Excellent food choices and very reasonable prices

Whilst visiting the town we took the opportunity to have a break here. We were greeted with very friendly staff and took our seats. Both of us enjoyed fajitas, choosing both chicken and beef, which were served promptly with salad and fries. Together with tea and coffee, it was priced very reasonably. We would definitely return here again if back in the area. Many thanks 👍

La comida es maravillosa, Jackie y Debbie son muy amables y es una excelente relación calidad-precio. Todo cocinado por encargo y demuestra que la comida excelente no tiene por qué costarle a la tierra. Bien hecho Humble Pie, el mejor en Standish.

Think they only post the good reviews, just had fish and chips , most of it went in the bin , never had chips so hard, fish very greasy, won’t go again , not worth what we paid

Ordered a takeaway last night 29/3/25 it was the worst Indian food we've ever had from a takeaway. We ordered 2 starters and one curry between 2 of us, the starters were just ok but the curry was tasteless and had more onions in than anything else it was so disappointing and we feel for £28 we were ripped off 😕 .I did phone them and complained and to be fair they offered a discount next time we order but unfortunately we won't be ordering anything else from them!

Came in under 40 minutes, had my first slice and am very happy with the pizza. I recommend highly. Crust is bang on and sauce is good.

Llamé un sábado por la tarde. Una serie de problemas... Aparentemente un café con leche se sirve negro - Pensé que había una pista en el nombre? ¡La camarera les negó vino tinto a pesar de una fila de pequeñas botellas en el mostrador! Me dieron una taza de papel, sin copa de vino. Aunque otros vasos estaban claramente disponibles. El personal no podía esperar para sacarnos a las 3. 30 . Básicamente, nos dijeron que nos fuéramos ya que querían cerrar (eran las 3. 27 ) . Salí al baño y cuando volví, mi único vino terminado al 50 % había sido limpiado y tirado. ¡Aparentemente, eso fue mi culpa! Terrible... simplemente terrible.

Always a great takeaway from here. The staff is always pleasant and the food is great. Good value for money.

Very nice establishment with good food and service, however automatically adding a 10% tip to the bill without asking is at least cheeky and at worst possibly not legal. Tipping should be at the customers discretion, not forcibly added to a bill without the customer being informed until they see it on the receipt. That aside it is a really nice place.

I had the ultimate burger and was blown away. Great food. Always good service. Definitely back again.

Ordered two pizzas, one was vegan average but mine was a vegetarian, hardly any cheese not good, won't order from themagain

Preciosa comida aquí la semana pasada. Excelente servicio, comida sabrosa y bien presentada, esperando volver a visitar pronto y también tratará de llevar. Platos nuevos y diferentes para probar vs menú típico.
