Valletta Cafe in Wigan

Whilst visiting the town we took the opportunity to have a break here. We were greeted with very friendly staff and took our seats. Both of us enjoyed fajitas, choosing both chicken and beef, which were served promptly with salad and fries. Together with tea and coffee, it was priced very reasonably. We would definitely return here again if back in the area. Many thanks 👍

Popped in for lunch. Loads of menu choices, reasonable prices. Went for fajitas, which were served with a lot of chips and a small salad. Everything really tasty. Already planning to go back for brunch.

Visited Valleta for the first time with my brother today and couldn't fault it the food and service was first class we will defiinatley be going back

Truly wonderful experience. Poached eggs to perfection. Quality bacon . Fresh bread . The finest green 💚 Tea . And even a side salad 🥗 Excellent ✔️ ✔️ ✔️ ✔️ ✔️

We went for a scone and coffee, unfortunately I had to call the waitress over because the scones were mouldy. She took them away and the manager brought the same scones back out with the mould scrapped off! Won't be going back.

Lovely lunch served beautifully we both really enjoyed, great prices , quite an extensive menu to choose from , very friendly staff serving, would recommend located on Standish village high street

We have visited here a few times now, and normally we have no complaints, however today we ordered creamy teas and the scones were mouldy. They took them away and replaced them but there was no apology from the owner they just brought out different ones. When leaving I thought they may have said something but no.

Called in on a snowy icy morning for breakfast. Had a good latte and a really good sausage toasties on Maltese toasted bread. Came with a small salad and really tasty sausage. Staff are always pleasant and always give my dog a sausage as a treat. Been a few times and always had good food and service

Went with my wife and daughter and had a really good lunch. We all had different meals and all agreed the food was excellent. Very good lunch option in the village

We visited a couple of days ago, purely out of interest. Definitely be visiting again on a regular basis - pleasant atmosphere, good menu and very pleasant staff.

My wife and I went for lunch and really enjoyed. I had the Valetta special sandwich which came on 2 Maltese bread cobs with grilled chicken spinach and melted cheese. Was also with chips and salad. Very well cooked and tasty. My wife had the tuna on the same bread. Food excellent, staff really nice, cafe nicely furnished

Nice new cafe with a Mediterranean theme to the decor and food. Lovely selection of cakes and drinks. Called in for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Prices are very reasonable
