but not so much now. Portions are getting smaller and the prices are expensive. £12 for a small pot of Korean BBQ ribs with slithers of meat which was more like just rice and lettuce. AND you have to buy the sauce seperately!?, the sauce is what makes it Korean BBQ so why isn't it included!?. They also try and charge you extra if you want your katsu sauce separate, not extra sauce!, just separately so it doesn't dry up by the time you get it home. It is also always swarmed with Deliveroo drivers and sometimes there isn't room left for queuing customers. Delivery orders seem to get priority over actual present customers who are often left waiting a long time after ordering, which is frustrating.

The portions are tiny. £7.50 for prawn katsu with 2 prawns. I'm genuinely shocked.

I collect orders for one of the food delivery companies. This is hands down the worst place in Bracknell. Rude manager and slow staff. ITS NEVER EVEN BUSY. I wouldn't eat here if you paid me.

Sweet and chilli chicken was amazing. Very nice flavour and decent portion.

The food was good, but the vegan Kimchi was a little disappointing.

Very inconsistent, and no customer service. I have had good experiences with them, but after a terrible delivery of dry and cold food, I raised it via their website. It has been 3 weeks and they haven't even replied. I think that says it all - if they can't even bother to reply they clearly won't be trying to fix issues with their restaurants.

I didn't get around to having the food in this specific branch but a big hug and thanks to the girl that popped out to the seating area to see how I was doing as it just wasn't a good day and she went above and beyond to make sure I was ok thank you so much.

Love the food here.. friendly staff ..some staff are alot more generous with packing in as much as they can than other staff ha.. i prefer the noodles to the rice as rice could possibly be a bit dry unless you have a saucy dish ...

Had such a wonderful experience with the lady who served us at 2pm today on the 31st of July. She was so friendly and so helpful. Will be back for sure

Leckeres Chicken Katsu Curry, schnell und sauber zubereitet. Kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Ordered a large chicken Katsu curry with sticky rice. This can be dry so asked for lots of sauce with it which they always do for me. Today they put a tiny amount of sauce on my food. When I went back to the counter the staff said the that is the portion of sauce and they can’t give more, unless I pay £2 extra for more sauce. This item is already £9 why should I have to pay extra. I could understand if it was meat but its sauce this cost nothing hardly. So I ate my dry lunch but won’t be returning. Take note kokoro by rationing sauce you will be losing lots of £10 sales

Not happy 2nd time of placing and order and paying for the food waiting for them to make, just to be told that a deliver roo order has come in and can I change my order. So again no food from here even tho I had paid a poor service and not acceptable either. Sadly even tho I have eaten here for over a year nearly every week and will not eat here again.

Was my favorite place to go when I lived in Leicester, now it's my favourite place to go in Bracknell. The Chicken Kastu Curry is a great staple, but the sweet chilli chicken is incredible!

A wonderful place to eat that offers halal options in Bracknell. I was looking for where to get halal and still enjoy good food and they mentioned that their chicken is halal! I got the katsu chicken with jasmine rice (which is also cooked with vinegar so no alcohol!) and sweet/sour chicken — awesome experience 👌🏾

Really hard to post this review as I always had good experience before today. I was really shocked when I open the Kokoro bag and have found metal staples on the packaging close to the food. They should not using them in the kitchen. Nobody see and ban this?

Bad customer service. Needed an extra pot just to put the pot they gave me in because it was covered in sauce and they charged me an extra 50p….despite the food already being some cheap gimmicky rip off.

So friendly professional staff and the food was epic had sweet chilli chicken and rice. Potions were generous and tasted amazing

A glorified Chinese takeaway, the main course I ordered was full of large pieces of low quality chicken thigh with bones and joints. When I complained and wanted to exchange for another food item the staff tried to charge me again for the new item!!! The only good point was that I got my money back at the end. Avoid.

All ingredients look fresh and what I had was tasty. I’m a bit of a cynic, so expected loads of cheap noodles (or rice) and minimal topping. Wrong! A complete reverse. So much tasty topping and less noodle. Good value for £7.50

Horrendous Salmon Teriyaki! Miserly amount of salmon drowned in an extraordinary amount of ultra sweet teriyaki sauce on a heap of noodles. The fish is meant to be in the majority with a glaze of teriyaki sauce to temper the flavour - horrible experience - never again!

An excellent choice for a lunchtime snack. I had the large 'mix and match' which is rice or noodles plus two toppings for £8.95. All portions are very generous and one of these was more than enough for two of us. Seating inside and outside. Staff all friendly.

Would rate -stars shocking service and terrible food. Why is this branch not living upto the Kokoro standard. Seriously put me off for good. Cold stodgy food and took forever to get served as there more interested in Deliveroo orders

I've been here on a date and everything was delicious and FRESH. Every item has an etiquette with the day where it was prepared. I looked at all of them and everything was FRESH. 5 stars from me and I really recommend this place!

Was shocked that the noodles had to be reheated in the microwave. Sushi was average. Noodles were nasty. Over priced. Will not be having again.

4 staff busy prepping Deliveroo orders but only 1 staff serving customers in the actual shop. Took over 20 mins to serve 3 people. Shop customers obviously not priority. The lady that was serving the shop customers was very good though so 2 stars instead of 1.

Fresh ingredients tasty sushi and bento dishes great vegetable spring rolls set and prawn set and sweet chilli chicken with noodles will definitely buy again so glad we have this in Bracknell as we were going to the Camberley one

Went here for the first time and very impressed with the quality and value of the food. Its just a small shop with a few seats, but the rice is very fresh and each hot food option looked delicious. I ordered the katsu curry and it did not disappoint.

Long queues, small amount of dine in seating. Tasty Sushi and Katsu chicken. Seafood Udon was ok but not worth £8.
