Had a wonderful breakfast cooked by Sheila who didn’t mind cooking the bacon how we all liked it. Great choice on the menu, have been to other breakfasts but this wins hands down.

Fascinating location graced with enough secure parking spaces , excellent menu with a variety to choose from full English and continental. Breakfast our favourite , we were late arriving 5 minutes to closing of breakfast staff kindly accommodated us and cooked us a full English. Staff are friendly, experienced, and helpful. We have made reservations in the past for business, family and friends lunch and dinner. Staff have always been helpful and friendly Would highly recommend this place as the price is also very good for their food.

Nice, quick and pleasant service. All we needed for a quick business lunch. Food was hot and the staff was very pleasant.

The food was lovely & good value for money. We stayed all evening for drinks after our food. The staff were very friendly & went the extra mile for my 11yr old granddaughter. We stayed at the Premier Inn next door. On our last visit the beefeater was closed due to covid.

We booked for Sunday lunch 10 adults and 2 children and as always fabulous service, friendly and attentive staff, good food, well presented, all good, only slight let down, cauliflower cheese that I ordered never arrived, but not a big enough issue to not give them 5 stars, thank you to all of the team

Didn’t feel like cooking after being out shopping with the kids during the half term. So we popped in for a bite to eat on the way home. Staff friendly and helpful, food was delicious. Plus no washing up… bonus.

The worst food I have ever eaten in a restaurant. Would have preferred a pot noodle. Absolutely terrible food quality and no staff come back.

We were there as an adult family of ten for a special big birthday ...well the experience certainly was far from it 😡 I ordered fish and chips started eating and pulled a long blonde hair from my mouth🤮 which certain was not mine as I was wearing a head scarf and currently without hair due to chemo ...we called the waiter back and I showed the hair he apologised and said he knew who that belonged to and would replace my food. and remove the cost from the bill .I waited so long everyone else had finished so I went and found him and told him not to bother he said it was being dished up I said there was no point everyone else in our party had finished in the end he offered me the food to take away . Only 8 of our party wanted pudding and the manager gave us two free puddings as a good will jester !! One of our party has already sent a complaint to Heath and safety surley any staff members cooking food should have long hair tied up and use a head covering !! Absolutely awfull !! Also behind to where we were sitting there was all snail trails on the carpet not very hygienic!!

We had a waitress called Ruby, i believe she had impeccable manners and gave amazing service and will definitely be recommending to others, wonderful young girl!

Daughters birthday meal we were an hour early wasn't an issue, Tina was our waitress for the evening she was lovely and engaging prompt and helpful. It was for 2 adults & 1 teenager we had 3 mains ,2 desserts & 6 drinks , food was a beef eater combo, burger & a lasagne and a side of mac & cheese, all were cooked perfectly, the food was well presented and hot, we had 2 sundaes both were perfect, ice cold lager Moretti was great the mock tail lovely, coffees were hot and strong all for under £100 so great value, we were all full to bursting in all Excellent.

Despite this being Mother’s Day Chris and his staff were amazing and so accommodating the breakfast was delicious. We were visiting for the rugby and will definitely visit again can not fault anything

We visited on a Sunday so I did expect it to be busy but there service was so slow that my food was "warm" at best and was really only "OK" in quality.

Lovely fresh cooked breakfast at great value cost. £9.99 and up to 2 children go free with every adult.

Tried the eat as much as you like breakfast, it was really good and great value at 9.99 you can basically order as much hot food for your plate as you like, if you want 8 sausages have I sausages! Then you can help yourself to hot drinks and juices as well as couissants, crumpets, cereals, muffins, fruit, yogurt etc. Food was lovely, really tasty, will definatley go again 😋

The service was quite slow, but the food and the portion sizes made up for that. There wa plenty of parking, as it was attached to a Premier Inn. It didn't quite have the same atmosphere as other Beefeaters but the staff did try their best to serve everybody.

Was a good roast at a reasonable price

We had a party of 11 including 3 children. All enjoyed their meals, however 3 of us ordered the Roast Chicken, it was not roasted it was grilled, enormous portion and unfortunately one person noticed red streaks in the meat and could not finish her meal. Service was quite slow, the restaurant was busy. The staff were pleasant and helpful but having spent over 2hrs in the restaurant we did not voice our concerns. This, however, has not put us off.

Really good first experience of the unlimited breakfast. The food was good, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be back.

We visit here about twice a month for an all you can eat breakfast and a catch up. Staff are warm and friendly and the food is always good and filling

We went here for a weekday lunch. The restaurant was quiet. Service was good and we all enjoyed the food.

We arrived in a large family group and the experience was all round top class. We had the hot breakfast menu and can’t praise the chef enough on the quality of the food. All the staff were brilliant with the children. Highly recommended

Christmas day lunch Special thanks to Chris who went above and beyond to accommodate my requirements for our Christmas lunch for my wife, myself and our son. Such a hard working, friendly, professional guy who treats his staff how I would wish to be treated. Food was great and service excellent.

Great atmosphere , great service, and food was very tasty, steak cooked to perfection.

We celebrated Boxing day as a family of 10 at this great venue. I requested a private area and this was accommodated for in a lovely part of the restaurant. We were waited on by Leah and Ruby who were both very attentive and friendly and a credit to the team. Food was served promptly and was delicious. Overall I was very pleased with the food, service received and value for money. We'll definitely be back!

Went here with my family after a day out at corral reef. We don’t really know the area so didn’t know what was around food-wise but tried our luck here at peak lunch time without having booked. The restaurant was very busy but the staff were extremely accommodating and made a great effort to get us seated right away in the bar area, which was just fine for us. The wait time for food was acceptable and it came out piping hot and freshly cooked to order. Nevertheless the staff were apologetic about the wait and gave us a drink for my daughter on the house although they needn’t have! Can’t recommend this one enough, will definitely be back!

Used as a stop off during a long journey.

We were greeted kindly and friendly. They allowed us to hold our ordering till the rest of our party joined us. Sat us a comfy spacious booth table. Drinks were always checked and topped up. I'm pregnant and wanted some alterations which they accommodated no problems. We were all given extra Christmas crackers for the children. Really lovely experience and good prices.

Had breakfast after an overnight stay

Popped in today for a breakfast, the staff where fantastic the man who showed us to our table was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast it's self was spot on! Hot and delicious, pouches eggs was perfect 🤤

Fries undercooked, halloumi burger terrible , my sister didn't even get a mushroom, i didn'tdare to taste coleslaw, wobly table, sauce for turkey never arrived.

Took a big party of children for a meal here and they where very accomodating, happily go again

Took an hour and a half for food to arrive and when finally arrived food was cold and missing roast potatoes then dessert arrived wasn't what was ordered

What you would expect from a Beefeater. Service was reasonable and a good meal. If you want a Sunday roast then you need to be early. We heard the staff say that they had run out around 2:15, which seems quite early

After having to wait and got a seat Jack made my experience completely turn around, made sure that I felt welcomed even thou they seemed very busy running around

Never disappointed ,went on a 40% off the mains had a quality steak at a great price ,almost tempted by there christmas menue um going back to try that ,staff was great and attentive ,well done to the team

Short staffed so not their fault The three staff had to serve a busy day of people going to ascot races all morning We turned up at ten to let the rush hour go but had to wait 55 mins after the order .. so ordered the second bits and pcs as it was an unlimited offer before they shut .. not problem from the kind staff The tables were all left pulled high as they didn’t have time to clear up !! Clearly the management need to up the staffing at weekends especially as the overall service was not good .. agin the staff did what they physically could.. it was not a buffet service as the other one near by .. would suggest they switch the continental to the hot meals .. good luck staff cheers

The servers did the very best they could and remained professional, given the circumstances, there were 2 servers that were expected to greet, seat, serve, clear and restock. It was a busy morning with Ascot on and it took 45 minutes from ordering our food to it arriving. hats off to the servers, but things could definitely be improved with a few more staff.

Somewhat variable service (one day was fine and the next day was very slow) and a fairly good breakfast (as much as you can eat).

I regularly bring by girls for breakfast here and the service is always friendly and accommodating. Cooked beakfast is still made to order and is plentiful, can recommend the black pudding!

Lovely place to stop off for breakfast. Usual beefeater quality which you can always trust. Waiter was friendly. Good value at £9.99 for a full English all you can eat and kids eat free. Well worth a visit.

Worst beefeater I've ever been to unfortunately. I love beefeaters usually. Great, simple food but this one was a let down. The Smothered BBQ chicken came with no BBQ sauce lol, sticky toffee pudding and custard was yummy but the custard was served in a shot glass sized jug so hardly any custard. Breakfast the next day wasn't full buffet like other ones, you had to order and took a while so I couldn't have any hot food as had to rush to get to a meeting so just had a half toasted crumpet (2 goes on toaster and still wasn't done) and a muffin yet paid in advance for the full breakfast options :( All staff were really friendly and helpful though and it was comfortable with plenty of tables. Also good prices for the portions

Food was tasty and came in a good time. Service was a little slow and the hostess on arrival was rather abrupt. Was quite dark, and the bar area especially so!

We went today for "all you can eat breakfast" having been to the Basingstoke one we assumed this was buffet which it was not it was cooked to order which, at first, we liked the sound of, a gentleman took our order, he was professional and polite and we started on the continental breakfast until our hot order was ready. During our wait we heard multiple times from the chef that no more orders should be taken as he is too busy, we waited 40 minutes for a fried breakfast with other people being served food before us who had arrived after. When our order was taken we were asked which orders were for the children to ensure the plates were no too hot, when we eventually received our food the poor waitress could not hold the plates as they were too hot. I then found out I had mushrooms and tomatoes on my plate which I did not order, my plate was taken back to the chef who, to my disgust, scooped them off with his bare hand and sent my plate back! We then heard a man who I assume, by how he was dressed, was the manager say to the chef loudly "I have turned away around 10 tables so you shouldn't get any more orders" which made us feel like we could not order anymore even if we wanted to. all in all we would never return!

Myself and my family (4 people) came here for a roast dinner on a Sunday. The place looked almost empty. Our roast dinners came out eventually after waiting nearly 40 minutes, there was the tiniest amount of gravy on all our plates only on our meat and when we asked for more gravy they charged us £1.40 for a literal shot of gravy!!!!!! I was gobsmacked to say the least. The whole dinner was nice expect the meat (beef). The Potato's and Parsnips were still hard, veg was cold and the Yorkshire was rock hard due to lack of gravy to soak up... to pay nearly £20 for this when a toby carvery is only a tenner and far better quality and you can have as much gravy as you please.

Spent 3 nights staying at the Premier Inn Twin Bridges. The food has been good. Service and atmosphere was just what we needed. So relaxing. Chris the manager and his team have gone above and beyond to keep his customers happy. It has more character than most of the modern restaurants. We had the sirloin steaks perfectly cooked.

Overall a nice meal. We were made to wait and then got rather rude treatment from one staff member... But, the manager realised (we didn't need to complain), apologised and got us a round of drinks. He checked up on us the rest of the evening. Couldn't ask for more. Would've been maybe 2 stars before he stepped in, but he more than made up for it.

Booked breakfast 10.15 arrived on time, told straight away we had two minutes to decide our cooked order as kitchen was closing, food arrived quickly at 10.25 told hurry up if we wanted anything continental as packing away to prep for lunch this waste minutes after arriving. Fed the kids went to get tea orange juice came back to plates gone although we hadn't eaten. No cups so no tea/coffee or plates for toast as cleared. In and out within half an hour felt extremely rushed and hungry stopped elsewhere for breakfast after stupidly paying! Don't take breakfast bookings at 10.15 if your just prepping for lunch service

Rude staff not taking people who just turn up even though they are not busy

Party of 3 of us turned away because of according to female waitress staff shortages yesterday afternoon-no indication of bookings only displayed before entering premises if that was their policy on BH Monday

Apart from the front desk reception the service and food was very good. Within the first minutes we felt like walking out as it felt like they could not be bothered with customers.

Food was lovely and the service was great. One family did cause a scene while we were there but that's not the restaurants fault.

It was well presented, a good effort, but it was just tasteless, ribs had loads of meat on them. But tiny tiny chicken wings and sweetcorn that was awful, certainly not fresh, or left in the heat for ages. Such a shame. Chef let front of house down.

Went for Breakfast with family and friends, lovely food cooked to order, didn't have to wait to long, produce was really nice, only they had ran out of mushrooms sadly but still very nice brekkie, you say how many bacon, sausage, eggs etc you want and you can help yourself to the continental breakfast, juices and hot drinks as much as you want, the best thing was kids eat free! Amazing value, will defo go again.

Haven’t had chicken goujons for six weeks and the kids meal only come with five tiny chicken nuggets balls

Stopped off for a coffee, should have gone to Costa or something - slow, disinterested service, luke warm coffee. Sticky floor.

Made a reservation online for 6:45, but when I arrived on time at the restaurant, they said there was no way to seat us. Said we need to wait until 7:30 for a table. A very poor reservation system and service attitude.

We sat on a table near the open kitchen. We had the chef walk out and the wait staff arguing. When we asked about the manager, he had apparently walked out also. The poor lad behind the bar was excellent and started to help take out food that had been sitting on the pass.

We had a lovely meal and drinks, but the place needs updating a bit. For example, bar seats, leather peeling away, and some seats a bit dirty and worn out.

Took my fience and out for a birthday meal, the staff were very friendly food absolutely delicious and lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend and we will be going back. Currently they have a additional set menu as well which was great value for money.

Loved the food and they were accommodating even though we booked for 9.30pm , the atmosphere was dead tbh as we were the only people there, service was slow as they were getting ready for next morning breakfast but it didn't bother us too much as they were nice and friendly and the food was great!

4pm visit as staying in premier inn next door. Very quiet so food came quick. Staff very polite and mixed grill filled my hungry belly. Only quibble would be music a little loud for my taste.

we have breakfast here regularly on 3 occasions it as been horrendous service funny the 3 occasions hayley wasn't working she is a star we have been here an hour still no food total joke manager has no idea what he is doing he just walks around

So disappointed I bought dog with me and had to sit out on decking area. Order a portion of chips with pulled pork and the size of portion was so disappointing it was in a dipping bowl so you can imagine so small and they charged me £6 for this and not even hot. Not going back use to be nice and gone down hill

I ordered a double beef burger with bacon and fries and it was delicious. I used a voucher for 40% off mains which saved me money. My only complaint was having to wait a long time for a waitress just to pay the bill, but it was a pleasant experience. Thank you.

Called in on our way home from Newhaven to Wales. The Welcome as you wait to be seated was friendly and polite despite no booking this was no issue. All waiting staff were very friendly - no complaints whatsoever. Food came quickly following order however was missing side dish to begin with which we had to wait for and the build your own burger was missing the cheese slice that was ordered. Thankfully the waitress who was lovely double checked to make sure we weren’t charged for the cheese slice as it is extra in the build your own burger options and honoured the Blue Blight Card Discount at the end when paying the bill as we ordered two mains from the main menu.

Great staff and great food. The manager David goes above and beyond and they even will do full a take away for you on request if you want one of their meals but can't stay to eat in

Have an amazing time everytime we go, we regularly head over after work. David and his team go above and beyond, we even got a take away for our friend who couldn't make it. Fab service, great food at good value.

We went in on Monday for lunch, the service from the manager and food were excellent.

I went to dinner quite early as I was away for work. The food was delicious and really well cooked. The wait staff were really pleasant and lovely. The atmosphere was quite quiet but the aesthetic in the pub is lovely. It didn't feel uncomfortably quiet at all. Thank you

To start, I don't expect much from a resteraunt paired to a premiere Inn, I have traveled and stayed at many over the years. I had 4 meals over 2 days as part of the breakfast / dinner meal deal. Dinner 1 I went to order and wasn't told there was a supplement for certain dishes and drinks so had left my wallet in the hotel. I had the gammon egg and chips, the food was as expected, churro sundae for dessert. Also good. Friendly good service. Breakfast 1 toaster was the slowest in the world but the buffet section was fine, the unlimited breakfast was ordered, it came incorrect (less of some things, more of other things and items I said I didn't want) taken away to sort out the items I didn't want where scraped off the plate aswell as items I did, at this point I just ate what was there for fear I'd be given and empty plate next time. The food that I did eat was again Well cooked and tasted good. Dinner 2 the restaurant didn't look busy but the waiting staff seemed rushed. I went for the mixed grill and the steak was above my expectation and cooked perfectly, service took a little time but I had cider and my wallet so OK, then went for the cheesecake (ordered at the same time as the main), I was 1/4 of the way through my second pint before I was told they didn't have any cheesecake, so I opted for a sundae again, after about 15mins I was asked again what I wanted as he had forgotten to put it through, I said just anything that's on the menu, I got a waffle with a single scoop of ice cream and some fruit drizzle? Not sure what it was. I was then handed a bill for considerably more than I expected, when questioned they where trying to charge me for the cheesecake that they didn't have, management was grabbed to allow items to be removed and they sorted it all out and I left pretty un impressed. Breakfast 2. Same server, buffet was spot on, breakfast was spot on but didn't have as much flavour as the day before. Neither days was I asked if I wanted more, All in all I would eat here again as I've heard it's normally not like the experience I had. Food was pretty typical of beefeater.

Good food came out really quickly, clean cutlery. Was during half term also so was happy with service wasn't perfect but was still good, I didn't like, just surround my noisy children but that's not the restaurants fault. Overall went well, steak had grizzly bit , took home for doggo, he loved it.

Previously, this was a very good restaurant one of my favourites. In fact, since I have noticed the service is not the same and neither is the food and the breakfast is not good with watery scrambled eggs and undercooked bacon also the dinner is not what it used to be
